实现短消息补充业务的系统和方法
技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信技术领域, 特别是实现短消息补充业务的系统和方法。 背景技术
在目前的移动通信领域, 短消息业务给移动电话用户带来了很多方便, 但随着短消息 业务的普及和发展, 需要向移动电话用户提供诸如短消息免打扰, 禁止用户向某些地址发 送短消息, 短消息自动存储到用户的电子邮箱, 短消息筛选, 短消息按时段接收, 短消息 润饰, 短消息自动回发等之类的短消息补充业务, 如果在移动通信网络上可以提供短消息 补充业务, 将给移动电话用户提供更完善的短消息服务, 给移动电信运营商带来更具特色 的新业务, 然而, 当前并没有实现短消息补充业务的系统和方法。
现有的计算机技术、 网络技术和移动通信技术, 使得本发明人首次提出的短消息补充 业务的技术构思有了实现的可能, 也就是说为建立向移动电话用户提供短消息补充业务服 务的运营系统提供了技术支持, 因此, 本发明人首次提出的实现短消息补充业务的系统和 方法的概念得到了确立。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的目的在于提供实现短消息补充业务的系统和方法, 采用该系统或 方法, 能够实现短消息免打扰、 短消息筛选、 短消息自动存储到电子邮箱等短消息补充业 务, 从而给移动电话用户提供更完善的短消息服务, 给移动电信运营商带来更具特色的新 业务。
本发明的技术方案如下:
实现短消息补充业务的系统, 其特征在于, 包括分别连接于短消息中心即 SMSC的移 动交换中心即 MSC和短消息补充业务设备即 SMSE,所述短消息中心 SMSC用于建立短消 息补充业务用户的资料库, 并在接收到短消息之后, 根据该短消息中的源地址号码, 和 /或 目的地址号码在该资料库中进行检索, 如果源地址号码,和 /或目的地址号码在该资料库中, 则将该短消息发送到短消息补充业务设备 SMSE,否则,按照正常短消息处理流程处理该短 消息;所述移动交换中心 MSC用于把移动电话用户到短消息中心 SMSC的短消息前转到短
消息中心 SMSC, 也用于把短消息中心 SMSC发送到移动电话用户的短消息前转到移动电 话用户; 所述短消息补充业务设备 SMSE用于管理短消息中心 SMSC中的短消息补充业务 用户的资料库, 接收短消息中心 SMSC传送过来的短消息, 并根据预先设定的规则或流程 存储与处理短消息, 通过短消息中心 SMSC向目的地址发送短消息。
所述短消息中心 SMSC还连接有扩展短消息实体即 ESME, 该扩展短消息实体 ESME 用于经短消息中心 SMSC发送短消息到移动电话用户, 并用于接收短消息中心 SMSC传送 过来的短消息。
所述的短消息补充业务设备 SMSE为计算机应用服务器 APPServer。
所述的短消息中心 SMSC进一步用于判断短消息的发送来源是否为短消息补充业务设 备 SMSE, 如果是, 则直接按照标准短消息处理流程处理该短消息; 所述的短消息补充业务 设备 SMSE进一步用于按照预先设定的规则或流程处理短消息中心 SMSC传送过来的短消 息,判断该短消息是否可以允许继续发送,如果是,则把该短消息发送到短消息中心 SMSC。
所述预先设定的规则或流程包括下列功能的一种或多种: 把短消息发送到目标地址预 先设定的电子邮箱中; 把短消息的发送时间更改后再发送到短消息中心 SMSC; 把短消息 按照预先设定的存储模式存储后, 再发送到短消息中心 SMSC; 把源地址在目的地址预先 设定的禁止传送群组中的短消息, 不再发送到目的地址; 源地址到某些目的地址的短消息 被预先限制, 源地址用户向受限的目的地址发送的短消息被禁止; 把短消息发送到目标地 址用户预先设定的其他目的地址; 把包含目标地址用户预先设定的限制内容的短消息不再 发送; 把短消息按照源地址用户预先设置的模式进行润饰后, 再发送到短消息中心 SMSC; 根据短消息的源地址,自动产生一条目的地址用户预先设置的短消息,经短消息中心 SMSC, 发送到源地址。
实现短消息补充业务的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤: A.当短消息中心 SMSC 接收到短消息补充业务用户的短消息后, 把该短消息发送到短消息补充业务设备 SMSE; B.短消息补充业务设备 SMSE根据预先设置的规则或流程处理该短消息。
该方法在步骤 A之前, 还包括: 短消息补充业务设备 SMSE把用户的注册信息资料发 送到短消息中心 SMSC, 短消息中心 SMSC把该用户的资料增加到短消息补充业务用户的 资料库中; 或者, 还包括: 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)把短消息补充业务用户的注销信息 资料发送到短消息中心 SMSC, 短消息中心 SMSC在短消息补充业务用户的资料库中把该 短消息补充业务用户的资料清除。
步骤 A中所述的短消息中心 SMSC接收到短消息补充业务用户的短消息是指短消息补
充业务用户为该短消息的发送方, 或者是指短消息补充业务用户为该短消息的目的方。 在步骤 A中: 如果短消息中心 SMSC接收到来源于短消息补充业务设备 SMSE的到短消息 补充业务用户的短消息时, 则直接按照正常短消息处理流程处理该短消息, 不再把该短消 息发送到短消息补充业务设备 SMSE。
步骤 B中所述的预先设置的规则或流程从下列功能中选取: 把短消息按照预先设置的 模式存储后, 再发送到目的地址; 把短消息按照预先设置的模式存储后, 不再发送到目的 地址; 把短消息的发送时间更改成按照预先设置的发送时间段后, 再发送到目的地址; 把 预先设置的禁止传送类型的短消息, 不再发送到目的地址; 把短消息按照预先设置的模式 润饰后, 再发送到目的地址; 根据短消息的源地址, 自动产生一条目的地址用户预先设置 的短消息, 经短消息中心 SMSC, 发送到源地址。
所述预先设置的存储模式是指存储在短消息补充业务设备 SMSE的硬盘上, 和 /或发送 到预先设置的电子邮箱中。
本发明的技术效果如下:
发明能够向移动电话用户提供短消息补充业务, 满足移动电话用户的新需求: 例如短 消息免打扰业务, 不接收某些内容的短消息的需求, 不接收某些发送方的短消息的需求, 把短消息存储到电子邮箱或网络存储中的需求, 把短消息转发到其他目的地址的需求, 禁 止移动电话向某些地址发送短消息的需求, 把短消息润饰后再发送到目的地址, 给短消息 的某些源地址自动发送一条预先设置的短消息等。 附图说明

参阅图 1, 图 1 是实现短消息补充业务的系统结构图, 其中, 短消息中心 (SMSC)120 与短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)llO之间通过 TCP/IP的套接字 (Socket) 建立逻辑链路连接, 短消息中心 (SMSC)120与短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)llO之间通过规定格式的消息内容进 行通信, 该规定格式的协议可以是短消息点对点通信协议 (SMPP), 本实施例中采用 SMPP 协议。
短消息发送方 (移动电话 al50)通过移动交换网络与移动交换中心 (MSCa) 130建立 连接, 通信协议采用 7号信令的移动应用部分 (MAP)。
短消息目的方(移动电话 bl60)通过移动交换网络与移动交换中心 (MSCb) 131建立 连接, 通信协议采用 7号信令的移动应用部分 (MAP)。
移动交换中心 (MSCb) 131通过移动交换网络与短消息中心 (SMSC)120建立连接, 通 信协议采用 7号信令的移动应用部分 (MAP)。 短消息发送方 (移动电话 al50) 发送的短消 息经移动交换中心 (MSCa) 130传送到短消息中心 (SMSC)120。 短消息中心 (SMSC)120通 过移动交换中心 (MSCb) 131把短消息发送到短消息目的方 (移动电话 bl60) 。
短消息发送方(扩展短消息实体 ESMEc) 140通过 TCP/IP的套接字 (Socket) 与短消息 中心 (SMSC)120建立逻辑链路连接, 通信协议采用短消息点对点通信协议 (SMPP)。 短消息 发送方 (扩展短消息实体 ESMEc) 140通过短消息点对点通信协议 (SMPP)的 SUBMIT_SM 命令把短消息发送到短消息中心 (SMSC)120。

过语音交互、 短信中心、 WAP、 USSD等方式访问短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)l lO, 来管理 其短信补充业务。
互联网用户 180通过互联网与短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)l lO建立连接, 并通过 WEB 等通信方式来管理其短信补充业务。
电子邮箱服务器 190通过互联网与短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)l lO建立连接, 并采用 简单邮件传送协议 SMTP ( Simple message transfer protocol ) 进行相互间的通信。
参阅图 1和图 2, 本发明中关于实现短消息补充业务, 包括步骤:
1 ) 短消息发送方发送短消息到短消息中心 (SMSC)120。 本发明中所述的短消息发送方 可以是移动电话 al50; 所述的短消息发送方也可以是扩展短消息实体 ESMEcl40。
2)短消息中心 (SMSC)120检查该短消息的发送方地址或接收目的地址是否在短消息补 充业务资料库中, 如果是, 则把该短消息发送到短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)l lO; 否则, 按 照正常的短消息业务流程处理该短消息。
3 )短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)l lO按照该短消息的发送方地址或接收目的地址用户预 先设置的规则或流程处理该短消息。 本发明中预先设置的规则或流程可以是发送到电子邮 箱地址, 可以是发送到新的目标地址, 可以是存储到短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)l lO 的存 储设备中, 可以是改变短消息的发送开始时间和有效期, 可以是继续下发短消息, 可以是 禁止下发短消息到原目的地址, 可以是禁止下发来自某些发送方地址的短消息, 可以是禁 止下发到某些目的地址的短消息, 可以是将短消息按照预先设定的模式进行润饰, 可以是 按照预先设定的内容给短消息的某些源地址自动回发一条短消息等以及这些基本规则或流 程的相容逻辑组合。
参阅图 3, 本发明中关于实现短消息补充业务的注册, 包括步骤:
1 )未注册短消息补充业务的移动终端用户 170登录到短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)110, 选择注册短消息补充业务。
2 ) 短消息补充业务设备(SMSE)l lO 通过短消息点对点通信协议(SMPP) 的 SUBMIT_SM 命令向短消息中心(SMSC)120 发送短消息, 该命令参数的服务类型
( service— type ) 填写 101, 目的地址 (destination— address)填写移动终端用户 170的地 址, 源地址 (source— address)填写短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)l lO的地址。
3 ) 短消息中心 (SMSC)120 接收到来自短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)l lO 的服务类型 ( service— type ) 为 101的 SUBMIT_SM命令后, 在短消息补充业务资料库中添加目的地 址 (destination— address)内容的记录, 如果成功, 则返回 SUBMIT_SM_RESP消息给短消
息补充业务设备 (SMSE)l lO, 状态参数 (Command_status ) 填写 E_SUCCESS, 否则, 返回 SUBMIT_SM_RESP消息给短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)l lO, 状态参数 ( Command_status ) 填写 E_OTHERERR。
4)短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)l lO收到该 SUBMIT_SM_RESP消息后, 判断该消息中 的状态参数(Command_status), 如果值为 E_SUCCESS, 则在其短消息补充业务资料库中, 增加移动终端用户 170的资料信息, 然后, 提示移动终端用户 170注册短信补充业务成功, 否则, 提示移动终端用户 170注册短信补充业务不成功。
参阅图 4, 本发明中关于实现短消息补充业务的注销, 包括步骤:
1 ) 短消息补充业务的移动终端用户 170登录到短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)l lO, 选择 注销短消息补充业务。
2 ) 短消息补充业务设备(SMSE)l lO 通过短消息点对点通信协议(SMPP) 的 SUBMIT_SM 命令向短消息中心(SMSC)120 发送短消息, 该命令参数的服务类型
( service— type ) 填写 100, 目的地址 (destination— address)填写移动终端用户 170的地 址, 源地址 (source— address)填写短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)l lO的地址。
3 ) 短消息中心 (SMSC)120 接收到来自短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)l lO 的该服务类型 ( service— type ) 的值为 100的 SUBMIT_SM命令后, 在短消息补充业务资料库中删除目 的地址 (destination— address)内容的记录, 如果成功, 则返回 SUBMIT_SM_RESP消息给 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)110, 状态参数 (Command_status ) 填写 E_SUCCESS, 否则, 返回 SUBMIT_SM_RESP 消息给短消息补充业务设备(SMSE)l lO, 状态参数 (Command—status ) ±真写 E_OTHERERR。
4)短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)l lO收到该 SUBMIT_SM_RESP消息后, 判断该消息中 的状态参数(Command_status), 如果值为 E_SUCCESS, 则在其短消息补充业务资料库中, 标志该移动终端用户 170为注销用户后, 提示移动终端用户 170注销短信补充业务成功, 否则, 提示移动终端用户 170注销短信补充业务不成功。
为了便于进一步理解本发明, 下面结合具体实施例进行详细描述。
第一实施例为复制短消息到邮箱的业务:
参阅图 5, 图 5是本发明的实施例一的系统结构图, 在全球移动通信系统 GSM网络上 实现, 其中短消息发送方是移动电话 al50, 目的地址是移动电话 bl60, 移动电话 bl60设 置了类型为 "把接收的短消息都复制一份到其设置的电子邮箱地址" 的短消息补充业务, 移动电话 al50没有设置短消息补充业务; 如图 6所示, 为本发明实施例一的具体流程图;
具体实现按照以下步骤进行:
F1-F5: 移动电话 al50把到短消息补充业务用户移动电话 bl60的短消息成功发送到短 消息中心 SMSC120;
F6-F7: 短消息中心 SMSC120把该短消息补充业务用户的短消息成功发送到短消息补 充业务设备 (SMSE)llO;
F8-F9: 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)llO根据移动电话 bl60 用户预先设置的 "把接收 的短消息都复制一份到其设置的电子邮箱地址" 的规则或流程, 通过 SMPP 协议的 SUBMIT_SM命令, 将该短消息传送到短消息中心 SMSC120, 短消息中心 SMSC120把该 短消息下发给移动电话 M60; 同时, 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)llO把该短消息变换成电 子邮件;

第二实施例为润饰短消息的业务:
参阅图 7, 图 7是本发明的实施例二的系统结构图, 在全球移动通信系统 GSM网络上 实现, 其中短消息发送方是移动电话 al50, 目的地址是移动电话 bl60, 移动电话 al50设 置了类型为 "把短消息润饰后再发送, 润饰规则或流程是, 如果其发送的短消息的目的地 址是移动电话终端, 则在该短消息之后附加上其姓名信息, 例如张三"的短消息补充业务, 移动电话 al60没有设置短消息补充业务; 如图 8所示, 为本发明实施例二的具体流程图; 具体实现按照以下步骤进行:
F1-F5: 短消息补充业务用户移动电话 al50把到移动电话 bl60的短消息成功发送到短 消息中心 SMSC120;
F6-F7: 短消息中心 SMSC120把该短消息补充业务用户的短消息成功发送到短消息补 充业务设备 (SMSE)llO;

移动电话 bl60设置了类型为 "在 8: 30-12: 00和 14: 00-17: 30的时间段内接收短消息" 的短消息补充业务; 如图 10所示, 为本发明实施例三的具体流程图; 具体实现按照以下步 骤进行:

F8-F9: 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)llO根据移动电话 bl60 用户预先设置的 "在 8: 30-12: 00和 14: 00-17: 30 的时间段内接收短消息" 的规则或流程, 通过 SMPP协议的 SUBMIT_SM命令将该短消息传送到短消息中心 SMSC120, 其中, 该 SUBMIT_SM命令的 参数中,计划下发短消息的时间 schedule— del ivery— time设置在 8: 30-12: 00和 14: 00-17: 30的时间段内, 最后有效期限 val idity— period设置在有效的时间段内, 注册短消息标志 registered_delivery_flag设置为返回状态报告; 短消息中心 SMSC120按照正常业务流程把 该短消息下发给移动电话 bl60; 同时, 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)llO根据移动电话 al50 用户预先设置的把 "把接收的短消息都复制一份到其设置的电子邮箱地址"的规则或流程, 把该短消息变换成电子邮件; 其中更进一步, 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)llO 接收到短消 息中心 SMSC120返回的短消息没到达状态报告后, 检查该短消息是否已经超过有效时间, 如果是, 则停止发送该短消息, 否则, 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)llO通过 SMPP协议的 SUBMIT_SM命令将该短消息传送到短消息中心 SMSC120, 其中, 该 SUBMIT_SM命令的 参数中,计划下发短消息的时间 schedule— del ivery— time设置在 8: 30-12: 00和 14: 00-17: 30的时间段内, 最后有效期限 val idity— period设置在有效的时间段内, 注册短消息标志 registered_delivery_flag设置为要状态报告; 短消息中心 SMSC120按照正常业务流程把该 短消息下发给移动电话 bl60。
F10-F17: 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)llO通过 SMTP协议把把该电子邮件发送到移动 电话 bl50用户预先设置的的电子邮箱地址所归属的电子邮箱服务器 190。
第四实施例为自动回复短消息的业务:
参阅图 11, 图 11是本发明的实施例四的系统结构图, 在全球移动通信系统 GSM网络 上实现, 其中短消息发送方是移动电话 al50, 目的地址是移动电话 bl60, 移动电话 bl60 设置了类型为 "自动给发送方为移动电话的用户发送一条预先设置内容的短消息, 例如内 容为: 张三祝您快乐" 的短消息补充业务, 移动电话 al50没有设置短消息补充业务; 如图 12所示, 为本发明实施例四的具体流程图; 具体实现按照以下步骤进行:
F1-F5: 移动电话 al50把到短消息补充业务用户移动电话 bl60的短消息成功发送到短 消息中心 SMSC120;
F6-F7: 短消息中心 SMSC120把该短消息补充业务用户的短消息成功发送到短消息补 充业务设备 (SMSE)llO;
F8-F9: 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)llO根据移动电话 bl60用户预先设置的 "自动给 发送方为移动电话的用户发送一条预先设置内容的短消息" 的规则或流程形成新的短消息 后, 通过 SMPP协议的 SUBMIT_SM命令, 将该新的短消息传送到短消息中心 SMSC120, 短消息中心 SMSC120把该新的短消息下发给移动电话 al50;
F10-F11 : 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)llO通过 SMPP协议的 SUBMIT_SM命令,将移 动电话 al50发送过来的原短消息传送到短消息中心 SMSC120, 短消息中心 SMSC120把该 短消息下发给移动电话 bl60。
第五实施例为短消息禁止下发的业务:
参阅图 13, 图 13是本发明的实施例五的系统结构图, 在全球移动通信系统 GSM网络 上实现, 其中短消息发送方是移动电话 al50, 目的地址是扩展短消息实体 ESMEdl41, 移 动电话 al50设置了类型为 "禁止发送短消息到目的地址为扩展短消息实体 ESMEdl41 " 的 短消息补充业务; 如图 14所示, 为本发明实施例五的具体流程图; 具体实现按照以下步骤 进行:
F1-F5: 短消息补充业务用户移动电话 al50把到扩展短消息实体 ESMEdl41的短消息 成功发送到短消息中心 SMSC120;
F6-F7: 短消息中心 SMSC120把该短消息补充业务用户的短消息成功发送到短消息补 充业务设备 (SMSE)llO;
F8: 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)llO根据移动电话 al50用户预先设置的 "禁止发送短 消息到目的地址为扩展短消息实体 ESMEdl41 " 的规则或流程, 不再把该短消息发送到短 消息中心 SMSC120。
第六实施例为短消息内容筛选业务:
参阅图 15, 图 15是本发明的实施例六的系统结构图, 在全球移动通信系统 GSM网络 上实现, 其中短消息发送方是扩展短消息实体 ESMEcl40, 短消息内容中含有"张三"这两 个字, 目的地址是移动电话 bl60, 移动电话 bl60设置了类型为 "不接收内容为张三的短消 息"的短消息补充业务; 如图 16所示, 为本发明实施例六的具体流程图; 具体实现按照以 下步骤进行:
F1-F3: 扩展短消息实体 ESMEcl40把到短消息补充业务用户移动电话 M60的短消息 成功发送到短消息中心 SMSC120;
F4-F5: 短消息中心 SMSC120把该短消息补充业务用户的短消息成功发送到短消息补 充业务设备 (SMSE)llO;
F6: 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)llO根据移动电话 bl60 用户预先设置的"不接收内容 为张三的短消息"的规则或流程,检查该短消息,发现该短消息被移动电话 M60拒绝接收, 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)llO把该短消息丢弃。
以上六个实施例只是介绍了部分短消息补充业务的实现, 同样适用于短消息按照源地 址进行筛选, 短消息免打扰, 短消息转移到其他目标地址等其他短消息补充业务, 此不再 赘述。
需要指出的是, 以上实施例中, 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)与一个短消息中心连接, 实际上, 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)与多个短消息中心连接就可以实现更大范围用户的短 消息补充业务, 本发明的实现方法同样适用。
以上六个实施例同样也适用于码分多址网络 CDMA通信系统, 只是在该 CDMA网络 中移动电话 al50与移动交换中心 MSCal30之间的 7号信令 TCAP以上的通信协议和命令 有所差异, 移动电话 bl60与移动交换中心 MSCal31之间的 7号信令 TCAP以上的通信协 议和命令有所差异,移动交换中心 MSCal30与短消息中心 SMSC120之间的 7号信令 TCAP 以上的通信协议和命令有所差异, 移动交换中心 MSCal31与短消息中心 SMSC120之间的 7号信令 TCAP以上的通信协议和命令有所差异, 其他均适用。
本实施例中,短消息中心 (SMSQ120与短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)llO之间通过 SMPP 协议进行通信, 实现了短消息补充业务的功能, 需要指出的是短消息中心 (SMSC)120 与短 消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)llO之间也可以采用其他的通信协议来实现。
可以理解, 本发明不仅限于 GSM通信网络和 CDMA通信网络, 也适用于涉及短消息 补充业务的第三代通信网络等, 在此不再赘述。
以上所述的实施例子仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和 润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims
1.实现短消息补充业务的系统, 其特征在于, 包括分别连接于短消息中心即 SMSC 的 移动交换中心即 MSC和短消息补充业务设备即 SMSE,所述短消息中心 SMSC用于建立短 消息补充业务用户的资料库, 并在接收到短消息之后, 根据该短消息中的源地址号码, 和 / 或目的地址号码在该资料库中进行检索, 如果源地址号码, 和 /或目的地址号码在该资料库 中, 则将该短消息发送到短消息补充业务设备 SMSE, 否则, 按照正常短消息处理流程处理 该短消息;所述移动交换中心 MSC用于把移动电话用户到短消息中心 SMSC的短消息前转 到短消息中心 SMSC, 也用于把短消息中心 SMSC发送到移动电话用户的短消息前转到移 动电话用户; 所述短消息补充业务设备 SMSE用于管理短消息中心 SMSC中的短消息补充 业务用户的资料库, 接收短消息中心 SMSC传送过来的短消息, 并根据预先设定的规则或 流程处理短消息, 通过短消息中心 SMSC向目的地址发送短消息。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的实现短消息补充业务的系统, 其特征在于, 所述短消息中心 SMSC 还连接有扩展短消息实体即 ESME, 该扩展短消息实体 ESME用于经短消息中心 SMSC发送短消息到移动电话用户, 并用于接收短消息中心 SMSC传送过来的短消息。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的实现短消息补充业务的系统, 其特征在于, 所述的短消息补充 业务设备 SMSE为计算机应用服务器 APPServer。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的实现短消息补充业务的系统, 其特征在于, 所述的短消息中心 SMSC进一步用于判断短消息的发送来源是否为短消息补充业务设备 SMSE, 如果是, 则直 接按照标准短消息处理流程处理该短消息; 所述的短消息补充业务设备 SMSE进一步用于 按照预先设定的规则或流程处理短消息中心 SMSC传送过来的短消息, 判断该短消息是否 可以允许继续发送, 如果是, 则把该短消息发送到短消息中心 SMSC。
5.根据权利要求 1-5之一所述的实现短消息补充业务的系统, 其特征在于, 所述预先设 定的规则或流程包括下列功能的一种或多种: 把短消息发送到目标地址预先设定的电子邮 箱中; 把短消息的发送时间更改后再发送到短消息中心 SMSC; 把短消息按照预先设定的 存储模式存储后, 再发送到短消息中心 SMSC; 把源地址在目的地址预先设定的禁止传送 群组中的短消息, 不再发送到目的地址; 源地址到某些目的地址的短消息被预先限制, 源 地址用户向受限的目的地址发送的短消息被禁止; 把短消息发送到目标地址用户预先设定 的其他目的地址; 把包含目标地址用户预先设定的限制内容的短消息不再发送; 把短消息 按照源地址用户预先设置的模式进行润饰后, 再发送到短消息中心 SMSC; 根据短消息的 源地址, 自动产生一条目的地址用户预先设置的短消息, 经短消息中心 SMSC, 发送到源
地址。
6.实现短消息补充业务的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括以下步骤: A.当短消息中心 SMSC 接收到短消息补充业务用户的短消息后, 把该短消息发送到短消息补充业务设备 SMSE; B.短消息补充业务设备 SMSE根据预先设置的规则或流程处理该短消息。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的实现短消息补充业务的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法在步骤 A 之前,还包括:短消息补充业务设备 SMSE把用户的注册信息资料发送到短消息中心 SMSC, 短消息中心 SMSC把该用户的资料增加到短消息补充业务用户的资料库中; 或者, 还包括: 短消息补充业务设备 (SMSE)把短消息补充业务用户的注销信息资料发送到短消息中心 SMSC,短消息中心 SMSC在短消息补充业务用户的资料库中把该短消息补充业务用户的资 料清除。
8.根据权利要求 6所述的实现短消息补充业务的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A中所述的 短消息中心 SMSC接收到短消息补充业务用户的短消息是指短消息补充业务用户为该短消 息的发送方, 或者是指短消息补充业务用户为该短消息的目的方。
9.根据权利要求 6所述的实现短消息补充业务的方法, 其特征在于, 在步骤 A中: 如 果短消息中心 SMSC接收到来源于短消息补充业务设备 SMSE的到短消息补充业务用户的 短消息时, 则直接按照正常短消息处理流程处理该短消息, 不再把该短消息发送到短消息 补充业务设备 SMSE。
10.根据权利要求 6所述的实现短消息补充业务的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 B中所述的 预先设置的规则或流程从下列功能中选取: 把短消息按照预先设置的模式存储后, 再发送 到目的地址; 把短消息按照预先设置的模式存储后, 不再发送到目的地址; 把短消息的发 送时间更改成按照预先设置的发送时间段后, 再发送到目的地址; 把预先设置的禁止传送 类型的短消息, 不再发送到目的地址; 把短消息按照预先设置的模式润饰后, 再发送到目 的地址; 根据短消息的源地址, 自动产生一条目的地址用户预先设置的短消息, 经短消息 中心 SMSC, 发送到源地址。
11.根据权利要求 10所述的实现短消息补充业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预先设置的 存储模式是指存储在短消息补充业务设备 SMSE的硬盘上, 和 /或发送到预先设置的电子邮 箱中。
