Abstract
Disclosed is a novel pumping fitting means, which has made a pumping fitting structure of a cleaning solution in a chemical sprayer as one body, so that a possibility of corrosion as well as leakage rate and disorder rate can be minimized, a significant cost reduction and facilitation resulting from the single body can be implemented, and good material characteristics such as heat-resisting property, chemical resisting property, corrosion-resisting property can be taken into consideration in advance in accordance with properties of the chemical sprayer which is usually in contact with vibration, high heat, and poisonous ingredients.

WASHING PUMPING COUPLING OF STORAGE MEDICNE SMOKE SCREEN SPRINKLER AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD.
[Technical Field]
<1 > The present invention disclosed herein relates to a cleaning solution pumping fitting device of a chemical sprayer for prevention of epidemics and a method of manufacturing the same.
[Background Art]
<2> In the pumping device for cool cleaning and removing clogging of a liquid tbe coil of a chemical sprayer for prevention of epidemics disclosed in Korean Utility Registration No. 0182452 registered on March 7, 2000 by the applicant of the present application, as shown in FIG. 1 , the liquid tube coil 30 wound on a burner net by a butane gas 70 and a gas adjusting unit 71 disposed at a back end is caused to emit heats while a lever 50 disposed at an upper end is operated to direct a medical fluid stored in a medical fluid tank 20 at a lower end through a direction change valve 200, the liquid tube coil 30 and a nozzle emitting heats, so that the medical
fluid passing through the liquid tube coil 30 heated to a high temperature by a gas heating power is evaporated by the heats to be discharged/smoked through the nozzle 40 at a front end.
<3> In order to prevent or remove/clean accumulation of oily impurities solidified around the nozzle 40 due to a friction between the medical fluid and an air having a large temperature difference therebetween when the medical fluid is sprayed/smoked through the liquid tube coil 30 and the nozzle 40, clogging of the nozzle 40 due to an increase in accumulated oily impurities, oxidation of the medical fluid remaining in the heated liquid tube coil 30 and stacking of oxidants, a cleaning solution tank 10 is separately installed at one side of the medical fluid tank 20 while a pumping cylinder 240 and a piston knob 80 united with a union 230 are installed at a leading end at the other upper side, and the cleaning solution tank 10 and a suction hose are connected to the union 230 of the cylinder 240 to discharge the cleaning solution of the cleaning solution tank 10, and the discharged cleaning solution passes through the valve 200 and the liquid tube coil 30 by the hose 220 connected to the direction change valve 200 of the medical fluid in accordance with piston operations of the piston knob 80 of the pumping cylinder to be sprayed from a spraying orifice of the nozzle 40, so that remaining medical fluid and foreign substances such as carbides which may remain in the liquid tube coil 30
and the nozzle 40 can be removed by cleaning.
<4> However, according to such a conventional cleaning solution pumping device, a rubber pumping cylinder 240 made of soft rubber material, a union fittings 230, a rubber fitting hose 220 made of soft material, a fittings 210, and a direction change valve 200 are coupled to each other in a complicated and fragile way as shown in FIG. 1 , so that a cost resulting from manufacture and assembly is higher, a disorder increases, a lifetime is shortened, and corrosion and leakage occur due to fragility of many unnecessary fitting portions.
<5> That is, significant impacts and so forth are followed when an apparatus for spraying chemicals for prevention of epidemics, the fitting portions between components are highly apt to be detached or be fragile to cause a leakage, a medical fluid used for the apparatus is a very poisonous ingredient which can be easily corroded when it is in contact with a soft rubber material for a long time, and the cleaning solution used for cleaning clogged nozzle and liquid fluid coil is also a very poisonous chemical for enhancing an efficiency of the cleaning, so that parts such as pumping cylinder 240, union 230, fitting 210, other valve 23 must be exchanged after they are used for a predetermined time.
<6> However, the exchange period is delayed, the poisonous medical fluid or the cleaning solution may be leaked or sprayed in an unexpected direction in use to cause a high damage to a human body so that care must be highly taken
into consideration and a suitable solution therefore is immediately required.

[Technical Problem]
<7> It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a novel pumping fitting means which has transformed a fitting structure of a cleaning solution of a conventional pumping device that a plurality of parts are coupled to each other in a multi-stage way into one body, so that a possibility of corrosion as well as leakage rate and disorder rate can be minimized, a significant cost reduction and facilitation resulting from the single body can be implemented, and good material characteristics such as heat-resisting property, chemical resisting property, corrosion-resisting property can be taken into consideration in advance in accordance with properties of the chemical sprayer which is usually in contact with vibration, high heat, and poisonous ingredients.
[Technical Solution]
<8> An aspect of the present invention is to provide a pumping fitting means of a medical fluid smoke sprayer, which has an injection-molded and strong fitting structure as one body where joints or defects such as leakage, corrosion, detachment between a direction change valve 1 10, a fitting tube 120, a cleaning solution inlet 121 , and a cleaning solution
pumping cylinder 130, are not present at all.
<9> A further understanding of the nature and advantages of the present invention herein may be realized by reference to the remaining portions of the specification and the attached drawings.
[Advantageous Effects]
<10> As such, according to a cleaning solution pumping fitting device of a chemical sprayer and a method of manufacturing the same, other than a related art in which components are separately manufactured and individually coupled/assembled, these components are molded as one body, so that general processes such as manufacture process, assembly process can be simplified, a manufacture cost can be significantly reduced, a possibility of corrosion, leakage, detachment duet to a contact with a poisonous chemical fluid can be significantly reduced, and its lifetime can be lengthened.

a cleaning solution pumping fitting device of the chemical sprayer for prevention of epidemics, which sprays the cleaning solution 1 1 contained in the cleaning solution tank 10 outward through the medical fluid coil 30 connected to the medical fluid tank 20 and the nozzle 40 to clean foreign substances such as medical fluids and carbides remaining in the medical fluid coil 30 and the nozzle 40, and includes a direction change valve 1 10 in which a fittings 1 12 connected to the medical fluid coil 30 is disposed at its side, a medical fluid discharge orifice 1 1 1 connected to the lower medical fluid tank 20 is disposed at its other side and a cleaning solution inlet 1 13 into which the cleaning solution 1 1 in a back end flows is disposed at its another side toward three respective directions, and a fitting tube 120 having a constant diameter and length is formed at the side of the cleaning solution inlet 113 of the direction change valve 1 10, and a back end of the fitting tube 120 is closed while a front end of the fitting tube has the cleaning solution inlet 121 allowing the cleaning solution 11 of the cleaning solution tank 10 to be flown inside, and the cleaning solution pumping cylinder 130 has an obtuse angle with the fitting tube 120 and is disposed at one side of the fitting tube 120 right before the cleaning solution inlet 121 which allows the cleaning solution 1 1 of the cleaning solution tank 10 to be absorbed/discharged through the cleaning solution inlet 121 by means of a constant absorbing power applied to the cleaning solution inlet 121 at the time of
pumping operation, and the cleaning solution pumping fitting device has an injection-molded strong fitting structure as one body where joints or defects such as leakage, corrosion, detachment between the direction change valve 1 10, fitting tube 120, cleaning solution inlet 121 , and cleaning solution pumping cylinder 130, are not present.
[Mode for Invention]

change valve 1 10, fitting tube 120, cleaning solution inlet 121 , and cleaning solution pumping cylinder 130, are not present as described above, so that a significant reduction in manufacture processes can be implemented by means of one injection process other than the conventional processes of manufacturing the components in a complex and separate way, simpler and faster assembly can be implemented than the conventional separate assemblies, and a significant reduction in manufacture cost can be implemented.
<17> In particular, the pumping fitting device of the present invention manufactured as one body ensures a good quality capable of significantly reducing a possibility of having leakage, corrosion, detachment or the like compared to the device assembled with conventional several components regardless of materials of the components.
<18> Further, the pumping fitting device of the present invention has the direction change valve 1 10 injection-molded simply as one body and having a good manipulation and a low rate of disorders disposed in a location where the medical fluid 21 and the cleaning solution 1 1 pass through compared to a conventional product, a direction change valve having a high price and a high rate of disorders.
<19> In addition, the pumping cylinder 130 at a fitting tube 120 of the leading end of the inlet 121 is disposed to have an obtuse angle with the fitting tube 120 while the cleaning solution inlet 121 is disposed at a back end of the fitting tube
120 having a different path from the cylinder 130 so that the cleaning solution 1 1 is easily and automatically discharged by the pressure of up and down movements of the cylinder 130, thereby spraying the cleaning solution 1 1 through the liquid tube coil 30 and the nozzle 40.

<20> A cleaning solution pumping fitting device (A) of a chemical sprayer for prevention of epidemics in which a cleaning solution 1 1 contained in a cleaning solution tank 10 is sprayed outside through a medical fluid coil 30 connected to a medical fluid tank 20 and a nozzle 40 to clean foreign substances such as medical fluids and carbides remaining in the medical fluid coil 30 and the nozzle 40, the cleaning solution pumping fitting device comprising:
<21 > a direction change valve 1 10 in which a fittings 1 12 connected to the medical fluid coil 30 is disposed at its one side, a medical fluid discharge orifice 21 connected to the lower medical fluid tank 20 is disposed at its other side and a cleaning solution inlet 113 into which the cleaning solution 1 1 in a back end flows is disposed at its another side toward three respective directions;
<22> a fitting tube 120 having a constant diameter and length and formed at the side of the cleaning solution inlet 1 13 of the direction change valve 1 10;
<23> a cleaning solution inlet 121 into which the cleaning solution 1 1 of the cleaning solution tank 10 can flow at a leading end of the fitting tube while the other end of the fitting tube 120 is closed; and
<24> a cleaning solution pumping cylinder 130 having an obtuse angle with the fitting tube 120 and disposed at one side of the fitting tube 120 right before the cleaning solution inlet 121 which allows the cleaning solution of the cleaning solution tank 10 to be absorbed/discharged through the cleaning solution inlet 121 by means of a constant absorbing power applied to the cleaning solution inlet 121 at the time of pumping operation,

<26> A method of manufacturing a cleaning solution pumping fitting device (A) of a chemical smoke sprayer for prevention of epidemics in which a cleaning solution 1 1 contained in a cleaning solution tank 10 is sprayed outside through a medical fluid coil 30 and a nozzle 40 to clean foreign substances such as medical fluids and carbides remaining in the medical fluid coil 30 and the nozzle 40, wherein the cleaning solution pumping fitting device is made of one material as one body by injection-molding in which joints, defects such as leakage, corrosion, detachment between a direction change valve 1 10, a fitting tube 120, a cleaning solution inlet 121 , and a cleaning solution pumping cylinder 130 of the cleaning solution pumping fitting device (A), are not present at all.
