Abstract

Bei einem Mikrowellen-Übergang von einer Koaxialleitung (1) auf ein Koplanar-Leitungssystem (3) setzt sich in einer Längsbohrung (5) eines Außenleiter-Gehäuses (6) der runde Innenleiter (4) der Koxialleitung (1) in einem planaren Innenleiter in Form eines mindestens einseitig metallisierten schmalen Folienstücks (9) aus elastisch nachgiebigem Isoliermaterial fort. Das Ende dieses planaren Innenleiters (9, 10) verschmälert sich anschließend in einem Übergangsabschnitt (16) auf die Breite eines koplanaren Mittelleiters (13; 20) mit beidseitigen koplanaren Masseflächen (14, 15; 21, 22).
