Abstract
The invention relates to a hands-free device for controlling the flow of water from a tap, characterised in that the device consists of one or more micro-pushbuttons affixed to the edge of the sink and activated upon contact with the user's body. Once pressed, the micro-pushbutton(s) activate the circuit installed in the electrical junction box. In addition, a strip of inductive or capacitive elements can also be used depending on the requirements of the circuit which switches the relay and simultaneously switches the electrovalve, thereby starting or stopping the flow of water from the tap.
