Abstract

Le tambour comprend une âme centrale longitudinale (10a) correspondant à la longueur du tambour et débordant à ses extrémités (10b) pour être positionnée par rapport aux flasques récepteurs du carter de l'appareil, et présente entre ses disques d'extrémités (1Oc-1Oe) une pluralité de disques intermédiaires (10g) agencés avec une échancrure (1Oh) définissant la zone de logement du dispositif de coupe, ledit tambour recevant un manchon en matériau élastomère. Selon l'invention, le tambour reçoit un ou des manchons (11) en matériau élastomère mis en tension autour des parties discales constitutives dudit tambour, ce ou ces manchons à l'état initial de non sollicitation ont un diamètre sensiblement supérieur au diamètre du tambour en présentant une certaine élasticité de déformation, comprend un ou des moyens (13) de mise en tension du ou des manchons pour les faire plaquer et les tenir au fond des différentes échancrures, la mise en place du ou des moyens (13) provoque la déformation élastique du ou des manchons qui viennent enserrer les chants supérieurs des disques intermédiaires et d'un disque d'extrémité du tambour en faisant apparaitre la formation de plis entre les disques intermédiaires consécutifs.
