Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet des méthodes pour inhiber ou réduire une croissance tumorale comprenant l'étape consistant à administrer à un patient une quantité efficace de lectine humaine recombinante liant le mannose. Les méthodes incluent l'administration de la lectine humaine recombinante liant le mannose à un patient ayant un cancer colorectal, un cancer ovarien, un cancer pancréatique, des lymphomes, des mélanomes ou des myélomes.
