然而, 因旋转物体无法离开支座, 而使整个工艺品受限于支座的设 计, 这显然不利于提高工艺品的趣味性与娱乐性。 此外, 支座也使得整个 工艺品变得体积较大, 不便于携带。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动旋转物体, 其通过在旋转壳体内设驱 动装置及与驱动装置固定连接的支撑体, 从而该旋转壳体在驱动装置的驱 动下可绕自身支撑体自动转动, 从而简化旋转物体的结构, 且使旋转物体 更具有趣味性和娱乐性, 还便于携带。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种自动旋转物体, 包括旋转壳体、 支 撑体、 连接支撑体的驱动装置、 及连接驱动装置且与旋转壳体固定连接的 传动件, 该支撑体、 驱动装置及传动件均收容于旋转壳体内, 该旋转壳体 设有一开孔, 支撑体暴露于开孔中, 该驱动装置包括本体及从本体延伸出 的输出轴, 该驱动装置本体包括一马达本体及与马达本体电性连接的电池 安装座。
本发明的有益效果是: 结构简单, 灵活方便, 提高旋转物体的趣味性 与娱乐性, 而且便于该旋转物体的携带。

参阅图 1-4, 本发明第一实施例的自动旋转物体包括旋转壳体 2、 支撑 体 4、 连接支撑体 4的驱动装置 6、 及连接驱动装置 6且与旋转壳体 2固 定连接的传动件 8。 该支撑体 4、 驱动装置 6及传动件 8均收容于旋转壳 体 2内。 该旋转壳体 2设有一开孔 20, 该支撑体 4微露出该开孔 20, 其 暴露的外表面实质构成旋转壳体 2 的一部分, 保持了旋转壳体 2 的完整 性。 在本实施例中, 该旋转壳体 2为地球仪。 本发明的旋转壳体 2可为任 何造型。 在本实施例中, 该旋转壳体 2 包括第一壳体 22及连接第一壳体 22的第二壳体 24, 以便于安装驱动装置 6及传动件 8。
该支撑体 4包括一支撑座 40及安装于支撑座 40上的连接轴 42, 该支 撑座 40收容于旋转壳体 2的开孔 20中, 且未与开孔 20接触, 支撑体 4 外露的表面实质构成旋转壳体 2外表面的一部分, 借以实现旋转壳体 2外 表面的完整性, 从而不影响旋转壳体 2 的整体造型。 该连接轴 42 与驱动 装置 6 固定连接。 在本发明自动旋转物体放置于其它物体上进行旋转时, 旋转壳体 2会把支撑体 4遮挡起来, 使一般的观赏者看不到支撑体 4, 从 而增加趣味性。 该驱动装置 6 包括本体与从本体中延伸出的可转动的输出轴, 该本体 包括一马达本体 62、 与马达本体电性连接的电池安装座 63及安装于电池 安装座 63的电池 64。 在本实施例中, 该马达本体 62朝向支撑体 4的位置 上设有连接部 66, 连接部 66上设有一连接孔 68。 而支撑体 4的连接轴 42 可插入到连接部 66的连接孔 68内, 从而将驱动装置 6与支撑体 4固定连 接一起。 在马达本体 62相对连接部 66的另一侧上设有输出轴 70, 其与传 动件 8固定连接。 在本实施例中, 该传动件 8呈圆盘状, 通过胶水固定连 接于第一壳体 22上。 该电池 64可为干电池、 可充电电池等, 而马达本体 62为减速马达本体。
一旦该马达本体 62连通电源起动之后, 该马达的输出轴 70可驱动传 动件 8带动旋转壳体 2围绕该支撑体 4进行转动, 由于该支撑体 4未与该 旋转壳体 2直接接触, 使得在旋转壳体 2受驱动装置 6驱动而转动时, 该 支撑体 4 固定不动, 从而保证本发明自动旋转物体于整体上相对其它物体 的位置固定不变。
如图 5-6所示, 在本发明另一实施例中, 旋转壳体 2对应于开孔 20处 设有安装座 26, —轴承 10安装在安装座 26的侧壁与支撑体 4之间, 从而 在旋转壳体 2与支撑体 4之间形成非直接接触的可相对转动的活动连接, 而且保证旋转壳体 2与支撑体 4之间的相对位置关系。 轴承 10可釆用滑 动轴承或滚动轴承。 轴承 10的内圈与支撑体 4的连接轴 42固定连接, 而 轴承 10的外圈则与安装座 26的侧壁固定连接。
如图 7-8所示, 在本发明的又一实施例中, 将驱动装置 6的电池安装 座 63,设于支撑体 4内, 该电池安装座 63,可为现有电池盒结构, 电池安装 座的盖子 72设于支撑体对应旋转壳体 2的开孔 20的端部, 以便于通过打 开该盖子更换电池。 电池安装座盖子 72与电池安装座 63,可采用现有技术 进行连接。 该电池安装座与驱动装置的马达本体 62 电性连接以提供电源 给驱动装置。 在本实施例中, 由于更换电池不需要打开旋转壳体, 从而可 将第一与第二壳体 22、 24.进行不可拆卸的固定连接。
参阅图 9-11, 其为本发明又一实施例的自动旋转物体。 在本实施例 中, 驱动装置的本体与传动件 8 固定连接, 输出轴 70则插入支撑体 4的 固定孔 46, 从而与支撑体 4 固定连接。 在本实施例中, 在马达本体 62相 对于支撑体 4一侧面上设有凸台 67, 该凸台 67与传动件 8固定连接。 该 传动件 8为圓筒状, 其上设有连接孔 82以收容凸台 67。 输出轴 70从凸台 67伸出且插入支撑体的固定孔 46从将驱动装置 6与支撑体 4固定连接。
一旦该马达本体 62连通电源起动之后, 该马达本体 62 的输出轴 70 可驱动传动件 8带动旋转壳体 2围绕该支撑体 4进行转动, 由于该支撑体 4未与该旋转壳体 2直接接触, 使得在旋转壳体 2受驱动装置 6驱动而转 动时, 该支撑体 4 固定不动, 从而保证本发明自动旋转物体于整体上相对 其它物体的位置固定不变。
如图 12所示, 在本发明另一实施例中, 一轴承 10安装在传动件 8的 侧壁与输出轴 70之间, 从而在旋转壳体 2与输出轴 70之间形成非直接接 触的可相对转动的活动连接, 而且保证旋转壳体 2 与输出轴 70之间的相 对位置关系。 轴承 10可采用滑动轴承或滚动轴承。 轴承 10的内圏与输出 轴 68固定连接, 而轴承 10的外圏则与传动件 8的侧壁固定连接。
如图 13-14所示, 在本发明的又一实施例中, 驱动装置 6的电池安装 座 63"设于旋转壳体 2上, 该电池安装座可为现有电池盒结构, 电池安装 座的盖子 72设于旋转壳体 2与电池安装座 63"的连接处, 以便于通过打开 该盖子 72 更换电池。 电池安装座盖子与电池安装座可采用现有技术进行 连接。 该电池安装座与驱动装置 6 的马达本体 62 电性连接以提供电源给 驱动装置。 在本实施例中, 由于更换电池不需要打开第一与第二壳体 22、 24, 从而可将第一与第二壳 22、 24体进行不可拆卸的固定连接。
