Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de gestion d'enregistrement d'utilisation de dispositifs de réseau à domicile, qui recueille des informations d'état de diverses sortes de dispositifs à domicile et de capteurs utilisant un contrôleur de salle et qui gère des dispositifs de réseau à domicile. Ce système de gestion d'enregistrement d'utilisation de dispositifs de réseau à domicile comprend : un contrôleur de salle qui recueille des informations de commande et d'état des dispositifs de réseau à domicile, une partie passerelle à domicile qui transmet les informations recueillies à un emplacement hors du domicile, un terminal de centre d'appel qui reçoit des informations de panne et d'alarme en provenance du système serveur de gestion central et qui transmet les informations de panne et d'alarme reçues à un utilisateur de ces dispositifs de réseau à domicile, un système serveur de gestion central qui stocke et analyse les informations transmises et gère un enregistrement d'utilisation des dispositifs du réseau à domicile, un terminal de centre d'appels qui reçoit des informations de panne et d'alarme du système serveur de gestion centrale et transmet les informations de panne et d'alarme reçues à un utilisateur ou un système d'après-vente de services (AS), et une interface utilisateur de commande à distance qui commande à distance les dispositifs du réseau à domicile via le système serveur de gestion centrale, et qui permet à l'utilisateur de poser des questions relatives à un enregistrement d'utilisation des dispositifs de réseaux à domicile. Par conséquent, des informations chronologiques d'état, de panne ou d'alarme de ces dispositifs de réseaux à domicile sont recueillies et analysées dans une fabrique de produits de réseau à domicile, afin de détecter à l'avance les besoins des consommateurs en matière de produits et vérifier la bonne marche des dispositifs de réseaux à domicile et, permettre ainsi de prendre des mesures de manière plus régulière.
