Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de traitement d'un matériau; le procédé met en jeu les opérations consistant à dissoudre le matériau conjointement avec une substance d'assouplissement, à solidifier le matériau conjointement avec la substance d'assouplissement et à sublimer la substance d'assouplissement. L'invention porte également sur le matériau ainsi traité et sur des dispositifs électroniques contenant le matériau ainsi traité.
