本发明涉及通信技术领域, 更具体的说, 是一种实现视频共享业务的方 法、 系统及装置。 背景技术
随着移动通讯技术的发展, 人们不再满足于单一的语音通信方式, 而需 要全新的多媒体通信方式, 这种多媒体通信不仅仅是简单的视音频通信, 还 包括即时消息、 协同工作、 流媒体等等业务, 特别是新通信方式和传统语音 融合的业务。 基于互联网和电信网络融合的趋势, 各标准化组织提出了下一 代网络的概念 , 第三代伙伴计划( Third Generation Partnership Project, 3 GPP ) 在分组承载网基础上引入的全互联网协议(Internet Protocol, IP )业务网络架 构的 IP多媒体子系统( IP Multimedia Subsystem, IMS )核心网, 目标是按照 个性化用户数据, 屏蔽用户接入方式, 控制业务能力的开放程度, 提供多媒 体的通信体验。 视频共享业务是指一个用户终端将本地的视频信息与其它一 个或多个用户终端共享。 其中, 用户终端共享的视频信息包括摄像头拍摄的 视频、 本地视频文件、 图片、 音乐和动画等。
视频共享业务的信令控制基于会话发起协议( Session Initiation Protocol, SIP ), 主叫用户终端和被叫用户终端在进行视频共享前, 需要在 IMS核心网 中注册。 视频共享可以在宽带移动网络和非宽带移动网络之间进行, 也可以 在非宽带移动网络之间进行。 宽带移动网络包括: 第三代伙伴计划版本 5 ( 3GPPR5 )以及 3GPPR5之后的移动网络, 在 3GPPR5及其之后的移动网络 中所有的呼叫都是通过 IP承载。 非宽带移动网絡包括: 2.5代移动通信系统 ( 2.5G )、 第三代伙伴计划版本 99(3GPPR99)、 笫三代伙伴计划版本 4(3GPPR4),在非宽带移动网絡中基本呼叫通过电路交换(Circuit Switch, CS ) 域承载, 数据业务通过通用分组无线业务(General Packet Radio Service, GPRS )承载。
图 1 为现有技术中作为主叫的宽带移动网络的用户终端与作为被叫的非 宽带移动网络中的用户终端实现视频共享业务的方法。 其中, 主叫用户终端 通过主叫 IMS核心网与主叫应用服务器进行通信, 主叫应用服务器通过主叫 IMS核心网、 被叫 IMS核心网与被叫应用服务器进行通信, 被叫应用服务器 通过被叫 IMS核心网与被叫用户终端进行通信, 以下为描述方便, 仅使用主 叫用户终端、 主叫应用服务器、 被叫应用服务器、 被叫用户终端对本方法的 实现方式进行描述。
参阅图 1所示, 现有技术中实现视频共享业务包括以下步骤:
步骤 101 ~ 106、 主叫用户终端与被叫用户终端基于 SIP协议进行媒体协 商。
具体包括: 主叫用户终端通过主叫应用服务器(Application Server, AS )、 被叫应用服务器、 向被叫用户终端发送视频共享邀请; 被叫用户终端通过被 叫应用服务器、 主叫应用服务器、 向主叫用户终端发送媒体协商的结果。
步骤 107 ~ 130、 主叫用户终端与被叫用户终端建立临时通信。
具体包括: 主叫用户终端通过主叫应用服务器、 被叫应用服务器向被叫 用户终端发送临时响应确认(PRACK ); 被叫用户终端通过被叫应用服务器、 主叫应用服务器向主叫用户终端发送确认消息; 主叫用户终端通过主叫应用 服务器、 被叫应用服务器向被叫用户终端发送更新 ( UPDATE )消息; 被叫用 户终端通过被叫应用服务器、 主叫应用服务器向主叫用户终端发送振铃消息; 主叫用户终端通过主叫应用服务器、 被叫应用服务器向被叫用户终端发送临 时响应确认(PRACK ) 消息; 被叫用户终端通过被叫应用服务器、 主叫应用 服务器向主叫用户终端发送确认消息; 被叫用户终端通过被叫应用服务器、 主叫应用服务器向主叫用户终端发送视频共享请求确认消息; 主叫用户终端 通过主叫应用服务器、 被叫应用服务器向被叫用户终端发送响应确认消息。 步骤 131 ~ 134、 主叫用户终端与被叫用户终端建立实时传输协议 ( Real-time Transport Protocol, RTP )链路, 进行视频共享。
具体包括: 主叫用户终端与被叫用户终端建立 RTP链路; 被叫用户终端 向主叫用户终端发送接收者报告; 主叫用户终端向被叫用户终端发送发送者 报告; 主叫用户终端与被叫用户终端通过 RTP链路进行视频共享。
步裸 135 ~ 141、 被叫用户终端终止共享, 主叫用户终端以及被叫用户终 端释放通信链路, 视频共享结束。
具体包括: 被叫用户终端向主叫用户终端发送释放 RTP链路消息; 被叫 用户终端通过被叫应用服务器、 主叫应用服务器向主叫用户终端发送释放消 息; 主叫用户终端通过主叫应用服务器、 被叫应用服务器向被叫用户终端发 送释放确认消息。
图 1 所示的现有技术中, 在非宽带移动网络中的用户终端开机后需要激 活 GPRS连接, 并注册到 IMS核心网中, 宽带移动网络中的用户终端开机时 自动注册到 IMS核心网中, 任何一个网络中的用户终端在注册到 IMS核心网 之前不能与其他网络中的用户终端共享视频信息。 注册完成后, 双方首先通 过 SIP协议进行连接和媒体协商, 然后根据媒体协商的结果进行共享媒体的 传输。
当被叫用户终端处于非宽带移动网络中时, 由于被叫用户终端的 GPRS 连接通常处于非激活状态, 所以造成宽带移动网络中主叫用户终端的控制信 令无法正确路由到被叫用户终端。 如果为保证控制信令的正确路由, 要求非 宽带移动网络的用户终端始终处于 GPRS激活和 IMS注册状态, 不但会大量 占用分组域的资源, 而且保持 GPRS 的激活状态会增加用户终端的能耗, 通 常会缩短用户终端的待机时间。
图 1为现有技术中主叫以及被叫均为非宽带移动网络的用户终端之间实 现视频共享业务的方法。 其中, 主叫用户终端通过主叫 IMS核心网与主叫应 用服务器进行通信, 主叫应用服务器通过主叫 IMS核心网、 被叫 IMS核心网 与被叫应用服务器进行通信, 被叫应用服务器通过被叫 IMS核心网与被叫用 户终端进行通信, 以下为描述方便, 仅使用主叫用户终端、 主叫应用服务器、 被叫应用服务器、 被叫用户终端对本方法的实现方式进行描述。 参阅图 2所 示, 该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 201、 主叫用户终端与被叫用户终端建立语音通话;
步骤 202 - 213、 主叫用户终端与被叫用户终端相互查询对方是否具备视 频共享能力。

图 2所示的现有技术中, 主叫用户终端与被叫用户终端首先通过电路交 换域建立语音通话, 语音通话建立后, 主叫用户终端以及被叫用户终端自动 激活 GPRS连接, 并注册到 IMS核心网, 此后主叫用户终端与被叫用户终端 之间可以实现视频共享。
由于被叫用户终端不需要始终保持 GPRS激活以及 IMS注册状态, 所以解决 了用户终端能耗以及用户终端占用大量分组域资源的问题, 但依然存在一些 缺点: 第一, 视频共享必须首先进行电路交换域的语音呼叫, 对使用视频共 享业务造成一定程度的限制, 使用者可能因为语音呼叫的成本而放弃共享; 第二, 实际上大部分用户的语音呼叫只是拨打电话, 并不一定需要进行视频 共享, 而每次语音呼叫时激活分组域连接, 并且注册到 IMS核心网中, 会造成 GPRS资源的浪费; 第三, 无论主叫用户终端以及被叫用户终端是否注册到 IMS 核心网, 在用户终端之间如果没有建立语音互通, 就无法进行视频共享。 发明内容 本发明提供一种实现视频共享业务的方法、 系统及装置, 用于解决现有 技术中用户终端之间如果没有建立语音互通, 就无法进行视频共享的问题。
本发明实施例提供的一种实现视频共享业务的方法, 该方法包括以下步 骤:
主叫用户终端将含有被叫用户标识的视频共享请求发送给应用服务器; 所述应用服务器确定被叫用户终端没有在 IP多媒体子系统注册, 则通知 所述被叫用户终端注册, 所述被叫用户终端激活 GPRS连接并在所述被叫归 属网络的 IMS核心网进行注册;
主叫用户终端与被叫用户终端进行视频共享。
本发明实施例提供的一种实现视频共享的系统包括:
IMS, 用于转发用户终端与应用服务器之间的消息; 在主叫用户终端和被 叫用户终端注册后, 提供视频共享业务;
应用服务器, 用于在接收到来自主叫用户终端的含有被叫用户标识的视 频共享请求后, 如果确定被叫用户终端在 IMS没有注册, 通知被叫用户终端 注册;
主叫用户终端, 用于将含有被叫用户标识的视频共享请求发送给应用服 务器, 并在被叫用户终端注册后, 与被叫用户终端间建立共享会话;
被叫用户终端, 用于在接收到所述视频共享请求后, 如果没有注册到被 叫归属网络的 IMS核心网, 则激活 GPRS连接并在所述被叫归属网络的 IMS 核心网进行注册, 以及与主叫用户终端建立共享会话。
本发明实施例提供的一种实现视频共享业务的方法包括:
应用服务器收到含有被叫用户标识的视频共享请求后, 如果确定被叫用 户终端没有注册到 IMS, 则通知所述被叫用户终端注册;
在被叫用户终端激活 GPRS连接并在 IMS注册, 并且, 主叫用户终端和 已注册的被叫用户终端通过应用服务器建立共享会话后, 应用服务器向主叫 用户终端与被叫用户终端提供视频共享业务。 本发明实施例提供的一种应用 服务器包括: 注册判断单元, 用于在对所述视频共享请求中含有的被叫用户标识验证 通过后, 确定被叫用户终端在 IMS是否注册;
注册通知单元, 用于在确定被叫用户终端没有注册时, 通过短消息向被 叫用户终端发送注册到 IMS的通知;

被叫应用服务器在接收到来自在线状态实体的被叫用户终端状态信息 后, 判断被叫用户终端是否注册到 IMS核心网, 如果被叫应用服务器判断被 叫用户终端已注册到 IMS核心网, 则将视频共享请求转发给被叫用户终端。 被叫用户终端收到后, 与主叫用户终端进行媒体协商以及资源预留, 通过主 叫用户终端与被叫用户终端之间建立的 RTP链路进行视频共享。 如果被叫应 用服务器判断被叫用户终端未注册到 IMS核心网, 则被叫应用服务器在被叫 归属网络的本地数据库、 HSS或 ΕΝΌΜ实体中查询被叫用户终端的电话统一 资源标识, 如果被叫应用服务器判断查询到被叫用户终端的电话统一资源标 识, 则从电话统一资源标识中解析出被叫用户终端的电话号码, 被叫应用服 务器可以直接或通知主叫归属网络以及被叫归属网络中的其他功能实体通过 短消息中心向被叫用户终端发送短消息, 被叫用户终端收到短消息后注册到 IMS核心网。 如果被叫应用服务器判断未查询到被叫用户终端的电话统一资 源标识, 则回复被叫用户终端无法到达的响应, 主叫用户终端收到后, 取消 视频共享请求。
被叫用户终端注册到 IMS核心网后, IMS核心网向在线状态实体发送第 三方注册请求, 在线状态实体收到第三方注册请求, 将被叫用户终端上线通 知发送至被叫应用服务器, 或由被叫用户终端向被叫应用服务器直接发送上 线通知, 上线通知表明被叫用户终端已经注册。 被叫应用服务器收到在线状 态实体或被叫用户终端发送的上线通知后, 向被叫用户终端转发主叫用户终 端的视频共享请求, 被叫用户终端收到后, 与主叫用户终端进行媒体协商以 及资源预留, 通过主叫用户终端与被叫用户终端之间建立的 RTP链路进行视 频共享。 ·
主叫用户终端与被叫用户终端结束视频共享后, 被叫应用服务器通知在 线状态实体取消订阅被叫用户终端状态信息, 被叫用户终端通知 IMS核心网 取消注册。
当移动网络中不存在在线状态实体时, 应用服务器不需要从在线状态实 体处获取被叫用户终端的状态信息。 当主叫用户终端通过主叫应用服务器以 及被叫应用服务器向被叫用户终端发送视频共享请求后, 被叫应用服务器根 据来自 IMS核心网的被叫用户终端离线响应, 判断被叫用户终端是否注册到 IMS核心网, 如果被叫用户终端已经注册到 IMS核心网, 则主叫用户终端与 被叫用户终端进行视频共享, 如果被叫用户终端未注册到 IMS核心网, 则应 用服务器直接或通知系统中的其他功能实体通过短消息中心向被叫用户终端 发送短消息, 被叫用户终端接收到短消息后, 注册到 IMS核心网, 被叫用户 终端注册成功后与主叫用户终端实现视频共享业务。
通过使用本发明实施例的方法、 系统及装置, 在用户终端之间实现视频 共享业务时, 不必首先建立电路交换域的语音呼叫, 有利于用户终端之间视 频共享业务的实现; 用户终端之间不必每次建立语音呼叫并注册到 IMS核心 网, 节约了 GPRS资源; 无论用户终端是否注册到 IMS核心网, 只需由应用 服务器通知被叫用户终端注册到被叫归属网络的 IMS核心网, 在被叫用户终 端注册到所述被叫归属网络的 IMS核心网后, 用户终端之间实现视频共享业 务, 而不需要通过在用户终端之间建立电路交换域的语音呼叫才能够实现视 频共享业务。
显然, 本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本 发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要 求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

13、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述主叫用户终端与被 叫用户终端进行视频共享包括:
所述被叫应用服务器向被叫用户终端发送主叫用户终端的视频共享请 求;
所述被叫应用服务器判断是否接收到来自被叫用户终端的允许视频共享 通知, 如果是, 则向所述主叫用户终端发送允许视频共享通知, 所述主叫用 户终端与所述被叫用户终端实现视频共享; 否则, 向所迷主叫用户终端发送 拒绝视频共享通知。

所述应用服务器利用所述被叫用户标识从被叫归属网絡获得所述被叫用 户终端的电话统一资源标识;
所述应用服务器按照所述被叫用户终端的电话统一资源标识通过短消息 中心向被叫用户终端发送包含业务标识的短消息, 通知该被叫用户终端注册 到被叫 IMS。
16、 一种实现视频共享的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括:
IMS, 用于转发用户终端与应用服务器之间的消息; 在主叫用户终端和被 叫用户终端注册后, 提供视频共享业务;
应用服务器, 用于在接收到来自主叫用户终端的含有被叫用户标识的视 频共享请求后, 如果确定被叫用户终端在 IMS没有注册, 通知被叫用户终端 注册;
主叫用户终端, 用于将含有被叫用户标识的视频共享请求发送给应用服 务器;

所述被叫应用服务器, 用于在对所述视频共享请求中含有的被叫用户标 识验证通过后, 如果被叫用户终端在被叫归属网络的 IMS核心网没有注册, 向被叫用户终端发送注册到被叫归属网络的 IMS核心网的通知; 在确定被叫 用户终端在被叫归属网络的 IMS核心网注册后, 向被叫用户终端发送视频共 享请求。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述被叫应用服务器包 括:
注册判断单元, 用于在对所述视频共享请求中含有的被叫用户标识验证 通过后, 确定被叫用户终端在被叫归属网絡的 IMS核心网是否注册;
注册通知单元, 用于在确定被叫用户终端没有注册时, 从所述被叫归属 网络的 IMS核心网查询获得被叫用户终端的电话统一资源标识, 根据该电话 统一资源标识向被叫用户终端发送注册到被叫归属网络的 IMS 核心网的通 知;
视频共享请求单元,用于在确定被叫用户终端在所述被叫归属网络的 IMS 核心网注册后, 向所述被叫用户终端发送视频共享请求。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述被叫应用服务器还 包括:
验证单元, 用于验证所述视频共享请求中含有的被叫用户标识, 并将验 证结果发送给所述注册判断单元。
20、 根据权利要求 18所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统进一步包括: 在线状态实体, 用于保存并用于提供给所述注册判断单元的所述被叫用 户终端在被叫归属网络的 IMS核心网中的状态信息。
21、 根据权利要求 18所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统进一步包括: 短 消息中心, 用于向所述被叫用户终端发送含有业务标识的短消息, 以转发所 述注册通知单元向被叫用户终端发送注册到被叫归属网络的 IMS核心网的通 知。
22、 一种应用服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
注册判断单元, 用于在对视频共享请求中含有的被叫用户标识验证通过 后, 确定被叫用户终端在 IMS核是否注册;
注册通知单元, 用于在确定被叫用户终端没有注册时, 向被叫用户终端 发送注册到 IMS的通知;
视频共享请求单元, 用于在确定被叫用户终端在 IMS注册后, 向所述被 叫用户终端发送视频共享请求。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的应用服务器, 其特征在于, 所述应用服务器 还包括:
验证单元, 用于验证所述视频共享请求中含有的被叫用户标识, 并将验 证结果发送给所述注册判断单元。
24、 根据权利要求 22所述的应用服务器, 其特征在于, 所述通知为含有 业务标识的短消息。
