Abstract

Cet ensemble comprend au moins un élément huméral (2), au moins une tête prothétique et des moyens pour le montage de la tête prothétique selon une pluralité de positions par rapport ô l'élément huméral (2). Selon l'invention, - lesdits moyens de montage comprennent une face proximale (12) plane et circulaire de l'élément huméral (2) et un plot (13) faisant saillie de cette face (12), de moyens d'indexation, d'un bord périphérique incliné (15) et d'une gorge (14); - l'ensemble d'éléments inclut au moins un élément intermédiaire, comprenant une embase et, sur un côté de cette embase, un embout de montage; l'embase comprend une cavité dans laquelle sont formés des moyens d'indexation complémentaires de ceux que comprend ledit plot (13), cette cavité étant dimensionnée pour recevoir ledit plot (13) de manière ajustée; l'embase (21, 31) comprend également une gorge (14) aménagée dans la paroi délimitant la périphérie de ladite cavité, recevant un anneau fendu.
