Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de purification d'une protéine de fusion à partir d'une culture cellulaire la contenant, par cycles de transition inverse (ITC), ladite protéine de fusion comprenant une protéine ou un peptide d'intérêt couplé à un polymère bioélastique, qui consiste à ajouter un polymère bioélastique libre en tant que co-agrégant à la solution de culture cellulaire de façon à ce que la masse de protéine de fusion capturée à partir du lysat cellulaire soluble soit augmentée.
