Claims

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Das Sicherungselement des Scharniers der geteilten ausklappbaren Heckklappe für Fahrzeuge (8), welcher mittels des Rahmen (30, 30') gebildet wird, mit der Befestigungsmöglichkeit am Oberteil (1) der ausklappbaren Heckklappe (3) und des Schenkels (35) mit der Befestigungsmöglichkeit zum unteren Teil (2) der ausklappbaren Heckklappe (3) und drehbar am Rahmen (30, 30') angebracht, sich dadurch kennzeichnet, dass der Schenkel (35) mit einem Bolzen (37) versehen ist und der Rahmen mit einem Nockenelement des Unterteils (34) mit einer Längsausparung (60) zur Einrastung des Bolzens (37) versehen ist, wobei das Nockenelement (34) mit einem Bolzen (41) für die Übertragung des Drehmoments von der Bedienvorrichtung angebracht an der Karoserie, versehen ist.1.
