Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé d'extraction d'un spectre de RMN d'un échantillon en cours d'étude. Ledit procédé consiste: à soumettre à la fois l'échantillon et un échantillon de référence: à un champ magnétique statique non homogène, à une ou plusieurs impulsions RF, et à un ou des gradients de champ magnétique, pour acquérir des signaux de sous-échantillon de RMN d'au moins deux régions de l'échantillon à l'étude et de l'échantillon de référence; à déconvolutionner les signaux des sous-échantillons de RMN provenant des régions de l'échantillon à l'étude et des régions correspondantes de l'échantillon de référence, pour obtenir un signal déconvolutionné pour chacune de ces régions; et à totaliser les signaux déconvolutionnés de chaque région pour obtenir le spectre RMN de l'échantillon à l'étude. L'invention porte également sur des procédés et des systèmes associés d'extraction de spectres de RMN.
