Abstract

The feminine footwear with heel incorporates an impact absorption component (1 ) on the heel, partially embedded in a concavity executed in the insole (2). The insole (2), preferably with a steel web (3), presents a concavity (4) on the heel for accommodation of the impact shock absorber (1 ). The top surface of the heel (5) also presents a concavity (6) for adaptation of the lower saliency of the insole (2). The mold is equipped with a saliency on the heel for the shaping of the concavity (4) of the insole (2). A preferential insole is equipped with a concavity, which is surrounded peripherally by a wall, resulting a narrow top surface that accompanies the border of the insole and that is rendered to support the border of the long sock. A preferential assembly of the feminine footwear with high heel incorporates an impact absorption component on the heel, which is embedded in the concavity resulting from the depression and the wall executed in the insole. The long sock is glued on the top surface of the peripheral wall of the insole. A preferential shaping mold is equipped with a saliency on the heel and of a trimming on the external surface border of the heel, destined to accommodate the peripheral wall of the insole.

Description

"IMPROVEMENT IN FEMALE FOOTWEAR WITH HEEL, SHAPED INSOLE AND MOLD FOR SHAPING OF INSOLE"
The present invention refers to an improvement in female footwear with heel that incorporates an impact absorption component in the heel. The invention even refers an improved insole with shaped heel capable of sheltering the shock absorber, as well as a mold for shaping of the insole.
The conventional female footwears with heel present a structure obtained through the assembly in the following sequence of components: heel, steel web incorporated to the insole and a long sock. The heel region of these elements is substantially plane, where a simple overlapping of the components occurs, such that there is no interaction or encasement between them. The long sock can, eventually, present a shock absorber that is salient.
On the other hand, it is known that feminine shoes with heels are uncomfortable, due to the permanent flexion of the sole of the user's foot, which leads to alteration of the posture and generates a sensation of fatigue and pain.
The impact of the heel on the floor, resulting from walking, may cause discomfort and lead to diseases in the joints.
It is, therefore, a primary objective of the present invention an improvement in feminine footwear with heel that incorporates an impact absorption component partially embedded inside a concavity of the heel of the insole.
A second objective of the invention is an insole that presents a concavity on the heel, destined for the accommodation of the impact shock absorber. A third objective of the invention is a mold with saliency on the heel that executes the shaping of the concavity of the insole, destined for the accommodation of the impact shock absorber.
The improvement in feminine footwear with heel, proposed by the invention, results in the following advantages compared with other known footwears:
- incorporates an impact absorption component partially embedded in the insole, which increases the level of comfort of the shoe with heel, reducing fatigue, the sensation of pain and the risk of emergence of diseases to the users; - the insole is shaped, by means of a special moid, presenting a concavity that accommodates and stabilizes the shock absorber;
- the top of the heel also presents a concavity for encasement of the saliency of the lower surface of the shaped insole. The improvement in a feminine footwear with heel of the invention may be better understood through the following detailed description, which is based on the attached designs that illustrate a preferred concretization and that cannot be considered limitative to the scope of the invention:
Figure 1 - longitudinal cross-section of the rear region of the feminine footwear with heel;
Figure 2 - transversal cross-section of the rear region of the footwear with heel;
Figure 3 - lateral view of the rear portion of the insole shaping mold;
Figure 4 - rear view of the insole shaping mold;
Figure 5 - perspective of the rear portion of the preferential insole; Figure 6 - longitudinal cross-section of the preferential heel region of the footwear with high heel;
Figure 7 - transversal cross-section of the preferential rear region of the footwear with high heel;
Figure 8 - lateral view of the rear portion of the preferential shaping mold; Figure 9 - rear view of the preferential shaping mold;
Figure 10 - lower view of the rear portion of the preferential mold.
Figures 1 and 2 illustrate, schematically and in a exemplified way, the assembly of the feminine high heel footwear that incorporates an impact absorption component (1) on the heel, partially embedded in a concavity executed in the insole (2).
The insole (2), preferably with steel web (3), presents with concavity (4) on the heel for accommodation of the impact shock absorber (1).
The top surface of the heel (5) also presents a concavity (6) for adaptation of the lower saliency of the insole (2). Figures 3 and 4 describe in detail the mold (7) that is equipped with a saliency on the heel (8) for the shaping of the concavity (4) of the insole
(2).
Figure 5 illustrates the rear portion of the preferential insole (2') that is equipped with a concavity (4'), which is surrounded peripherally by a wall (9), resulting a narrow top surface (10) that accompanies the border of the insole (2') and that is rendered to support the border of the long sock.
Figures 6 and 7 illustrate the preferential assembly of the feminine footwear with high heel (5') that incorporates an impact absorption component (1') on the heel, which is embedded in the concavity (4') resulting from the depression and the wall (9) executed in the insole (21). The long sock (11) is glued on the top surface (10) of the peripheral wall (9) of the insole (2').
Figures 8, 9 and 10 describe in detail the preferential shaping mold (7') that is equipped with a saliency on the heel (8') and of a trimming (12) on the external surface border of the heel, destined to accommodate the peripheral wall (9) of the insole (2').
