Ce dispositif comprend un manche d'appareil, au moins un élément d'accouplement côté manche pouvant être relié audit manche et au moins un élément d'accouplement côté appareil pouvant être relié à l'appareil et coopérant avec l'élément d'accouplement côté manche. Au moins deux éléments d'accouplement (15, 18), destinés à être assemblés pour relier le manche (10) à l'appareil, sont conçus de façon à pouvoir être assemblés par un mouvement d'insertion et de rotation combiné. L'objectif de l'invention est de permettre un remplacement aisé, simple et rapide de l'appareil. A cet effet, les éléments d'accouplement (15, 18) sont conçus, de sorte que le desserrage des éléments d'accouplement assemblés est induit par un mouvement de rotation. Une simple torsion d'un mécanisme par rapport au manche (10) permet de desserrer lesdits au moins deux éléments d'accouplement (15, 18) et l'appareil peut ensuite être retiré du manche par un mouvement axial.
