Abstract

Système pour la surveillance de déplacements et/ou d'un mouvement rotatif d'objets in vivo. Le système comprend un ou plusieurs circuits électriques résonants (REC) couplés par liaison magnétique, un émetteur pour exciter les paires de REC afin de les faire osciller, un récepteur pour recevoir les signaux électromagnétiques émis par les REC oscillants, et un processeur pour déduire les fréquences associées aux signaux reçus. Chaque REC d'une paire est respectivement fixé à un objet in vivo, tel qu'un segment d'os. Un mouvement relatif en translation et/ou en rotation d'une paire de segments d'un ou plusieurs os entraîne une variation des fréquences de résonance des REC respectifs. La surveillance est réalisée par comparaison des fréquences de résonances actuellement mesurées à des fréquences préalablement stockées. Lorsque les variations des fréquences mesurées n'excèdent pas une valeur seuil prédéfinie, un état stationnaire est établi.
