边拼片 22包括两个边基部 221和一个边连接部 222,边拼片 22上设有一" V" 形槽, "V"形槽为边连接部 222, 边拼片 22上位于该 "V"形槽 222两侧的拼 片结构分别为两个边基部 221, 两个边基部 221可相对折叠直至 "V"形槽 222 的两侧的槽壁抵触构成边连接体的部分;
边拼片 23的结构与边拼片 22基本相同, 不同之处仅在于边连接部 232的 "V"形槽的斜度不同, 则两个边基部 231的折叠角度不同, 用于角度不同的边

参见图 7至图 7F, 正五边形锥体拼图 7由平面拼片 74、两种边拼片 72、 73 和两种角拼片 71、 75拼装而成, 原理与实施例 1相似; 角拼片 71包括五个角基部 711和四个角连接部 712,角拼片 71上设有四个 一端相交的 "V"形槽, "V"形槽为角连接部 712, 角拼片 71上位于 "V"形槽 两侧的四个拼片结构分别为角基部 711,每两个角基部 711可相对折叠直至两者 之间的 "V"形槽 712的两侧的槽壁抵触构成角连接体;

[实施例 8]十字体体拼图
参见图 8至图 8D,十字体拼图 8由平面拼片 84、边拼片 82和角拼片 81拼 装而成, 原理与卖施例 1相似。
角拼片 81本身成 "十"字形, 其上每个伸出端设有一个 "V"形槽, "V" 形槽为角连接部 812, 角拼片 81上位于 "V"形槽两侧的五个拼片结构分别为 角基部 811, 每两个角基部 811可相对折叠直至两者之间的 "V"形槽 812的两- 侧的槽壁抵触构成角连接体;
边拼片 82上设有两条平行的' "V"形槽, "V"形槽为边连接部 822, 边拼 片 82上位于 "V"形槽 822两侧的拼片结构分别为三个边基部 821, 两个边基 部 821可相对折叠直至 "V"形槽 822的两侧的槽壁抵触构成边连接体的部分。 由技术常识可知, 本发明可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的 实施方案来实现。 因此, 上述公开的实施方案, 就各方面而言, 都只是举例说 明, 并不是仅有的。 所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的改变均 被本发明包含。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种立体拼图的可折叠拼片, 其特征在于, 包括:
至少两个基部; 以及
至少一个连接部, 该连接部连接于该两个基部之间并可以弯折。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的立体拼图的可折叠拼片, 其特征在于, 所述的可 折叠拼片上设有一 "V"形槽, 该 "V"形槽为所述的连接部, 该可折叠拼片上 位于该 "V"形槽两侧的拼片结构分别为所述的两个基部, 该两个基部可相对折 叠直至该 " V,,形槽的两侧的槽壁抵触。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的立体拼图的可折叠拼片, 其特征在于, 所述的可 折叠拼片包括:
至少三个基部; 以及 至少两个连接部, 该连接部连接于该两个基部之间并可以弯折。

4、 根据权利要求 3所述的立体拼图的可折叠拼片, 其特征在于, 所述的可 折叠拼片上设有至少两个 "V"形槽, 该 "V"形槽为所述的连接部, 该可折叠 拼片上位于该 "V"形槽两侧的拼片结构分别为所述的多个基部, 该每两个基部 可相对折叠直至该每一 "V"形槽的两侧的槽壁抵触。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的立体拼图的可折叠拼片, 其特征在于, 所述的拼 片边缘分别设有形状相配合的圆形的凸起和凹槽。
6、 一种立体拼图, 其特征在于, 包括:
多个主体, 该主体为一平板结构, 多个由一平板切割而成的平面拼片拼装 成该主体; .
多个边连接体, 每一该边连接体连接于每两个相交的该主体之间 , 该边连 接体包括多个拼装成一体的边拼片, 该边拼片包括:
两个边基部; 以及
一个边连接部, 该边连接部连接于该两个边基部之间并可以弯折; 以及 多个角连接体, 每一角连接体连接在多个相交的该主体之间, ·该角连接体 包括一角拼片, 该角拼片包括:
至少三个角基部; 以及 至少两个角连接部, 该角连接部连接于该两个角基部之间并可以弯折; 该多个主体、 该多个边连接体和该多个角连接体拼装成立体产品。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的立体拼图, 其特征在于, 所述的边拼片上设有一 "V"形槽, 该 "V"形槽为所述的边连接部, 该边拼片上位于该 "V"形槽两 侧的拼片结构分别为所述的两个边基部, 该两个边基部可相对折叠直至该 "V" 形槽的两侧的槽壁抵触。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的立体拼图, 其特征在于, 所述的角拼片上设有至 少两个 "V"形槽, 该 "V"形槽为所述的角连接部, 该角拼片上位于该 "V" 形槽两侧的拼片结构分别为所述的多个角基部, 该每两个角基部可相对折叠直 至该每一 "V"形槽的两侧的槽壁抵触。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的立体拼图, 其特征在于 所述的平面拼片、 边拼 片和角拼片的边缘分别设有形状相配合的圆形的凸起和凹槽。
