Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet de proposer une installation de production d'énergie hydro-électrique qui puisse produire continuellement de l'énergie en profitant de la différence de hauteur de l'eau de mer lors des marées et présente une efficacité de production d'énergie satisfaisante en pompant l'eau de mer après la production d'énergie à l'aide de moyens de pompage n'utilisant pas d'électricité. L'installation de production d'énergie hydro-électrique comprend une chambre de production d'énergie (10) contenant une turbine hydraulique (11), un réservoir (PO) destiné à stocker l'eau de mer après la production d'énergie, un bief d'amont (D) ayant une entrée (12) située sous la surface de la mer et un orifice d'évacuation (13) situé à proximité de la turbine hydraulique (11), un tuyau de pompage (Y) ayant une entrée (16) en communication avec la chambre de production d'énergie (10) et une sortie (17) située dans le réservoir (PO), des moyens rotatifs de production d'énergie situés dans le bief d'aval (D) et mis en rotation par la pression et le débit de l'eau de mer, ainsi que des moyens de pompage situés dans le tuyau de pompage (Y) tout en étant couplés aux moyens rotatifs de production d'énergie et mis en rotation par l'énergie de rotation produite par les moyens rotatifs de production d'énergie, dans laquelle l'eau de mer pompée est stockée temporairement dans le réservoir (PO) puis déchargée dans la mer à marée descendante par un tuyau d'évacuation (22) situé dans la paroi périphérique (21) du réservoir (PO).
