Abstract

This invention relates to the harnessing of the wind, this can be done many different ways, but what is unique about my invention is that it has a vertical frame structure that rotates and has vertical luovers on one side of each arm of the windmill, they are free to move 180 degrees or less to minimize wind resistance when the luovers go against the wind, and when they rotate to the other side the wind blows them against the arm of the windmill thus blocking the wind on that side of the windmill creating a strong rotating force.

The vertical windmill has a circular Vertical structure with the base fastened to the ground, and at the upper end it has a larger circular structure that is supported with a bearing or bearings allowing it to rotate, and on that upper rotating structure is a horizontal frame structure that holds thin sheets of material that allow the wind to blow thrue the structure on one side of the windmill while blocking the wind from blowing thrue on the other side and thus caosing the windmill to turn.

Claims
The thing that makes this type of windmill work arc the vortical luovers mounted on one side of the arm frame structure and are free to swing 180 degrees or less from side to side for minimum wind resistance, the luovers will always block the wind on one side of the windmill and open the other side and they will do this from all wind directions.
