  • the method further includes a step of performing a water repelling process on the fabric 110 and a step of applying an adhesive on the fabric 110.
  • the fabric 110 may be a natural fabric such as a cotton fabric or a silk fabric and a synthetic fabric. If the fabric 110 is directly used for a forming process, a latex material is exuded out from the fabric 110. Therefore, the aforementioned water repelling process is needed.
  • the step of performing a water repelling process on the fabric includes a step of applying a liquid latex material on the surface of the fabric 110 and a step of drying the fabric 110. Namely, by applying the liquid latex material on the surface of the fabric and drying the resulting product, it is possible to preventing the foamed latex from permeating into the fabric 110 during the forming step.
  • the present invention is not limited to the liquid latex material, but any water proof material may be used. Since the liquid latex material is a natural material, air permeability can be maintained, and it is not harmful to a human boy in comparison with a general synthetic resin. Therefore, the liquid latex material is preferably used.
  • a dried solid latex material is dissolved with a solvent, and the dissolved latex material is applied on the surface of the fabric.
  • a rapidly-evaporating liquid such toluene is preferably used.
  • general synthetic adhesives may be used. However, since most synthetic adhesives contain formaldehyde, the synthetic adhesives are harmful to a human body. In case of an adhesive having a strength different from that of the latex, a bonded portion may be easily detached due to frequent laundry.
  • the adhesive according to the present invention is made of latex, that is, the same material as that of the pad 120, the aforementioned problem of easy detachment of the bonded portion can be solved.
  • the adhesive according to the present invention is a natural material, it is not harmful to a human body.

Moreover, since the bonding force between the fabric and the latex pad can be improved without use of a conventional synthetic adhesive, it is possible to manufacture a bracup that is not harmful to a human body.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un bonnet de soutien-gorge en latex. Le procédé de fabrication d'un bonnet de soutien-gorge comprend : une étape de préparation d'un coussinet consistant à fixer un tissu sur une surface d'un coussinet en latex expansé ; une étape consistant à positionner un moule supérieur en face d'un moule inférieur pour former un espace de formation de bonnet de soutien-gorge ; une étape consistant à disposer le coussinet en latex expansé recouvert de tissu dans l'espace de formation ; et une étape consistant à former le bonnet de soutien-gorge en pressant le moule supérieur et le moule inférieur l'un contre l'autre. Par conséquent, il est possible de fabriquer un bonnet de soutien-gorge ayant une bonne résistance, un poids léger et un toucher doux en utilisant un matériau respectant l'environnement.
