Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour déterminer la dimension d'un interstice. Ce procédé consiste à générer une représentation tridimensionnelle de la zone comprenant l'interstice à examiner. Les valeurs de mesure des contours définissant l'interstice sont ensuite lissées, puis la dimension de l'interstice (Sp) est déterminée à partir des contours lissés d'après une instruction mémorisée. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif associé.
