隐式注册机制可以实现通过单条注册请求注册集合中所有公共用户,解决 了单用户注册机制中由于重复注册所产生的资源耗费的问题。
然而, 发明人在实现本发明过程中发现, 隐式注册机制也存在以下缺陷: 一是在实际应用中, 隐式注册集合中所有公共用户状态并不总是完全一致,可 能存在一些用户处于可服务状态, 而另一些用户处于不可服务状态(例如 UE 关机、 故障等)的情况, 当处于可服务状态的公共用户发起注册请求后, 集合 中所有公共用户即均被注册,而事实是处于不可服务状态的公共用户无法接受 服务, 因而并不需要被注册。 此外, 在注册成功后, 当隐式注册集合中某一公 共用户的状态发生变化时, IMS 网络无法对该公共用户的状态进行相应的更 改,在发生如用户设备发生故障等情况时, 由于注销该用户会导致整个隐式注 册集全部被注销, 因此 IMS 网络无法单独注销隐式注册集合中的某一用户。 由于 IMS网络是按照用户的注册信息处理业务,只要用户处于注册状态, IMS 就会处理与该用户有关的业务, 因此上述两种情况均可能产生资源的浪费。此 夕卜, IMS网络不能对公共用户的状态进行更改还会导致一些业务(如存在业务) 提供错误的用户状态信息等问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种群组用户注册方法、用户状态处理装置、 IMS网络实体和 通信系统, 能够对符合条件的动态群组用户进行注册。
本发明还提供一种用户状态更新方法和通信系统,能够实现在完成动态群 组用户注册后, 当动态群组中用户状态发生变化时, 将所述变化通知 IMS 网 络对该用户的状态做出相应的更新。
本发明的一个技术方案提供一种群组用户注册方法, 包括: 对隐式注册集 合中的用户标识进行注册;以及对所述隐式注册集合中的相关用户信息进行更 新。
本发明的一个技术方案提供一种用户状态更新方法, 包括: 对动态群组中 的用户标识进行注册; 所述动态群组中的用户标识的状态发生改变时,根据状

本发明的一个技术方案提供一种用户状态处理装置, 包括: 用户状态获取 单元, 用于获取动态群组中用户标识的当前状态; 存储单元, 用于保存所述动 态群组中用户标识的状态信息; 控制单元, 用于根据所述存储单元所保存的用 户标识的状态信息和所述用户状态获取单元所获取的用户标识的当前状态控 制发送单元发送更新请求, 以对隐式注册集合进行更新。
本发明的一个技术方案提供一种 IMS 网络实体, 包括: 接收单元, 用于 接收表示对隐式注册集合进行更新的更新请求; 更新单元, 用于根据所述接收 单元接收的更新请求对所述隐式注册集合中的相关用户信息进行更新。
本发明的一个技术方案提供一种通信系统, 包括用户设备、用户状态处理 装置和 IMS 网络实体; 用户状态处理装置, 用于感知用户设备的状态, 并根 据所感知的用户设备的状态和已保存的用户设备的状态信息向 IMS 网络实体 发送更新请求; IMS网络实体,用于根据所述用户状态处理装置发送的更新请 求对隐式注册集合中的相关用户信息进行更新。
本发明的一个技术方案提供一种用户状态更新方法, 包括: 订阅用户的注 册状态信息; 接收状态发生变化的用户标识及变化后的注册状态信息。
本发明的一个技术方案提供一种通信系统,包括多用户管理控制实体和属 于 IMS 网络的用户注册状态订阅单元, 其中: 所述多用户管理控制实体, 用 于接受所述用户注册状态订阅单元对注册状态信息的订阅,在所管理的用户标 识的状态发生变化时,向所述用户注册状态订阅单元发送状态发生变化的用户 标识及其当前注册状态信息; 所述用户注册状态订阅单元, 用于向多用户管理 控制实体订阅用户注册状态信息 ,接收多用户管理控制实体所提供的状态发生 变化的用户标识及其当前注册状态信息。
从以上的一个技术方案可以看出,由于在注册完成前或完成后要对所述隐 式注册集合进行更新, 因此可以实现仅仅注册符合一定条件的动态群组用户。 而在现有技术中, 即使某些用户不符合注册条件,也要对隐式注册集合中所有 的用户都进行注册。对比可知, 采用本发明的群组用户注册方案可以在一定程 度上避免资源的浪费。
从以上另一个技术方案可以看出,在注册之后, 当动态群组中的公共用户
标识的状态发生改变时,可以根据状态改变信息对隐式注册集合中的相关用户 信息进行相应的更新, 从而避免了由于无法更新所导致的资源浪费的问题。
另外, 通过订阅用户的注册状态信息; 使当用户标识的状态发生变化时, 可以获知状态发生变化的用户标识及变化后的注册状态信息,进而, 能够实现 对与该用户标识关联的用户信息数据进行修改, 实现了在用户状态发生变化 时, 可以通知 IMS 网络对该用户状态做出相应的更新, 避免了由于无法更新 所导致的资源浪费的问题。

具体实施方式
当多用户管理控制实体代理多个 UE接入 IMS网络时,该实体所管理的每 个 UE可以有自己的私有用户身份, 也可以部分或全部 UE共用一个私有用户 身份; 所有共用一个私有用户身份的 UE组成一个动态群组。 对应于所代理的 每个 UE, 多用户管理控制实体中管理有该 UE的公共用户标识、 公共用户标 识的状态信息及该标识所归属的隐式注册集合等信息。其中,可以将用户状态 划分为可服务(InService )状态或不可服务(OutOfService )状态。 下面结合 上述多用户管理控制实体代理多个 UE接入 IMS网络的情况对本发明实施例的 方案进行详细描述。
方法一、 一种群组用户注册方法, 参考图 1, 其基本流程包括:
Pl、 对隐式注册集合中的用户标识进行注册;
P2、 对所述隐式注册集合中的相关用户信息进行更新。
对隐式注册集合中的相关用户信息的更新可以是根据多用户管理控制实 体发起的更新请求进行,或者根据多用户管理控制实体通过至少一个用户状态
处理单元发起的更新请求而进行, 或者根据用户终端发起的更新请求而进行。 多用户管理控制实体发送更新请求可以通过维护接口管理方式,或者消息 通知方式。通过维护接口管理方式发送更新请求主要是以主动发起命令的方式 通过 Diameter消息、 会话初始化协议( SIP )、 简单网络管理协议( SNMP )、 超文本传输协议(HTTP )、 无线会话协议(WSP )、 对象交换协议(OBEX ) 或同步标识语言( SyncML )或者其他各种私有协议、 内部协议发送更新请求。 通过消息通知方式发送更新请求主要是根据 IMS 网络实体的订阅以类似短消 息等的通知方式发送更新请求, 具体实现时, 可以采用 SIP通知消息进行, 此 时, 所述 SIP通知消息中携带有表示更新请求的注册信息事件包。
用户终端发起更新请求可以是具体的注销或注册请求,所述请求中携带状 态发生变化的公共用户标识以及表示对该标识进行注册或注销的标识符。
对隐式注册集合中的相关用户信息进行更新可以是在所述注册完成前或 完成后对隐式注册集合中的用户标识进行更新,使该集合中仅包括符合预定条 件的用户标识,还可以是对隐式注册集合中用户标识的注册状态进行更新,对 不符合预定条件的用户标识,将相应隐式注册集合中该用户标识的状态更新为 不可服务状态。
在上述方法中, 所述的多用户管理控制实体可以是企业网的基于 IP技术 的专用电话交换机 ( IP private branch ( telephone ) exchange, 简称 IP PBX )或 基于 IMS的公众交换电话网 /综合业务数字网仿真子系统中的接入网关控制功 能( Access Gateway Control Function, 简称 AGCF )实体。 下面以 AGCF为例 进行伴细描述
下面对上述方法的具体实施例进行伴细描述。
实施例一、一种群组用户注册方法,本方法通过对隐式注册集合中的用户 标识的更新实现对群组用户的注册, 包括:
Al、 多用户管理控制实体^ ^据所管理的动态群组用户的当前状态请求对 隐式注册集合进行更新; IMS网络实体根据该请求对隐式注册集合进行更新, 使集合中仅包括状态为 InService的公共用户标识; 所述的 IMS网络实体可以 是 HSS。
A2、 多用户管理控制实体向 IMS网络发送携带当前隐式注册集合所包含
的任一公共用户标识的注册请求,通过隐式注册机制注册当前隐式注册集合中 的全部公共用户标识。
A3、 多用户管理控制实体保存所管理的动态群组中公共用户标识的当前 状态。
当多用户管理控制实体中未存储当前隐式注册集合所包含的公共用户标 识时, 需要先从 HSS、 设备管理 /客户端供应 (DM/ CP )服务器或网络管理实 体等下载所述信息。
图 2是 P1中所述隐式注册过程的一个实施例, 包括以下步骤:

B14、 HSS向 S-CSCF发送服务器分配请求应答, 把隐式注册集合中公共 用户标识所关联的用户信息数据下载到 S-CSCF。
B15至 B17、 S-CSCF向多用户管理控制实体返回携带有 IMPI关联的公共 用户标识的注册成功响应, 据注册成功响应中的多个 IMPU信息, UE和 P-CSCF可以进行后续的注册状态订阅等操作。
上述实施例一也可以是按照 A2 - A1的顺序进行,同样可以实现符合预定
条件的动态群组用户的注册。
实施例二、 一种群组用户注册方法, 包括以下步骤:

C2、AGCF根据所保存的动态群组中公共用户标识的状态信息和所感知的 动态群组用户的当前状态信息,请求对隐式注册集合进行更新; IMS网络实体 根据该请求对隐式注册集合进行更新; 可以通过以下方式实现:
对状态处于 InService的公共用户标识, 向 HSS发送携带该公共用户标识 及其所归属隐式注册集合的增加命令, HSS判断若该公共用户标识当前不在该 隐式注册集合中, 则将该用户标识增加到该集合中, 否则不作任何操作; 对于 状态处于 OutOfService的公共用户标识, 向 HSS发送携带该公共用户标识及 用户所归属隐式注册集合的删除命令 , HSS判断若该公共用户标识当前在所述 隐式注册集合中, 则将该用户标识从该隐式注册集合中删除, 否则不作任何操 作。
或者对状态从 OutOfService变为 InService的公共用户标识, 向 HSS发送 携带该公共用户标识及其所归属隐式注册集合的增加命令, HSS判断若该公共 用户标识当前不在该隐式注册集合中, 则将该用户标识增加到该集合中, 否则 不作任何操作; 对于状态为从 InService变为 OutOfService的公共用户标识, 向 HSS发送携带该公共用户标识及用户所归属隐式注册集合的删除命令, HSS 判断若该公共用户标识当前在所述隐式注册集合中,则将该用户标识从该隐式 注册集合中删除, 否则不作任何操作。
或者对状态从 OutOfService变为 InService公共用户标识, 向 IMS网络发 送注册请求, 注册所述公共用户标识, 经由 IMS网络中的相关实体通知 HSS 或由 AGCF直接通知 HSS将该公共用户标识加入相应的隐式注册集合, 或者 HSS在收到表示注册的 SAR命令后将该公共用户标识加入相应的隐式注册集 合; 对状态从 InService变为 OutOfService的公共用户标识, 向 IMS网络发送 注销请求, 注销所述公共用户标识, 经由 IMS网络中的相关实体通知 HSS或 AGCF直接通知 HSS从相应的隐式注册集合中删除该公共用户标识,或者 HSS 在收到表示注销的 SAR命令后从相应的隐式注册集合中删除该公共用户标 识。
上述注册或注销请求中可以是携带状态发生变化的公共用户标识以及表 示对该标识进行注册或注销的标识符; 所述注册 /注销请求中携带的公共用户 标识可以是一个或多个, 当携带多个时, 可以是携带各公共用户标识本身, 还 可以是以通配符的形式表示所携带的多个公共用户标识。
其中, 可以根据 AGCF 直接发送的更新请求对隐式注册集合进行更新, 也可以根据 AGCF通过其他网络实体(如网络管理设备等)发送的更新请求 对隐式注册集合进行更新。
C3、 AGCF向 IMS网络发送携带当前隐式注册集合所包含的任一公共用 户标识的注册请求,通过隐式注册机制注册当前隐式注册集合中的全部公共用 户标识。
C4、 AGCF保存所管理的动态群组中公共用户标识的当前状态。
下面给出 C1中所述 H.248的注册过程的一个具体实例:
D1、媒体网关( Media Gateway, 简称 MG )向 AGCF发送关于 ROOT (表 示媒体网关)的服务改变方法(ServiceChangeMethod )为重启(Restart )的服 务改变( servicechange )命令, 若 MG下存在处于 OutOfService用户 , 则在服 务改变命令中携带服务改变未完成标记( ServiceChangelncompleteFlag ), 否则 不携带;
D2、 AGCF设置所有公共用户标识的状态为 InService, 并向 MG返回响 应 ( Reply ) 消 息 ; 若接 收 的 servicechange 命令 中 携 带 有 ServiceChangelncompleteFlag标记, 则继续 D3; 否则 H.248的注册过程结束。
D3、 MG向 AGCF上报当前状态为 OutOfService的公共用户标识, 上报 完该标识的状态后,还存在未上报的处于 OutOfService的公共用户标识,则继 续携带 ServiceChangelncompleteFlag标记 , 否则不携带。
D4、 AGCF设置上 的公共用户标识的状态为 OutOfService, AGCF 向 MG返回 Reply响应消息 , 若命令中携带 ServiceChangelncompleteFlag标记 , 则等待 MG继续上报, 继续执行上述 D3, 否则 H.248的注册过程结束, 可以 执行其他操作, 如接入呼叫等。
所述的 H.248注册过程还可以是 MG直接上 处于 InService状态的公共 用户标识, 当 AGCF收到 MG上报的第一个处于 InService状态的公共用户标
识后, 直接执行上述群组用户注册过程中的 C2。
实施例三、 一种群组用户注册方法, 本方法与实施例二类似, 不同之处在 于 AGCF根据所保存的动态群组中公共用户标识的状态信息和所感知的动态 群组用户的当前状态信息以及当前隐式注册集合所包含的公共用户标识,请求 对隐式注册集合进行更新。 具体来说, 将 C2修改为:
C2a、 AGCF根据所保存的动态群组中公共用户标识的状态信息和所感知 的动态群组用户的当前状态信息以及 AGCF 中存储的当前隐式注册集合所包 含的公共用户标识, 请求对 HSS的隐式注册集合进行更新; IMS网络实体根 据该请求对隐式注册集合进行更新; 可以通过以下方式实现:
对状态处于 InService的公共用户标识, 判断若该公共用户标识不在当前 隐式注册集合中, 则向 HSS发送携带该公共用户标识及其所归属隐式注册集 合的增加命令, HSS将该用户标识增加到该集合中, 否则不作任何操作; 对于 状态处于 OutOfService的公共用户标识,判断若该公共用户标识当前在所述隐 式注册集合中, 则向 HSS发送携带该公共用户标识及其所归属隐式注册集合 的删除命令, HSS将该用户标识从该隐式注册集合中删除,否则不作任何操作。
或者对状态从 OutOfService变为 InService的公共用户标识, 判断若该公 共用户标识不在当前隐式注册集合中, 则向 HSS发送注册请求或携带该公共 用户标识及其所归属隐式注册集合的增加命令, HSS将该用户标识增加到该集 合中, 否则不作任何操作; 对于状态为从 InService变为 OutOfService的公共 用户标识, 判断若该公共用户标识当前在所述隐式注册集合中, 则向 HSS发 送注销请求或携带该公共用户标识及其所归属隐式注册集合的删除命令, HSS 将该用户标识从该隐式注册集合中删除, 否则不作任何操作。
当 AGCF 中未存储当前隐式注册集合所包含的公共用户标识时, 需要先 从 HSS、 设备管理 /客户端供应 ( DM/ CP )服务器或网络管理实体等下载所述 信息。
实施例四、 一种群组用户注册方法, 本方法与上述实施例二类似, 不同之 处在于是根据 AGCF通过用户状态处理单元发送的更新请求对隐式注册集合 进行更新, 具体来说, 将 C2修改为:

对状态为 InService的公共用户标识, 向 HSS发送携带该公共用户标识及 其所归属隐式注册集合的增加命令 , HSS判断若该公共用户标识当前不在该隐 式注册集合中, 则将该用户标识增加到该集合中, 否则不作任何操作; 对于状 态为为 OutOfService的公共用户标识, 向 HSS发送携带该公共用户标识及用 户所归属隐式注册集合的删除命令, HSS判断若该公共用户标识当前在所述隐 式注册集合中 ,则将该用户标识从该隐式注册集合中删除,否则不作任何操作。
或者对状态从 OutOfService变为 InService的公共用户标识, 向 HSS发送 携带该公共用户标识及其所归属隐式注册集合的增加命令, HSS判断若该公共 用户标识当前不在该隐式注册集合中, 则将该用户标识增加到该集合中, 否则 不作任何操作; 对于状态为从 InService变为 OutOfService的公共用户标识, 向 HSS发送携带该公共用户标识及用户所归属隐式注册集合的删除命令, HSS 判断若该公共用户标识当前在所述隐式注册集合中,则将该用户标识从该隐式 注册集合中删除, 否则不作任何操作。
此外, 在 C2bl中, AGCF还可以先向用户状态处理单元通知动态群组中 所有公共用户标识的状态均为 InService,再向用户状态处理单元提供当前状态 为 OutOfService的公共用户标识, 或者由用户状态处理单元主动向 AGCF请 求公共用户标识的状态信息, 还可以由用户状态处理单元向 AGCF订阅公共 用户标识的状态信息, 当 AGCF所管理的公共用户标识的状态发生变化时, 向用户状态处理单元发送用户状态信息变化通知。
实施例五、 一种群组用户注册方法, 本方法与实施例三类似, 不同之处在 于是根据 AGCF通过用户状态处理单元发送的更新请求对隐式注册集合进行 更新, 具体来说, 将 C2a修改为:
C2cl、 AGCF直接向用户状态处理单元通知动态群组中公共用户标识的当 前状态信息。
C2c2、用户状态处理单元根据所保存的动态群组中公共用户标识的状态信 息和被通知的动态群组用户的状态信息以及当前隐式注册集合所包含的公共 用户标识,请求对隐式注册集合进行更新; IMS网络实体根据该请求对隐式注 册集合进行更新; 可以通过以下方式实现:

或者对状态从 OutOfService变为 InService的公共用户标识, 判断若该标 识不在当前隐式注册集合中, 则向 HSS发送携带该公共用户标识及其所归属 隐式注册集合的增加命令, HSS将该用户标识增加到该集合中;对于状态为从 InService变为 OutOfService的公共用户标识, 判断若该标识当前在所述隐式 注册集合中, 则向 HSS发送携带该公共用户标识及用户所归属隐式注册集合 的删除命令, HSS将该用户的标识从该隐式注册集合中删除。
此外, 在 C2cl中, AGCF还可以先向用户状态处理单元通知动态群组中 所有公共用户标识的状态均为 InService,再向用户状态处理单元提供当前状态 为 OutOfService的公共用户标识, 或者由用户状态处理单元主动向 AGCF请 求公共用户标识的状态信息, 还可以由用户状态处理单元向 AGCF订阅公共 用户标识的状态信息, 当 AGCF所管理的用户状态发生变化时, 向用户状态 处理单元发送用户状态信息变化通知。
在上述各实施例中,所述的用户状态处理单元可以是物理上单独存在的实 体(此种情况下, 可以称为用户状态处理装置), 也可以集成在如 P-CSCF、 I-CSCF、 S-CSCF、 HSS、 网络管理实体等其他实体中。
在上述各实施例中,在对隐式注册集合进行更新之后, 多用户管理控制实 体根据动态群组中公共用户标识的当前状态更新自己存储的公共用户标识状 态信息。
实施例六、一种群组用户注册方法,本方法通过对隐式注册集合中用户标
识对应状态的更新实现群组用户的注册, 包括:
XI、 多用户管理控制实体向 IMS网络发送携带当前隐式注册集合所包含 的任一公共用户标识的注册请求,通过隐式注册机制注册当前隐式注册集合中 的全部公共用户标识。
X2、 多用户管理控制实体根据所管理的动态群组用户的当前状态发送更 新请求; IMS网络实体根据该请求对隐式注册集合中的用户标识的状态进行更 新。 可以通过以下方式实现:
对于当前状态处于 OutOfService的用户标识, 向 HSS发送携带该用户标 识及其所归属隐式集合的更新请求, HSS在相应的隐式注册集合中将该用户标 识的状态更新为不可服务状态。
或者对状态从 OutOfService变为 InService的公共用户标识, 向 HSS发送 携带该用户标识及其所归属隐式集合的更新请求, HSS在相应的隐式注册集合 中将该用户标识的状态更新为不可服务状态。
或者当动态群组中的公共用户标识的状态从 OutOfService变为 InService 时, 向 IMS网络发送注册请求, 注册所述公共用户标识, 经由 IMS网络中的 相关实体通知 HSS或由多用户管理控制实体直接通知 HSS将该公共用户标识 对应的状态修改为可服务状态, 或者 HSS在收到 SAR命令后将该公共用户标 识对应的状态修改为可服务状态; 若动态群组中有公共用户标识的状态从 InService变为 OutOfService时, 向 IMS网络发送注销请求, 注销所述公共用 户标识, 经由 IMS网络中的相关实体通知 HSS或由多用户管理控制实体直接 到 SAR命令后将该公共用户标识对应的状态修改为不可服务状态。
X3、 多用户管理控制实体保存所管理的动态群组中公共用户标识的当前 状态。
当多用户管理控制实体中未存储当前隐式注册集合所包含的公共用户标 识时, 需要先从 HSS、 设备管理 /客户端供应 (DM/ CP )服务器或网络管理实 体等下载所述信息。
在本方法的更多实施例中,所述的注册或注销请求也可以是由状态发生变 化的用户终端所发起, 多用户管理控制实体将所述请求转发至 IMS网络。
在本方法的更多实施例中 ,还可以才 据多用户管理控制实体直接发送的更 新请求对隐式注册集合进行更新,也可以根据由多用户管理控制实体通过其他 网络实体(如网络管理设备等)发送的更新请求对隐式注册集合进行更新。
在本方法的更多实施例中,多用户管理控制实体还可以才 据所管理的动态 群组中公共用户标识的当前状态和多用户管理控制实体中存储的当前隐式注 册集合所包含的公共用户标识请求对隐式注册集合进行更新。

方法二、 一种用户状态更新方法, 参考图 3, 包括以下步骤:
Sl、 对动态群组中的用户进行隐式注册;
对动态群组中的用户进行隐式注册可以采用现有的隐式注册方法,也可以 采用上述群组用户注册方法的方案实现。
S2、动态群组中的用户标识的状态发生改变时,根据状态改变信息对隐式 注册集合中的相关用户信息进行相应的更新。
多用户管理控制实体在感知到动态群组中的用户标识的状态发生改变时, 根据状态改变信息请求对隐式注册集合中的相关用户信息进行更新 ,也可以先 向用户状态处理单元发送状态改变信息,由用户状态处理单元根据所述状态改 变信息请求对隐式注册集合中的相关用户信息进行相应的更新。
对隐式注册集合中的相关用户信息进行相应的更新可以是对隐式注册集 合中的用户标识进行更新,还可以是对隐式注册集合中用户标识的注册状态进 行更新。
下面对上述方法的实施例进行伴细描述。
实施例七、一种用户状态更新方法,本方法通过对隐式注册集合中的用户 标识的更新实现对用户状态的更新, 包括以下步骤:
E1、多用户管理控制实体^ ^据所管理的动态群组中公共用户标识的当前状 态请求对隐式注册集合进行更新; IMS网络实体根据该请求对隐式注册集合进 行更新, 使集合中仅包括状态为 InService的公共用户标识。
其中,可以根据多用户管理控制实体直接发送的更新请求对隐式注册集合 进行更新 ,也可以根据由多用户管理控制实体通过其他网络实体(如网络管理
设备等)发送的更新请求对隐式注册集合进行更新。
其中,多用户管理控制实体还可以才 据所管理的动态群组中公共用户标识 的当前状态和多用户管理控制实体中存储的当前隐式注册集合所包含的公共 用户标识请求对隐式注册集合进行更新。
此外,多用户管理控制实体还可以才 据所管理的动态群组中公共用户标识 的状态变化向 IMS网络发送注册或注销请求, 请求对隐式注册集合进行更新。
其中, 所述的注册或注销请求也可以是由状态发生变化的用户终端所发 起, 多用户管理控制实体将所述请求转发至 IMS网络。
E2、 多用户管理控制实体向 IMS网络发送携带当前隐式注册集合所包含 的任一公共用户标识的注册请求,通过隐式注册机制注册当前隐式注册集合中 的全部公共用户标识。
E3、多用户管理控制实体保存所管理的动态群组中公共用户标识的当前状 态。
E4、多用户管理控制实体感知所管理的动态群组中公共用户标识的状态变 化, 当动态群组中不属于当前隐式注册集合的公共用户标识的状态从 OutOfService变为 InService时,通知 HSS将该标识加入相应的隐式注册集合; 若动态群组中有公共用户标识的状态从 InService变为 OutOfService时, 通知 HSS从相应的隐式注册集合中删除该公共用户标识。
其中, 当动态群组中不属于当前隐式注册集合的公共用户标识的状态从 OutOfService变为 InService时, 还可以向 IMS网络发送注册请求, 注册所述 公共用户标识, 经由 IMS网络中的相关实体通知 HSS或多用户管理控制实体 直接通知 HSS将该公共用户标识加入相应的隐式注册集合或者 HSS在收到表 示注册的 SAR命令后将该公共用户标识加入相应的隐式注册集合; 若动态群 组中有公共用户标识的状态从 InService变为 OutOfService时, 还可以向 IMS 网络发送注销请求, 注销所述公共用户标识, 经由 IMS 网络中的相关实体通 知 HSS或多用户管理控制实体直接通知 HSS从相应的隐式注册集合中删除该 公共用户标识, 或者 HSS在收到 SAR命令后从相应的隐式注册集合中删除该 公共用户标识。
上述的注册 /注销请求可以是由多用户管理控制实体发起, 也可以是由状
态发生变化的用户设备发起,再由多用户管理控制实体将所述请求转发至 IMS 网络。
上述注册或注销请求中可以是携带状态发生变化的公共用户标识以及表 示对该标识进行注册或注销的标识符; 所述注册 /注销请求中携带的公共用户 标识可以是一个或多个, 当携带多个时, 可以是携带各公共用户标识本身, 还 可以是以通配符的形式表示携带的多个公共用户标识。
若多用户管理控制实体所管理的属于一个动态群组的所有公共用户标识 都变为 OutOfService状态时, 多用户管理控制实体向 IMS网络发起隐式注销, 隐式注册集合中的所有公共用户标识均从 IMS网络中注销。
其中,可以通过前述隐式注册相似的流程实现隐式注销, 不同之处在于需 将 B1中所述联系地址的头域中的超时参数设置为 0。
在本实施例中, 可以由多用户管理控制实体直接对 HSS中隐式注册集合 进行更新 ,也可以由多用户管理控制实体通过其他网络实体(如网络管理设备 等)对隐式注册集合进行更新。
在本实施例中,当多用户管理控制实体中存储有当前隐式注册集合所包含 的公共用户标识时,还可以根据所管理的动态群组用户的当前状态及隐式注册 集合所包含的公共用户标识对 HSS中的隐式注册集合进行更新。
当多用户管理控制实体中未存储当前隐式注册集合所包含的公共用户标 识时, 需要先从 HSS、 DM/ CP服务器或网络管理实体等下载所述信息。
在本实施例中, El、 E2也可以是按照 E2 - E1的顺序进行。
在上述实施例中, 所述的多用户控制实体可以是 IP PBX或 AGCF。 下面 以 AGCF为例进行具体描述。
实施例八、 一种用户状态更新方法, 包括以下步骤:
Fl、 AGCF按照 H.248的注册过程进行注册。
F2、 AGCF根据所保存的动态群组中公共用户标识的状态信息和所感知的 动态群组用户的当前状态信息,请求对隐式注册集合进行更新; IMS网络实体 根据该请求对隐式注册集合进行更新; 可以通过以下方式实现:
对状态从 OutOfService变为 InService的公共用户标识 , 向 HSS发送携带 该标识及其所归属隐式注册集合的增加命令, HSS判断若该公共用户标识当前
不在该隐式注册集合中, 则将该用户标识增加到该集合中; 对于状态为从
InService变为 OutOfService的公共用户标识, 向 HSS发送携带该标识及用户 所归属隐式注册集合的删除命令, HSS判断若该公共用户标识当前在所述隐式 注册集合中 , 则将该用户标识从该隐式注册集合中删除。
F3、 AGCF向 IMS网络发送携带当前隐式注册集合所包含的任一公共用 户标识的注册请求,通过隐式注册机制注册当前隐式注册集合中的全部公共用 户标识。
F4、多用户管理控制实体保存所管理的动态群组中公共用户标识的当前状 态。
F5、 在完成上述的注册过程之后, 当 AGCF收到 MG发送的关于终端标 识( TerminationID )的服务改变方式为重启 (Restart )的服务改变命令时, 对 所保存的与该终端标识对应公共用户标识的状态进行更新后, 向 HSS发送携 带所述公共用户标识及其所归属隐式注册集合的直接增加命令, HSS将所述标 识加入该隐式注册集合中, 并把该公共用户标识关联的用户信息数据下载到 S-CSCF, 从而保证该公共用户标识注册到 S-CSCF中; 当 AGCF收到 MG发 送的关于终端标识的服务改变方式为 Forced或 Graceful的服务改变命令时, 对所保存的与该终端标识对应的公共用户标识的状态进行更新后, 向 HSS发 送携带该公共用户标识及用户所归属隐式注册集合的直接删除命令, HSS从该 隐式注册集合中删除该标识, 并向 S-CSCF发送消息, 请求删除与该公共用户 标识关联的用户信息数据, 以从 S-CSCF中注销该公共用户标识。
在上述 F5中, 当 AGCF收到 MG发送的关于终端标识的服务改变方式为 重启的服务改变命令时 ,对所保存的与该终端标识对应公共用户标识的状态进 行更新后,还可以向 IMS网络发送注册请求,注册所述公共用户标识, 由 IMS 网络中的相关实体或由 AGCF直接向 HSS发送携带所述公共用户标识及其所 归属隐式注册集合的直接增加命令, 通知 HSS将该标识加入隐式注册集合, 或者 HSS在收到 SAR命令后将该公共用户标识加入相应的隐式注册集合; 当 服务改变命令时,对所保存的与该终端标识对应的公共用户标识的状态进行更 新后, 还可以向 IMS网络发送注销请求, 注销所述公共用户标识, 由 IMS网
络中的实体或由 AGCF直接向 HSS发送携带该公共用户标识及用户所归属隐 式注册集合的直接删除命令。
上述注册或注销请求中可以是携带状态发生变化的公共用户标识以及表 示对该标识进行注册或注销的标识符; 所述注册 /注销请求中携带的公共用户 标识可以是一个或多个, 当携带多个时, 可以是携带各公共用户标识本身, 还 可以是以通配符的形式表示携带的多个公共用户标识。
若 AGCF 所管理的属于一个动态群组的所有公共用户标识都变为 OutOfService状态时, 或 AGCF收到 MG发送的关于 ROOT的服务改变方式 为 Forced或 Graceful的服务改变命令时, AGCF按照 H.248的注销过程进行 注销后, 向 IMS 网络发起隐式注销, 所述隐式注册集合中的所有公共用户标 识均从 IMS网络中注销。
下面是所述 H.248的注销过程的一个具体实例, 包括以下步骤:
Fll、 媒体网关向 AGCF发送关于 ROOT 的服务改变方法为 Forced或 Graceful的服务改变命令。
F12、 AGCF设置所有公共用户标识的状态为 OutOfService, 并向 MG返 回 Reply消息。
在上述实施例中, Fl、 F2、 F3也可以按照 Fl - F3 - F2的顺序或 D1 - F3 - D2 - D3 - D4 - F2的顺序执行。
实施例九, 一种用户状态更新方法, 本方法与上述实施例八类似, 不同之 处在于是根据 AGCF通过用户状态处理单元发送的更新请求对隐式注册集合 进行更新, 具体来说, 分别对 F2和 F4进行以下的修改:
1、 将 F2修改为:
F2al、 AGCF直接向用户状态处理单元通知动态群组中公共用户标识的当 前状态信息。
F2a2、用户状态处理单元根据所保存的动态群组中公共用户标识的状态信 息和被通知的动态群组用户的当前状态信息, 对 HSS的隐式注册集合进行更 新: 对状态从 OutOfService变为 InService的公共用户标识, 向 HSS发送携带 该标识及其所归属隐式注册集合的增加命令, HSS判断若该公共用户标识当前 不在该隐式注册集合中, 则将该用户标识增加到该集合中; 对于状态为从
InService变为 OutOfService的公共用户标识, 向 HSS发送携带该标识及用户 所归属隐式注册集合的删除命令, HSS判断若该公共用户标识当前在所述隐式 注册集合中 , 则将该用户标识从该隐式注册集合中删除。
此外, 在 F2al 中, AGCF还可以先向用户状态处理单元通知动态群组中 所有公共用户标识的状态均为 InService,再向用户状态处理单元提供当前状态 为 OutOfService的公共用户标识, 或者由用户状态处理单元主动向 AGCF请 求公共用户标识的状态信息, 还可以由用户状态处理单元向 AGCF订阅用户 状态信息, 当 AGCF所管理的公共用户标识的状态发生变化时, 向用户状态 处理单元发送用户状态信息变化通知。
当用户状态处理单元中存储有当前隐式注册集合所包含的公共用户标识 时 ,还可以根据被通知的动态群组用户的当前状态及隐式注册集合所包含的公 共用户标识对 HSS中的隐式注册集合进行更新。
2、 将 F5修改为:
F5a、 在完成上述的注册过程之后, 当 AGCF收到 MG发送的关于终端标 识( TerminationID )的服务改变方式为重启的服务改变命令时 , 按照 H.248的 注册过程进行注册后,通知用户状态处理单元与终端标识对应的公共用户标识 的状态变为 InService, 用户状态处理单元向 HSS发送携带所述公共用户标识 及其所归属隐式注册集合的直接增加命令, HSS将该公共用户标识加入该隐式 注册集合中, 并把与该公共用户标识关联的用户信息数据下载到 S-CSCF, 从 而保证该公共用户标识注册到 S-CSCF中;当 AGCF收到 MG发送的关于终端 标识的服务改变方式为 Forced或 Graceful的服务改变命令时, 按照 H.248的 注册过程进行注册后,通知用户状态处理单元与终端标识对应的公共用户标识 的状态变为 OutOfService, 用户状态处理单元向 HSS发送携带该公共用户标 识及用户所归属隐式注册集合的直接删除命令, HSS从该隐式注册集合中删 除该公共用户标识, 并向 S-CSCF发送消息, 请求删除该公共用户标识关联的 用户信息数据, 以从 S-CSCF中注销该公共用户标识。
在本实施例中, AGCF向用户状态处理单元通知动态群组中公共用户的状 态发生变化可以采用以下几种方法:
1 ) AGCF直接向用户状态处理单元发送动态群组中公共用户标识的状态
变化信息。
2 )用户状态处理单元主动向 AGCF发送请求, 获取公共用户标识的状态 变化信息。
3 )用户状态处理单元向 AGCF订阅用户状态信息, 当公共用户标识的状 态发生变化时, AGCF向已订阅用户状态信息的用户状态处理单元发送用户状 态变化信息通知。
在本实施例中, 所述的用户状态处理单元可以是物理上单独存在的实体, 也可以集成在如 P-CSCF、 I-CSCF、 HSS、 网络管理实体等其他实体中。
在上述各实施例中,在对隐式注册集合进行更新之后, 多用户管理控制实 体根据动态群组中公共用户标识的当前状态更新自己存储的用户状态信息。
实施例十、一种用户状态更新方法,本方法通过对隐式注册集合中用户标 识对应状态的更新用户状态的更新, 包括:
Y 多用户管理控制实体向 IMS网络发送携带当前隐式注册集合所包含 的任一公共用户标识的注册请求,通过隐式注册机制注册当前隐式注册集合中 的全部公共用户标识。
Y2、 多用户管理控制实体根据所管理的动态群组用户的当前状态发送更 新请求; IMS网络实体根据该请求对隐式注册集合中的用户标识的状态进行更 新。 可以通过以下方式实现:
对于当前状态处于 OutOfService的用户标识, 向 HSS发送携带该用户标 识及其所归属隐式集合的更新请求, HSS在相应的隐式注册集合中将该用户标 识的状态更新为不可服务状态。
或者对状态从 OutOfService变为 InService的公共用户标识, 向 HSS发送 携带该用户标识及其所归属隐式集合的更新请求, HSS在相应的隐式注册集合 中将该用户标识的状态更新为不可服务状态。
另夕卜,可以根据多用户管理控制实体直接发送的更新请求对隐式注册集合 进行更新 ,也可以根据由多用户管理控制实体通过其他网络实体(如网络管理 设备等)发送的更新请求对隐式注册集合进行更新。
多用户管理控制实体还可以根据所管理的动态群组中公共用户标识的状 态和多用户管理控制实体中存储的当前隐式注册集合所包含的公共用户标识
请求对隐式注册集合进行更新。
此外,多用户管理控制实体还可以才 据所管理的动态群组中公共用户标识 的状态变化向 IMS网络发送注册或注销请求,请求对隐式注册集合进行更新。 该注册或注销请求也可以是由状态发生变化的用户终端所发起,多用户管理控 制实体将所述请求转发至 IMS网络。
Y3、 多用户管理控制实体保存所管理的动态群组中公共用户标识的当前 状态。
当多用户管理控制实体中未存储当前隐式注册集合所包含的公共用户标 识时, 需要先从 HSS、 设备管理 /客户端供应 (DM/ CP )服务器或网络管理实 体等下载所述信息。
Y4、 多用户管理控制实体感知所管理的动态群组中的用户标识的状态变 化, 当用户标识的状态改变为符合所述预定条件时, 通知 IMS 网络实体在相 应隐式注册集合中将该用户标识的状态修改为可服务状态;当所述用户标识的 状态改变为不符合所述预定条件时, 通知 IMS 网络实体在相应隐式注册集合 中将该用户标识的状态修改为不可服务状态。
在上述实施例中,多用户管理控制实体可以通过维护接口管理方式发起更 新请求; 还可以通过消息通知方式发起更新请求。
在本方法的更多实施例中,多用户管理控制实体还可以将感知的用户标识 的状态变化通知用户状态处理单元,用户状态处理单元判断若所述公共用户标 识的状态改变为符合所述预定条件时, 通知 HSS在相应隐式注册集合中将该 用户标识的状态修改为可服务状态;若所述用户标识的状态改变为不符合所述 预定条件, 则通知 HSS在相应隐式注册集合中将该用户标识的状态修改为不 可服务状态。
在本方法的更多实施例中,多用户管理控制实体还可以在动态群组中的用 户标识的状态发生改变时, 若所述用户标识的状态改变为符合所述预定条件 时, 向 IMS网络发送注册请求, 注册所述用户标识, HSS在相应隐式注册集 合中将该用户标识的状态修改为可服务状态;若所述用户标识的状态改变为不 符合所述预定条件, 则向 IMS 网络发送注销请求, 注销所述公共用户标识, HSS在相应隐式注册集合中将该用户标识的状态修改为不可服务状态。
在上述方法中, 所述的多用户控制实体可以是 IP PBX或 AGCF。 本发明实施例还提供用户状态处理装置、 IMS网络实体和通信系统。
实施例十一、 一种用户状态处理装置, 参考图 4, 包括用户状态获取单元 401、 存储单元 402、 控制单元 403和发送单元 404;
用户状态获取单元 401 用于获取多用户管理控制实体所管理的动态群组 中用户标识的当前状态;
存储单元 402用于保存动态群组用户标识的状态信息; 状态获取单元 401所获取的用户标识的当前状态控制发送单元 404向 IMS网 络实体发送更新请求, 以对隐式注册集合进行更新。
在本实施例中, 所述的用户状态处理装置可以是物理上单独存在的实体, 也可以多用户管理控制实体中, 还可以集成在如 P-CSCF、 I-CSCF、 S-CSCF、 紧急呼叫会话控制功能(E-CSCF )、 出口网关控制功能(BGCF )、 边界网关控 制功能(IBCF )、 HSS、 网络管理实体、 DM/CP服务器、 应用服务器(AS )、 媒体网关控制功能(MGCF )等实体中。 所述的多用户管理控制实体可以是 IP PBX或 AGCF。
当用户状态处理装置集成在多用户管理控制实体中时,可以选用实施例一 或二中的方法实现。
当用户状态处理装置是一个物理上单独存在的实体时,该装置与多用户管 理控制实体间的接口可以是 diameter、 SIP, 超文本传输协议、 无线会话协议、 对象交换协议、 同步标识语言或其他私有协议或内部协议等。
本发明还提供一种 IMS 网络实体, 包括接收单元和更新单元; 接收单元 用于接收表示对隐式注册集合进行更新的更新请求;更新单元用于根据接收单 元接收的更新请求对隐式注册集合中的相关用户信息进行更新。下面对该 IMS 网络实体的具体实施例进行描述。

用户状态处理装置用于感知用户设备的状态,并根据所感知的用户设备的 状态和已保存的用户设备的状态信息向 IMS网络实体发送更新请求;
IMS 网络实体用于根据用户状态处理装置发送的更新请求对隐式注册集 合中的相关用户信息进行更新。

G2、 用户注册状态订阅单元向多用户管理控制实体订阅公共用户标识的 注册状态信息。
G3、 当多用户管理控制实体所管理的公共用户标识的状态发生变化时 , 向用户注册状态订阅单元发送携带有状态发生变化的公共用户标识及变化后 的注册状态信息的注册状态通知。
G4、 用户注册状态订阅单元根据所述上述信息通知 HSS对与该公共用户 标识关联的用户信息数据进行修改。
在上述实施例中, 所述的多用户管理控制实体可以是 IP PBX或 AGCF; 所述的用户注册状态订阅单元可以集成在 S-CSCF实体、 P-CSCF实体、 I-CSCF 实体或 HSS等 IMS网络实体中, 当用户注册状态订阅单元集成在 S-CSCF实 体中时,在获得发生变化的公共用户标识及变化后的注册状态信息后可以直接
对存储的用户信息数据进行修改。 下面对上述方法的具体实施例一进行描述。 其中, 多用户管理控制实体是 IP PBX, 用户注册状态订阅单元集成在 S-CSCF 实体中, 该实施例包括以下步骤:
Hl、 IP PBX向 IMS网络发送注册请求, 通过隐式注册机制注册当前隐式 注册集合中的全部公共用户标识。
H2、 S-CSCF向 IP PBX发送订阅消息, 请求订阅公共用户标识的注册状 态信息。
H3、 IP PBX接受 S-CSCF的订阅,向 S-CSCF返回表示订阅成功的 200OK 消息。
H4、当 IP PBX所管理的公共用户标识的状态发生变化时,生成新的 reginfo 类型的 XML文件, 指示用户状态的变化, 通过通知(Notify )消息将该 XML 文件发送给 S-CSCF。
若 IP PBX所管理的公共用户标识对应的 UE发生故障 , IP PBX生成新的 reginfo类型的 XML文件 , 其中该公共用户标识对应的注册状态为注销。
H5、 S-CSCF根据收到的通知消息对与该公共用户标识关联的用户信息数 据进行修改, 如向 HSS请求或者删除自身存储的该用户标识相关数据, 或者 更新自身存储的公共用户标识的状态; 若 IMS 网络中有其他实体向 S-CSCF 订阅公共用户标识的注册状态, S-CSCF还需向该实体发送所述的通知消息。
实施例十七、 一种用户状态更新方法, 在本实施例中, 多用户管理控制实 体是 IP PBX, 用户注册状态订阅单元集成在 I-CSCF, 包括以下步骤:
Kl、 IP PBX向 IMS网络发送注册请求, 通过隐式注册机制注册当前隐式 注册集合中的全部公共用户标识。
K2、 I-CSCF向 IP PBX发送订阅消息, 请求订阅公共用户标识的注册状 态信息。
K3、 IP PBX接受 I-CSCF的订阅, 向 I-CSCF返回表示订阅成功的 200OK 消息。
K4、当 IP PBX所管理的公共用户标识的状态发生变化时,生成新的 reginfo 类型的 XML文件, 指示公共用户标识状态的变化, 通过通知(Notify ) 消息 将该 XML文件发送给 I-CSCF。
若 IP PBX所管理的公共用户标识对应的 UE发生故障 , IP PBX生成新的 reginfo类型的 XML文件 , 其中该公共用户标识对应的注册状态为注销。
K5、 I-CSCF向 HSS通知状态发生变化的公共用户标识及变化后的注册状 态信息, HSS根据所述注册状态信息在隐式注册集合中对与该公共用户标识关 联的用户信息数据进行更新; 并通知 S-CSCF对与该公共用户标识关联的用户 信息数据进行修改。
实施例十八、 一种通信系统, 参考图 7, 所述系统包括多用户管理控制实 体 701、 IMS网络 702, IMS网络 702进一步包括用户注册状态订阅单元 703、 服务呼叫会话控制功能实体 704和归属用户服务器 705; 其中:
多用户管理控制实体 701用于接受用户注册状态订阅单元 703对注册状态 信息的订阅,在所管理的公共用户标识的状态发生变化时, 向所述用户注册状 用户注册状态订阅单元 703用于向多用户管理控制实体 701订阅用户注册 状态信息,接收多用户管理控制实体 701所提供的状态发生变化的公共用户标 识及其当前注册状态信息, 并将上述信息通知归属用户服务器 705。
归属用户服务器 705用于根据用户注册状态订阅单元 703提供的状态发生 变化的公共用户标识及其当前注册状态信息在隐式注册集合中对该公共用户 标识关联的用户信息数据进行更新; 还用于通知服务呼叫会话控制功能实体 704对与该公共用户标识关联的用户信息数据进行修改。
其中, 所述的多用户管理控制实体可以是 IP PBX或 AGCF; 所述的用户 注册状态订阅单元可以集成在 P-CSCF、 I-CSCF, S-CSCF, E-CSCF、 BGCF、 IBCF、 HSS、 网络管理实体、 DM/CP服务器、 AS、 MGCF等实体中。
从以上的实施例可以看出,由于在注册完成前或完成后要对所述隐式注册 集合进行更新,使该集合中仅包括符合预定条件的公共用户标识,或者将隐式 实现仅仅注册符合一定条件的动态群组用户。
此外 , 由于注册时采取先通过单条消息对动态群组的所有用户进行注册, 再从隐式注册集合中取消不符合条件的公共用户标识,或者先使隐式注册集合 中仅包括符合条件的公共用户标识,再通过单条消息对符合条件的公共用户标
识进行注册, 而不用针对每个用户分别发送消息进行注册, 因而可以实现以较 小资源对符合条件的动态群组用户进行注册。
在注册之后, 当动态群组中的公共用户标识的状态发生改变时, 将符合预 定条件的公共用户标识加入隐式注册集合或在隐式注册集合中将该用户标识 的状态修改为可服务状态,将不符合预定条件的公共用户标识从隐式注册集合 中删除或在隐式注册集合中将该用户标识的状态修改为不可服务状态 ,则能够 实现在公共用户标识的状态发生变化时, 通知 IMS网络, 使 IMS网络可以对 该用户做出相应的处理, 从而避免了由于无法更新所导致的资源浪费的问题。
另外,通过向多用户管理控制实体订阅用户的注册状态信息; 使多用户管 理控制实体在所管理的公共用户标识的状态发生变化时,向用户注册状态订阅 单元发送携带有状态发生变化的公共用户标识及变化后的注册状态信息的注 册状态通知, 因而用户注册状态订阅单元能够通知 HSS对与该公共用户标识 关联的用户信息数据进行修改, 实现了在用户状态发生变化时,可以通知 IMS 网络对该用户状态做出相应的更新,避免了由于无法更新所导致的资源浪费的 问题。
以上对本发明实施例所提供的群组用户注册方法、用户状态更新方法、用 户状态处理装置、 IMS网络实体和通信系统进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具 体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮 助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想; 同时, 对于本领域的一般技术人员, 依据 本发明的思想, 在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处, 综上所述, 本 说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

对隐式注册集合中的用户标识进行注册; 以及对所述隐式注册集合中的 相关用户信息进行更新。

13、 如权利要求 11所述的群组用户注册方法, 其特征在于, 所述对隐式 注册集合中的用户标识进行更新具体包括: 果当前不在相应的隐式注册集合中 ,则将该用户标识增加到相应隐式注册集合 如果当前在相应的隐式注册集合中 ,则将该用户标识从相应隐式注册集合中删 除。
14、 如权利要求 12所述的群组用户注册方法, 其特征在于, 所述对隐式 注册集合中的用户标识状态进行更新具体包括: 将该用户标识的当前状态更改为可服务状态;对于处于不可服务状态或者从可 服务状态变为不可服务状态的用户标识 ,则将该用户标识的当前状态更改为不 可服务状态。
15、 如权利要求 11所述的群组用户注册方法, 其特征在于, 所述对隐式 注册集合中的用户标识进行更新具体包括:

S-CSCF向 HSS请求所述用户标识的相关数据, 和 /或置该用户标识的状态为 可服务状态; 则 S-CSCF删除自身存储的所述用户标识的相关数据,和 /或置该用户标识的状 态为不可服务状态。
19、 一种用户状态更新方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
对动态群组中的用户标识进行注册;
所述动态群组中的用户标识的状态发生改变时,根据状态改变信息对隐式 注册集合中的相关用户信息进行相应的更新。
20、 如权利要求 19所述的用户状态更新方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据状 态改变信息对隐式注册集合中的相关用户信息进行相应的更新具体包括: 若所述状态改变信息是用户标识的状态改变为符合预定条件的状态,则将 该用户标识加入相应的隐式注册集合,或将相应隐式注册集合中该用户标识对 应的状态改变为可服务状态;若所述状态改变信息是用户标识的状态改变为不 符合预定条件的状态, 则从相应的隐式注册集合中删除该用户标识,或将隐式 注册集合中该用户标识对应的状态改变为不可服务状态。
21、 如权利要求 20所述的用户状态更新方法, 其特征在于, 所述符合预 定条件的状态具体是可服务状态。
22、 如权利要求 19所述的用户状态更新方法, 其特征在于, 所述动态群 组中的用户标识的状态发生改变时,对隐式注册集合中的相关用户信息进行更 新之前还包括:
所述动态群组中的用户标识的状态发生改变时,向用户状态处理单元发送 状态改变信息。
23、 如权利要求 22所述的用户状态更新方法, 其特征在于, 所述向用户 状态处理单元发送状态改变信息具体包括:
直接向用户状态处理单元发送状态改变信息 ,或根据用户状态处理单元的 订阅信息向用户状态处理单元发送状态改变信息,或根据用户状态处理单元的 请求向用户状态处理单元发送状态改变信息。
24、根据权利要求 19至 23任一项所述的用户状态更新方法,其特征在于, 所述对动态群组中的用户标识进行注册包括:
对隐式注册集合中的用户标识进行注册;以及在所述注册完成前或注册完 成后对所述隐式注册集合中的相关用户信息进行更新;
或者
对隐式注册集合中的用户标识进行注册。
25、 根据权利要求 19所述的用户状态更新方法, 其特征在于, 所述动态 群组中的用户标识的状态发生改变时,根据状态改变信息对隐式注册集合中的 相关用户信息进行相应的更新具体包括:
订阅用户的注册状态信息;
接收状态发生变化的用户标识及变化后的注册状态信息;
根据上述信息对与所述用户标识关联的用户信息数据进行修改。
26、 如权利要求 25所述的用户状态更新方法, 其特征在于:
所述订阅用户的注册状态信息具体包括:用户注册状态订阅单元向多用户 管理控制实体订阅用户的注册状态信息;
所述接收状态发生变化的用户标识及变化后的注册状态信息具体包括:用 户注册状态订阅单元接收所述多用户管理控制实体发送的携带有状态发生变 化的用户标识及变化后的注册状态信息的注册状态通知,上述注册状态通知为 多用户管理控制实体在其所管理的用户标识状态发生变化时予以发送。
27、 一种用户状态处理装置, 其特征在于, 包括用户状态获取单元、存储 单元、 控制单元和发送单元;
用户状态获取单元, 用于获取动态群组中用户标识的当前状态; 存储单元, 用于保存所述动态群组中用户标识的状态信息;
控制单元,用于根据所述存储单元所保存的用户标识的状态信息和所述用 户状态获取单元所获取的用户标识的当前状态控制发送单元发送更新请求,以 对隐式注册集合进行更新。
28、 根据权利要求 27所述的用户状态处理装置, 其特征在于, 所述用户 状态获取单元具体用于获取多用户管理控制实体所管理的动态群组中用户标 识的当前状态; 所述发送单元具体用于向 IMS网络实体发送更新请求。
29、 一种 IMS网络实体, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收表示对隐式注册集合进行更新的更新请求; 更新单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收的更新请求对所述隐式注册集合中 的相关用户信息进行更新。
30、 如权利要求 29所述的 IMS网络实体, 其特征在于, 所述更新单元具 体包括用户标识更新单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收的更新请求对所述隐式 注册集合中的用户标识进行更新 ,使所述隐式注册集合中仅包括处于可服务状 态的用户标识。
31、 如权利要求 29所述的 IMS网络实体, 其特征在于, 所述更新单元具 体包括用户标识状态更新单元,用于根据接收单元接收的更新请求对所述隐式 注册集合中的用户标识的状态进行更新,使当前符合预定条件的用户标识在所 述隐式注册集合中对应的状态为可服务状态,不符合预定条件的用户标识在所 述隐式注册集合中对应的状态为不可服务状态。
32、一种通信系统,其特征在于,包括用户设备、用户状态处理装置和 IMS 网络实体;
用户状态处理装置, 用于感知用户设备的状态, 并^^据所感知的用户设备 的状态和已保存的用户设备的状态信息向 IMS网络实体发送更新请求;
IMS网络实体,用于根据所述用户状态处理装置发送的更新请求对隐式注 册集合中的相关用户信息进行更新。
33、 如权利要求 32所述的通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述 IMS网络实体具 体包括用户标识更新单元,用于根据用户状态处理装置发送的更新请求对隐式 注册集合中的用户标识进行更新,使隐式注册集合中仅包括处于可服务状态的 用户标识。
34、 如权利要求 32所述的通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述 IMS网络实体具 体包括用户标识状态更新单元,用于根据用户状态处理装置发送的更新请求对 隐式注册集合中的用户标识的状态进行更新 ,使当前符合预定条件的用户标识 在隐式注册集合中对应的状态为可服务状态,不符合预定条件的用户标识在隐 式注册集合中对应的状态为不可服务状态。
35、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括多用户管理控制实体和属于 IMS 网络的用户注册状态订阅单元, 其中:
所述多用户管理控制实体,用于接受所述用户注册状态订阅单元对注册状 态信息的订阅,在所管理的用户标识的状态发生变化时, 向所述用户注册状态 订阅单元发送状态发生变化的用户标识及其当前注册状态信息;
所述用户注册状态订阅单元,用于向多用户管理控制实体订阅用户注册状 态信息 ,接收多用户管理控制实体所提供的状态发生变化的用户标识及其当前 注册状态信息。
36、 如权利要求 35所述的通信系统, 其特征在于, 还包括属于 IMS网络 的服务呼叫会话控制功能实体和归属用户服务器, 其中:
所述归属用户服务器,用于根据用户注册状态订阅单元提供的状态发生变 化的公共用户标识及其当前注册状态信息在隐式注册集合中对该公共用户标 识关联的用户信息数据进行更新;以及通知服务呼叫会话控制功能实体对与该 公共用户标识关联的用户信息数据进行修改。
