移动通讯的飞速发展, 用户终端的功能会越来越多而且越来越强, 用户 终端支持上网浏览, 能够进行数码拍摄, 支持电视播放以及网络视频播放等, 用户还能够通过用户终端进行网络交易, 实现网络银行转帐等操作。
目前, 很多互联网服务商收入的主要来源是广告, 因此, 很多用户终端 所播放的多媒体文件是一些广告宣传信息, 所述的用户终端包括手机、 计算 机和电视等。 但是, 用户通过这些用户终端观看多媒体文件的时候, 用户终 端仅仅支持播放多媒体文件, 在播放该多媒体文件的时候, 不支持用户的触 发, 用户无法直接在观看该广告信息的同时通过用户终端实现连接, 从而访 问提供与广告相关服务的服务器, 而是需要手动地输入网絡地址, 登录网站 浏览展示对象的相关信息, 确定购买后, 再登录网络银行进行支付, 访问服 务器; 或者另外再进行电话购买。
综上, 现有技术无法通过多媒体广告访问服务器。 发明内容
本发明提供一种通过多媒体实现交互信息的方法及系统, 用以解决现有

本发明方法包括:
A. 用户终端解析并播放多媒体文件, 其中所述多媒体文件中包括含有通 信标识的交互信息;
B. 所述用户终端根据用户触发的交互信息中的通信标识, 访问服务器。 步骤 A所述含有通信标识的交互信息是直接通过播放的所述多媒体文件 显示。
步骤 A包括:
Al、 用户终端解析并播放所述多媒体文件, 存储解析得到的含有通信标 识的交互信息;
A2、 用户终端在播放多媒体文件过程中, 接收到用户需要显示交互信息 的触发信号时, 通过第一信息触发窗口显示存储的所述交互信息。
步骤 A1 中解析得到的交互信息包括: 第一类交互信息和第二类交互信 息;
步骤 A2中通过所述第一信息触发窗口显示所述交互信息的步骤包括: 用户终端在所述第一信息触发窗口中持续显示第一类交互信息; 并在所 述第一信息触发窗口中显示所述第二类交互信息, 并且在播放多媒体文件过 程中, 利用当前第二类交互信息刷新第一信息触发窗口中显示的第二类交互 信息。

商家描述信息, 其类型可以定义为一个字节的数, 如取值为 0, 也可以是 一个固定长度的字符串, 如对于 AVI文件结构可用 4字节的、DISC表示这种 子 TLV 类型, 这里沿用了 AVI 中的英文描述格式, 取自英文的 vendor description;
交易信息, 其类型定义为一个字节的数, 如取值为 1 , 也可以是一个固定 长度的字符串,如对于 AVI文件结构可用 4字节的、BUYA、表示这种子 TLV类 型, 取自英文的 buy address, 这个 TLV还可以包括一些子 TLV, 例如商家地 址、 展示对象单价和联系人姓名等子 TLV;
介绍购买地点的网站地址:其类型可以定义为一个字节的数,如取值为 2, 也可以是一个固定长度的字符串, 如对于 AVI文件结构可用 4字节的、 PURC 表示这种子 TLV类型, 取自英文的 purchase;
展示对象详细信息的网站地址: 其类型可以定义为一个字节的数, 如取 值为 3,也可以是一个固定长度的字符串,如对于 AVI文件结构可用 4字节的 、INPO、表示这种子 TLV类型, 取自英文的 information;
打折促销信息的网站地址:其类型可以定义为一个字节的数,如取值为 4, 也可以是一个固定长度的字符串, 如对于 AVI文件结构可用 4字节的、 DCNT 表示这种子 TLV类型, 取自英文的 discount;
电话号码信息: 其类型可以定义一个字节的数, 如取值为 5, 也可以是一 个固定长度的字符串, 如对于 AVI文件结构可用 4字节的 'TELN、表示这种子 TLV类型, 取自英文的 telephone number; 对于不支持电话拨号功能的用户终 端, 此项将会自动隐藏, 不予显示;
所有所述交互信息合成一个 TLV, 其类型为交互信息 TLV, 对于 AVI文 件, 交互信息可以在 AVI头中增加一个、 COMCT类型的 TLV, 或者根据 AVI 的叫法称之为 list, 这个交互信息 TLV可以包含所述各个子 TLV, 其中商家 描述信息子 TLV对于每一个商家都是必须的, 同一个商家的各个子 TLV中, 它必须居于第一的位置, 其它子 TLV都是可选的, 但通常对于每一个商家至 少需要有一个其它类型的子 TLV;
整个 TLV可以写在视频文件的头部, 也可以写在视频文件体中, 就像字 幕的写入方式一样, 整个 TLV可以写在视频文件的头部的实现方式简单, 但 是一个视频文件只能支持一个或几个展示对象或服务信息的广告, 灵活性较 差; 整个 TLV可以写在视频文件体中的方式, 则被写入的交互信息可以随着 视频文件的播放, 刷新交互信息的内容, 灵活性较强, 另外, 对于不同多媒 体文件, 所述交互信息可以有不同的写入方式;
在实际实现中视频文件可以同时支持这两种写入方式, 写在视频文件头 部的交互信息在视频文件播放的整个生命周期里有效, 写在视频文件体中的 交互信息则随着视频文件的播放而不断刷新;
S202、 解析所述视频文件以及该视频文件中的交互信息;
所述视频文件中编码写入的交互信息, 由所述用户终端的媒体播放器在 解析所述视频文件时进行解析的, 并将解析结果发送给所述用户终端的交互 信息存储单元中;
5203、 读取并显示交互信息中的商家描述信息;
在用户有购买意向, 或者是有进一步了解相关展示对象或服务信息的意 向时, 用户按动触发按键, 这时用户终端会显示出一个交互界面, 用户终端 的媒体播放程序会读取交互信息存储单元中的内容, 并显示在交互界面上; 交互界面可以是一个菜单或者图形选择界面, 这个界面或者菜单的具体 内容, 依赖于步骤 S201中编码写入视频文件的交互信息, 交互界面可以是多 级的菜单或界面, 交互界面的一级界面显示的就是所述商家描述信息, 即各 个商家的商家描述信息子 TLV中的内容;
5204、 读取并显示交互信息中的交易信息、 介绍购买地点的网站地址、 展示对象详细信息的网站地址、 打折促销信息的网站地址和电话号码信息; 当用户选择了一个商家的商家描述信息时, 交互界面会弹出二級菜单或 界面, 二级菜单或界面中的内容为所述交易信息、 介绍购买地点的网站地址、 获得更多商品信息的网站地址、 打折促销信息的网站地址和电话号码信息等;
5205、 登录服务器, 实现网络交易;
用户通过交互界面的二级菜单或界面, 选择针对某个展示对象或服务信 息的操作以后, 触发用户终端, 用户终端会连接到相应的银行付费网站、 商 品信息网站等, 并且交互界面自动弹出浏览器界面, 其中浏览器的网络地址 由用户终端自动填充, 浏览器通过互联网自动登陆相应的互联网网站, 则用 户可以根据所显示的浏览器界面进行相应的操作, 实现网络交易;
对于支持电话拨号的用户终端, 还可以根据用户触发的电话号码信息, 直接建立通话连接。 参见图 3, 本发明系统包括: 用户终端 30和服务器 31;

本系统实施例中, 所述的多媒体文件为 AVI文件格式的视频文件; 现在常用的多媒体文件通常采用的都是 TLV结构或者是类 TLV结构,因 此交互信息的存储可以适用于各类多媒体文件;
所述交互信息包含在所述视频文件头中, 和 /或所述视频文件体中; 针对 AVI格式的视频文件, 有以下两种方案可以实现把交互信息写入多 媒体文件中: - 方案一: 将交互信息写在视频文件头中, 交互信息组成一个新的 list, 即, 在 AVI文件格式中将 TLV称之为、 COMC list, list写在 AVI的、 hdrr list中的、 avih、 chunk之后,这时整个视频文件在播放过程中, 交互信息是固定 的, 不会随着视频文件的播放而改变;
方案二: 将交互信息写在视频文件体中, 类似于显示字幕用的、 txts、流, 针对交互信息可以增加一个广告信息流, 广告信息流像、 txts、流一样, 可以动 态地变化, 广告信息流用于承载交互信息组成的 TLV, 这种方式支持的交互 信息在视频文件的播放过程中会动态改变; 所述媒体播放器 302, 解析并播放所述多媒体文件, 显示解析后桴到的交 互信息, 自动或才艮据用户触发的所述交互信息中的通信标识, 访问所述 ϋ艮务 器 31;
所述交互信息存储单元 303 ,用于存储解析所述多媒体文件得到的含有通 信标识的交互信息, 如图 4所示, 为交互信息在所述交互信息存储单元 303 中的结构示意图;
如图 5所示, 为 AVI格式下的交互信息的存储结构示意图, 本实施例中, 所述交互信息包括: 商家描述信息、 交易信息、 打折信息、 返卷信息和购买 地址信息;
所述交易信息包括: 银行网络地址信息、 付款银行帐号信息、 商家名称、 展示对象名称、 展示对象单价信息和电话号码信息;
所述交易信息子 TLV的结构如图 6所示,所述交易信息子 TLV中包括的 子 TLV为:网络 4艮行的网络地址子 TLV,其 AVI类型为 BKAD( bank address); 银行帐号子 TLV, 其 AVI类型为 BKAC ( bank account); 商家名称子 TLV, 其 AVI类型为 VEND ( vendor); 展示对象名称子 TLV, 其 AVI类型为 PROD ( product); 展示对象单价子 TLV, 其 AVI类型为 PRIC(price);
在修改交互信息存储单元 303 中的内容的时候需要加锁, 此时任何程序 不能对其进行访问, 只能等待, 只有媒体播放器 302有权限对交互信息存储 单元 303中的内容进行修改;
所述交互信息存储单元 303 可以位于任何存储介质中, 存储.区域的大小 取决于支持广告信息的条目数量和每个条目占用的存储容量的大小;
其中, 可以根据所述交互信息被写入多媒体文件的不同方式, 将所述交 互信息分为第一类交互信息和第二类交互信息, 其中, 所述写在多媒体文件 头中的交互信息为第一类交互信息, 所述写在多媒体文件体中的交互信息为 第二类交互信息;
所述解析单元 3021 , 用于解析所述视频文件, 其中所述视频文件包括含 有通信标识的交互信息, 并将解析后的含有通信标识的交互信息发送给所述 交互信息存储单元 303 , 其中, 将解析得到的所述第一类交互信息发送给所述 第一存储单元 3031 ; 将解析得到的所述第二类交互信息发送给所述第二存储 单元 3032;
则, 所述第一存储单元 3031 , 用于存储所述解析后的第一类交互信息, 所述第一类交互信息是在解析单元 3021开始解析视频文件的时候被解析并存 入的;
所述第二存储单元 3032, 用于存储所述解析后的第二类交互信息, 并通 过当前接收到的所述解析后的第二类交互信息刷新自身已存储的第二类交互 信息; .
所述运行单元 3022, 用于播放所述多媒体文件, 并在播放所述多媒体文 件的过程中, 接收到用户需要显示交互信息的触发信号时, 从所述交互信息 存储单元 303 中读取用户需要显示的交互信息, 通过第一信息窗口显示所述 交互信息, 在所述第一信息窗口中持续显示所述第一类交互信息; 并在所述 第一信息触发窗口中显示所述第二类交互信息, 并且在播放多媒体文件过程 中, 利用当前第二类交互信息刷新第一信息触发窗口中显示的第二类交互信 息;
第一类交互信息和第二类交互信息可以根据需要单独存在, 具体实现与 上述相同, 在此不——赘述。
所述交互单元 3023 , 用于才艮据所述用户触发的交互信息中的通信标识, 访问所述服务器 31 ;
例如,用户通过所述交互单元 3023访问付费银行网站以后,运行单元 3022 弹出网絡银行的电子缴费界面, 其中包括厂家或商家名称、 商品名称、 商品 单价、 购买个数和银行帐号等, 用户只要填入购买个数等信息即可。
综上, 本发明通过在交互信息中增加相关展示对象或者服务信息的交互 信息, 如交易信息、 厂商的网址、 打折网址、 客服电话等; 通过这些交互信 息, 用户可以方便地通过互联网或电话直接和商家、 厂家或者服务供应商联 系, 所述服务供应商包括网络服务供应商或银行等, 极大地方便了用户的操 作, 区别于现在的广告模式, 现有的广告模式通常是单向的, 广告内容纯粹 就是广告, 用户在观看完广告之后对于感兴趣的内容需要有一个记忆或者记 录的过程, 对于用户而言, 广告的观看和广告中展示对象的支付操作是分离 的;
而本发明媒体播放器一方面能够解析新增的广告信息 TLV, 另一方面能 够支持用户的触发, 当用户有购买或者有进一步了解相关展示对象信息的意 向时, 通过用户终端的按键、 触摸显示屏、 点击媒体播放器的一个功能按钮、 或者是这些动作的复合, 使得媒体播放器能够自动弹出选择界面, 这个选择 界面可以是菜单选择界面, 也可以是面板选择界面, 用户通过选择界面进行 一次或者多次的选择后, 选择界面就会自动显示浏览器登录服务器的界面, 用户就可以进行相关的网络付费或者网络访问, 对于手机等用户终端, 还可 以建立通话连接, 所以, 通过采用本发明技术方案, 无需用户手工输入网址 信息或电话号码, 方便了用户的操作;
本发明把媒体广告和用户的电子支付联系起来, 用户可以在观看到一个 打折抢购信息以后迅速决定购买, 从观看相关广告内容到决定购买并付费 , 整个过程可以在瞬间完成, 对于没有购买或进一步了解展示对象的意向的用 户, 多媒体文件在播放过程中不会弹出任何内容, 因此, 采用本发明的技术 方案, 可以极大地方便了用户的购买操作。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种通过多媒体实现交互信息的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括以下 步骤:
A. 用户终端解析并播放多媒体文件, 其中所述多媒体文件中包括含有通 信标识的交互信息;
B. 所述用户终端根据用户触发的交互信息中的通信标识, 访问服务器。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A所述含有通信标识的 交互信息是在播放所述多媒体文件时直接在第一信息窗口显示。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A包括:
Al、 用户终端解析并播放所述多媒体文件, 存储解析得到的含有通信标 识的交互信息;
A2、 用户终端在播放多媒体文件过程中, 接收到用户需要显示交互信息 的触发信号时, 通过第一信息窗口显示存储的所述交互信息。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的交互信息包 括: 第一类交互信息和 /或第二类交互信息;
第一类交互信息在所述第一信息窗口中持续显示;
第二类交互信息在播放多媒体文件过程中, 用当前第二类交互信息在第 一信息窗口中刷新显示。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述多媒体文件中的交互信 息的格式为 TLV格式。
6、如权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述通信标识包括网址信息, 和 /或电话号码信息。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述交互信息进一步包括商 家描述信息、 交易信息、 打折信息和返卷信息中的一种或几种。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述交易信息包括付款银行 帐号信息、 商家名称、 展示对象名称和展示对象单价信息中的一种或几种。
9、 一种通过多媒体实现交互信息的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括用户 终端和服务器,
所述用户终端, 用于解析并播放多媒体文件, 其中所述多媒体文件中包 括含有通信标识的交互信息, 并根据用户触发的所述交互信息中的通信标识, 访问服务器;
所述服务器, 用于向所述用户终端提供访问连接。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端包括: 多媒 体文件存储单元、 媒体播放器和交互信息存储单元;
所述多媒体文件存储单元, 用于存储多媒体文件;
所述媒体播放器, 用于解析并播放所述多媒体文件, 显示解析后得到的 交互信息, 并根据用户触发的所述交互信息中的通信标识, 访问所述服务器; 所述交互信息存储单元, 用于存储解析所述多媒体文件得到的含有通信 标识的交互信息。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述媒体播放器包括: 解 析单元、 运行单元和交互单元;
所述解析单元, 用于解析多媒体文件;
所述运行单元, 用于播放所述多媒体文件, 并在播放所述多媒体文件的 过程中, 自动或在接收到用户需要显示交互信息的触发信号时, 从所述交互 信息存储单元中读取用户需要显示的交互信息, 通过第一信息窗口显示所述 交互信息;
所述交互单元, 用于根据所述用户触发的交互信息中的通信标识, 访问 所述服务器。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述交互信息包括: 第一 类交互信息和 /或第二类交互信息;
则所述交互信息存储单元包括:
第一存储单元, 用于存储所述第一类交互信息; 和 /或
第二存储单元, 用于存储所述第二类交互信息; 所述解析单元, 进一步用于在解析多媒体文件过程中, 存储第一类交互 信息, 和 /或利用解析得到的当前第二类交互信息刷新所述第二存储单元中已 存储的第二类交互信息;
所述运行单元, 用于在所述第一信息窗口中持续显示第一类交互信息; 和或在所述第一信息窗口中显示所述第二类交互信息, 并且在播放多媒体文 件过程中, 利用当前第二类交互信息刷新笫一信息窗口中显示的第二类交互 信息。
13、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述多媒体文件中的交互 信息的格式为 TLV格式。
14、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述通信标识包括网址和 / 或电话号码信息。
15、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述交互信息进一步包括 商家描述信息、 交易信息、 打折信息和返卷信息中的一种或几种。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述交易信息包括付款银 行帐号信息、 商家名称、 展示对象名称和展示对象单价信息中的一种或几种。
