Abstract

Un procédé de fabrication d'un substrat (1) pour support d'enregistrement optique, muni d'une face avant structurée et d'une face arrière, comporte : la formation d'une couche supérieure (3), constituée par un matériau hybride organique-inorganique réticulable, obtenu par un procédé sol-gel et exempt de solvant, sur une première surface (2b) plane d'une couche inférieure (2) comportant une seconde surface (2a) plane, opposée à la première surface (2b) et formant la face arrière du substrat (1 ), et la formation de la face avant structurée du substrat, en structurant une face libre de la couche supérieure (2) et en réticulant le matériau hybride organique-inorganique réticulable.
