Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein hydrodynamisches Axialgleitlager (6) für einen Generator (1) mit vertikaler Rotationsachse (5), umfassend ein Lagerge- häuse (7), das in einem mit einem Schmiermittel befüllten Becken (8) mehrere bezüglich der Rotationsachse (5) ringförmig angeordnete Lagersegmente (10) aufweist, auf denen sich im Betrieb des Axialgleitlagers (6) ein fest an einem Rotor (2) des Generators (1) angebrachter Laufring (11) über einen sich axial zwischen den Lagersegmenten (10) und dem Laufring (11) ausbildenden Schmiermittelfilm (12) axial abstützt. Um die Zuverlässigkeit des Axialgleitlagers (6) zu verbessern, ist mindestens ein außerhalb des Beckens (8) angeordneten Vorratsbehälter (13) vorgesehen, der über eine Ablaufleitung (14) und eine Zulaufleitung (15) an das Becken (8) angeschlossen ist. Außerdem ist mindestens ein als Kühler dienenden Wärme- übertrager (16) vorgesehen, der in die Zulaufleitung (15) oder in die Ablauflei- tung (14) eingebunden ist.
