Abstract

Provided is a rotating detecting apparatus by which a filling member can be easily applied into a storing space, in a filling member applying process. A rotating detecting apparatus (A) is provided with a middle case (3) having at least a magnet (11) and a magnetic detecting means (12); an outer case (4) having a storing space (S) for storing the middle case (3); and a filling member (5) for hermetically sealing the storing space (S). The rotating detecting apparatus is further provided with a plurality of lead terminals (7), which are arranged in the middle case (3) for supplying the magnetic detecting means (12) with power and for outputting signals from the magnetic detecting means (12); and a connector section (8), which is integrally arranged with the middle case (3) in a state where the lead terminals (7) are electrically connected with an external device and a fitting direction with the external device accords with the direction of an opening (9) of the storing space (S). The middle case (3) is arranged in the storing space (S) of the outer case (4) so that the center (8a) of the connector section (8) is displaced from the center (4c) of the outer case (4) and that the opening (9) of the outer case (4) is exposed from the connector section (8) when viewed from the direction of the opening (9).
