A COOKING DEVICE HAVING THE QUALITY OF COOKING FOODS THAT ARE POSITIONED AT DIFFERENT PLACES THROUGH A SINGLE HEATING SOURCE
, Technical Field
Present invention relates to a cooking device that enables cooking meat, chicken, shish kebab, pide* (a Turkish pizza-like bread) , doner kebab, pizza, fish, kokoreς* (roasted sheep's intestines), casserole and similar foods.
Present invention, relates to a cooking unit where the said foods through a heating source that has the quality of radiating in more than one direction and where a high energy saving has been ensured.
Background of the Invention
Cooking units comprise different structures and qualities according to the areas, environments they are used, and the variety of the foods. For example; there are some cooking units those have the quality of cooking through the heating surfaces those heat through the upper and lower areas, besides that they have the quality of cooking through the side areas and other different areas.
In a dining saloon, especially in the places those are defined as "fast food", doner fireplaces, ovens and similar cooking devices are present. One of the most attractive elements in the cooking saloons is that there are various cooking devices to cook foods of different sorts (meat, chicken, shish kebab, pide, doner kebab and similar foods) .
To cook foods like doner kebab, shish kebab, meat ball and pide in the cooking units of separate and different technical qualities is a very normal and usual thing according to the current technology, because of both their cooking means, required ingredients, and the structural qualities of these foods. But, when considered and analyzed by an administrator, from this situation, not an encouraging table is obtained in especially costs. That is, considering the volume or space that is occupied in any area of the cooking saloon and the energy that each cooking unit consumes and when a personnel is employed to work for each cooking device; it is obvious that high costs for the administrator, arise. It is true that, when the current kitchen equipments technology is examined, some embodiments called compact structures where several units are positioned together can be found. But when these embodiments are examined, it will be seen that they eliminate only one of the energy, laborer and the volume-space elements mentioned above; that is volume quality.
There have been many applications in the Turkish Patent Institution registries, relating to the cooking units. Once these applications are examined, generally, only separate doner fireplaces, cooking equipments, oven embodiments and similar inventions have been found. There are applications relating to the cooking units by MUTFAKQI KITCHEN DEVICES AND TOOLS IND. INC. COMPANY. Among these applications, is 2005/00085 numbered BARBEQUE THAT GRILLS IN A VERTICAL DIRECTION and also is the application of 2006/01824 numbered and 14.04.2006 dated "A MULTI-PURPOSE COOKING UNIT THAT HAS MODULAR LAVA STONE HEATERS".
In the said application; cooking the meat-like foods through the side areas, prevention of the leaking oil to contact with the heater surfaces during heating, the replacable quality of the heater surfaces that heat and cook through the side areas, thus containing a structure ready for use with electricity, gas, and solid fuel and also similar energies, has been aimed.
There are other aims of the invention as; instead of ejecting directly the heat that has been obtained in the cooking unit, preservation of the heat but forming a surface on the area that the heat will go out and thus, preventing the heat consumption by using heat more effectively.
Explanation of the Invention The aim of the invention is to have the quality of cooking diferent foods those are positioned in different areas, by radiating more than one area on condition of using a single heating source.
The aim of the invention is to enable cooking more than one separate food through the heat taken from the single energy center through a single energy wall or single energy source.
An aim of the invention is to use the heat obtained from a single heating source effectively and thus, by preventing energy consumption, a unit that ensures energy saving.
Another aim of the invention is, as a modular structure is present, to carry out positioning in the side areas of the heating source by increasing with different variations like for example; doner- doner, oven-dδner, oven-oven, grill-dδner or grill-oven, chicken-grill, chicken-dδner, chicken- chicken and similar examples depending on choice; thus a cooking unit having a flexible use which is designed according to the choice of the user.
Another aim of the invention is to enable cooking various different products, by positioning foods to be cooked in each two areas of the heating source when the energy wall or the heater surface is more than one, in accordance with the flexible use and preferances mentioned above .
Another aim of the invention is to, through cooking various different products in the same unit, to occupy less space in the cooking saloon and to obtain the chance of controlling from a single center because of cooking in the same area instead of cooking at different places.
Another aim of the invention is to carry out cooking procedures with fewer labourers because of cooking the foods in the same center and unit. This causes the works to be carried out with fewer labourers and thus causes a decrease in the administrational costs. Another aim of the invention is to enable cooking many foods in a shorter time through cooking foods in a single center and unit. This means to bring the food to the customer in a shorter time and to use time in a most efficient way.
Another aim of the invention is to enable positioning of the fuels of different sorts (radian, resistance, solid fuel, charcoal, LPG, natural gas, lava stone etc.) at the cages in the heating source defined as energy wall. This again depends on flexible use and the choice of the user.
Another aim of the invention is to obtain a heathier environment through its oil, smell and smoke preventing structure.
Another aim of the invention is to circulate the waste gases in a trasnportation allowance through an upper-oven added to the unit, and to ensure energy saving by preserving the waste energy.
Another aim of the invention is to use a conductive glass in the front area of the heating source.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention comprises, as the main structure and main parts; a Carrying body (1), an oven group (2), pim gaps (2.1), dδner fireplace (3) , Hood Fume (4) , upper oven group (5) , cooking device (6), grill group (7) and chicken group (8). The cooking device (6), contains, a Device body (6.1), Frames (6.2), Heating Source (6.3), Fixing Pirns (6.4), Base (6.5), Buttons (6.6), Lava stone (6.7), and a Fixing gap (6.8) .
The invention, as a main quality, cooks different foods at the same time heating by two opposite surfaces or in two different areas or more than one surface and area through a single heating source
(6.3) . Another important quality of the present invention is that it has a modular structure.
at least one carrying body (1) having a moduler structure that can easily be adapted to the said cooking device (6) body (6.1), an oven group (2), dδner fireplace (3), hood fume (4), upper oven group (5), grill group (7) and a chicken group (8) is montaged through fixing pirns (6.4) .
In order to carry out the desired mounting procedure in a way to oppose the fixing pirns (6.4), also pirn gaps (2.1) are formed on the carrying body (1) , oven group (2) , dδner fireplace (3) , Hood Fume (4), upper oven group (5), grill group (7) and chicken group (8). The mounting procedure is carried out through the fixing pirns (6.4) and the pirn gaps (2.1), without needing the use of any connection element. Instead of the fixing pirns (6.4) in the unit, preferably combination is carried out through screwing, clinching, welding, spot welding, cool spot welding, argon welding, oxygen welding and by using nails and nail receiving devices, connection is carried out .
Through the said invention, different variations or alternatifes are possible to be produced. Namely; it is possible, depending on the choice, to obtain the embodiments of dδner fireplace (3)- grill group (7) (see Fig-4), again on condition that the cooking device (6) will be in the middle; dδner fireplace (3) again-dδner fireplace (3) (see Fig. -3), or with another alternative an oven group (2)- dδner fireplace (3) (see fig.5) in each two or more area of the heating surfaces of the cooking device (6) which is defined as double group. To enhance the alternatives; different alternatives as oven group (2)- oven group (2), grill group (7)- grill group (7), and grill group (7) -oven group, chicken group (8)- chicken group (8), chicken group (8) -grill group (7), dδner fireplace (3)- chicken group (8) , can be obtained. Said chicken group (8) is illustrated being separate in the Figure-9.
With this alternative sense, again depending on choice, it is possible to obtain groups of a four or of larger numbers. Again, by positioning the cooking device (6) more than one as in the double variation mentioned above, and positioning the foods to be cooked in the side areas, quad groups or groups of four may be formed. It is possible to obtain a cooking unit by positioning cooking devices (6) more than one, carrying body (1) in the a and b areas depending on choice, oven group (2) , dδner fireplace (3) , upper oven group (5) , and a grill group (7) or a chicken group (8) (See Fig. 1). Through the upper oven group (5) , by evaluating the waste gas heat, preserved heat is used in this area. This enables using energy in a very effective way.
Besides that a high efficiency from the heating source (6.3) that has been illsutrated in Figure 1, energy saving is ensured. Also, in the cooking device (6) frames (6.2), lava stones (6.7) for preservation of the heat have been positioned.
As the cooking device (6) frames (6.2) have a modular structure, in the frames (6.2) where it is possible to position in a more than one number, depending on the choice, it is possible to position radian, resistance, solid waste, charcoal, LPG, natural gas, lava stone, gaseous and similar energy sorts. Also, on the front surface of the frame (6.2) of the cooking device (6) or on the front surface of the heating source, a conductive glass can be positioned preferably.
The cooking device (6) is a device that can carry out different cookings at the same time on the surfaces of single or multiple directions with different areas. Besides that the single burner that is the heating source (6.3) and the frame (6.2) may be present in the heating device (6), more than one heating source (6.3) and frame (6.2) may be present. The cooking device (6) may be a device that carries out cooking on the two surfaces that face of opposite directions and in two different areas, also in areas more than one those have more than one surface, the cooking may be carried out. On the the cooking device (6), also at least one waste drawer where waste gases are collected and gas taps are positioned.
In the figure 8, the alternative views of the heating source (6.3) are illustrated. As a result of that the said heating source (6.3) is of different geometrical forms, depending on the choice, the cooking procedure is carried out by radiating more than one area (in a, b, c, d areas) with these forms. In the fixing gap (6.8) that has been formed on the cooking device (6) body (6.1), the frames (6.2) and the heatingsource (6.3) are placed. (See fig. 6)
