Abstract

 プラズマ反応による流体の浄化がばらつくことを緩和し、また、熱応力を緩和して破損の可能性を低減し、良好に浄化することができるプラズマ発生体及びこれを備えた反応装置を提供するため、互いに対向する一対の電極2と、一対の電極2を保持する絶縁体1とを備え、一対の電極2及び絶縁体1により形成されたセル5内を流体が流れ、一対の電極2間の距離が、セル5の両端部と中央部とで異なる構成とする。
