  • Background Art Modern corporations require many types of assets in order to function profitably. Depending on the business the corporation is in, the company may need raw materials, storage facilities, equipment, commercial real estate, information processing capabilities, communications systems and, of course, personnel. Since many assets or resources are not used at all times, they may be available for multiple users or for individual users for specific periods of time. It is important for companies to control the management of such shared resources in order to ensure proper utilization and justify continuing investment in the resources. This is especially so given increasing worker mobility and business real estate costs (particularly unused real estate). By ensuring that employees get the resources they need, wherever they are, and that real estate is used efficiently, companies can reduce costs, and increase productivity and profitability.

Opacities near zero for shade 890A or shade 890B appear black as at 890C and are used nearly 50% of the time and unused nearly 50% of the time. This powerful view gives a real estate manager an easy way to visualize CAFM and AUS information together and serves as launch point for further analysis.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé destinés à mesure l'utilisation réelle d'un espace immobilier, globalement et par individu, dans une variété d'environnements immobiliers d'entreprise afin de faciliter la maximisation des retours sur investissement de l'immobilier et des ressources, d'optimiser l'efficacité des espaces de travail, d'automatiser la réservation et la programmation des espaces de travail, de l'équipement et des services, d'optimiser le télétravail et les stratégies de travail mobile et de rendre compte de l'utilisation de l'espace et de planifier les besoins futurs. La présente invention intègre un composant de gestion du lieu de travail, un système de détection et une utilisation réelle d'un moteur d'analyse d'espace pour fournir une précision nettement améliorée des données sur l'utilisation de l'espace, ce qui améliore la rentabilité du système et affecte le comportement des individus. Grâce à l'effet sur le comportement des individus, le système améliore encore la précision des données et le contrôle et la gestion des ressources.
