Abstract

L'invention concerne une poignée de verrouillage à clé pour portes et fenêtres comportant : un boîtier de poignée (2) ayant, sur un côté de celui-ci, un bossage (3) d'où s'étend un manche (4), ce dernier étant conçu pour tourner une tige (5) logée à l'intérieur du boîtier de poignée (2) d'une première position à une deuxième position et vice versa; un moyen de sécurité à clé (7) positionné et opérationnel entre le manche (4) et le boîtier de poignée (2) pour permettre au manche (4) d'être verrouillé de manière stable par rapport au boîtier de poignée (2) dans la première position ou la deuxième position; le moyen de sécurité à clé (7) comportant une broche de fixation (8) qui peut être actionnée par la clé (9) et qui peut être déplacée dans trois positions stables, à savoir, une position distale, une position intermédiaire et une position proximale par rapport au manche (4), et un moyen de positionnement (10) se trouvant sur le bossage (3) et agissant sur la broche de fixation (8) de telle manière que cette dernière peut être déplacée sur : une première position distale pour fermer la porte ou la fenêtre, dans laquelle la broche de fixation (8) verrouille le manche (4) de manière stable par interférence; une deuxième position intermédiaire pour uniquement une première configuration ouverte de la porte ou de la fenêtre, dans laquelle le manche (4) peut tourner selon un angle droit (α); et une troisième position proximale pour deux différentes configurations ouvertes de la porte ou de la fenêtre, dans laquelle le manche (4) peut tourner selon un angle plat (β).
