Abstract

A pouch rolling kit keeps sample pouches, so that pouches can be carried easily with good maintaining condition. The pouch rolling kit includes a pouch in which a plurality of unit-pouches is formed in series; and a rolling kit having a pulley to roll the pouch. The pouch is pulled out from the rolling kit and the unit-pouch is ripped off piece by piece from the pouch.

Description A POUCH FOR THE ROLLING KIT

Technical Field

[1] The present invention relates to a sample pouch for bathing goods, cosmetic goods, etc, and more particularly to a pouch rolling kit for carrying a pouch easily with good maintaining condition. Background Art

[2] When a new product of bathing goods or cosmetic goods is launched, a sample pouch is offered to customer so that they can experience whether the product suits for their skin and matches with their skin color. The sample pouch is made to be easily carried so that customer can use it even when they go out for traveling.

[3] Each piece of the sample pouch is packed in a packing box and provided to the shop. Sample pouches are offered to customers in unspecified number at the shop. Customers carry or uses offered sample pouches.

[4] Because a sample pouch is much smaller than a regular product and because it can be easily abandoned after being used, customer prefers to use it when traveling. However, there is a problem to pack each sample pouch with a separate packing sheet piece by piece. Further, to neatly maintain sample pouches when traveling, a keeping box is needed. Because material of the packing sheet is sleek plastic it is easily jumbled with other carrying items. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem

[5] An object of the present invention is to provide a pouch rolling kit which can be carried easily and maintained neatly.

[6] Another object of the present invention is to provide a pouch rolling kit whose remained number of unit-pouches can be identified easily, so that carrying of an appropriate amount of the pouch during traveling can be considered easily. Technical Solution

Mode for the Invention

[26] Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the like elements throughout. The embodiments are described below to explain the present invention by referring to the figures. For the sake of clearness and concision, technology related to the present invention that is not novel and is well known in the art to which present invention pertains will not be described herein.

[27] The pouch rolling kit according to the present invention includes a pouch 100 and a rolling kit 10 to keep the pouch 100, as shown in Fig.l through Fig.4. The pouch 10 is a kind of products to provide an example of product, for example, bathing goods, cosmetic goods, etc. [28] A plurality of unit-pouches 110 is connected in series to make the pouch 100. The pouch 100 is rolled on a pulley 113 and the pulley 113 is fixed by the pulley jointing elements 11a and 12a of the rolling kit 10. [29] A cutting line 112 is formed on the sealing part 114 of the pouch 100 to ease cutting of the unit-pouch 110. [30] A grapping and discharging part 111 is provided at the unit-pouch 110 so that the unit-pouch 110 can be easily ripped off. [31] Both ends of the pulley 113 are fixed by a pulley jointing element 1 Ia of a base frame 11 and another pulley jointing element 1 Ib of a front frame 12 which is installed to the base frame 11, individually. [32] The pouch 100 is pulled out while it is guided by an upper guiding roller 13 and a lower guiding roller 14 which are installed at the end of the rolling kit 10. [33] The lower guiding roller 14 is installed in a slot 12b so that the lower guiding roller

14 can be moved up and down to restraint other unit-pouches 110, which are remained in the rolling kit 10, from being pulled out when the unit-pouch 110 is ripped off. [34] When the unit-pouch 110 is need, the pouch 100 is pulled out from the rolling kit

The unit-pouch 110, which is pulled out from the rolling kit 10, can be ripped off by hand, the unit-pouch 110 is ripped off along the cutting line 112 on the sealing part 114 of the pouch 100. [37] Before ripping off the unit-pouch 110, the lower guiding roller 14 is moved up to press the remained part of the pouch 100 in the rolling kit 10 so that other unit-pouches

Industrial Applicability [39] A pouch rolling kit for keeping a plurality of unit-pouches is provided. A roll of the pouch 100, in which a plurality of unit-pouches 110 is connected in series is installed in the rolling kit 10 and the unit-pouch 110 can be ripped off piece by piece from the pouch 100. [40] Thus, the pouch 100 can be carried easily with good maintaining condition.

Claims

[1] In a pouch for offering a sample of bathing goods, cosmetic goods, etc, the pouch rolling kit comprising: a pouch in which a plurality of unit-pouches are formed in series; and a rolling kit having a pulley to roll the pouch, wherein the pouch is pulled out from the rolling kit and the unit-pouch is ripped off piece by piece from the pouch. [2] The pouch rolling kit in claim 1, wherein a cutting line is formed to ease cutting of the unit-pouch from the pouch on a sealing part of the pouch.
