Abstract

 本発明は、検体に対し、焦点径D(μm)が1≦D≦30で、かつ平均エネルギー15keV以下のX線を照射するX線源と、検体を透過したX線を検出するX線検出器とを用いて、拡大率Mが10≦M≦40となる位相コントラスト撮影を行う撮影部と、撮影部で得られた画像データに対し、画像データに含まれる粒状ノイズ成分を抑制するノイズ抑制処理と、前記検体の辺縁を境にしてX線強度差を広げるエッジ強調処理と、を行う画像処理部と、を備えることを特徴とし、ノイズ抑制処理を施したうえに被写体のエッジ強調を施して鮮明な画像を得ることのできる画像システムを提供する。
