Abstract

The present invention relates to the attachable sunglasses to the cap, having no arms. It has the permanent magnet for attachment(22) on the frame(20) of the sunglasses(30) and separated another magnet for fixing location. It is convenient and firm to use sunglasses, making use of the power of the magnet to the upper and lower part of the cap or the front side in case of the cap that has no visor. Also, it is easy to control angle and location of the sunglasses according to the environment of users.

[Purpose of the Invention]

[The technical field to which the invention belongings and the prior art in the field] <6> As to the sunglasses, people used to wear it to block strong sunlight from eyes.

Recently, however, it has become a necessity for anti-ultraviolet, anti-glare, and fashion in the modern life as outdoor activities grows.

Especially in case of golf, golfers are all of a sweat in the strong sunlight for <7> a long time. Naturally, sunglasses is necessary for them but conventional sunglasses is uncomfortable because of sweat. The reason is that sunglasses with arms run down during the strong swing when golfers are in a sweat. Or, they have to take off their sunglasses and carry it.

<8> Also, people who wear glasses get in trouble when they have to take off glasses for sunglasses and order another style such as lens sunglasses.

Besides, people who don't wear glasses feel sometime inconvenient when they wear sunglasses with arms itself.

There had been various ideas to get rid of these problems such as using clips <9> to attach sunglasses, but the effects of the improvement were insignificant because of the complication and strange-looking appearance.

Moreover, as seen in Fig.1 , even though the way using magnet was invented, it was impossible to move the location of sunglasses. This Sunglasses with <10> permanent magnet(53) was supposed to be combined to the pre-equipped fixing iron plate(52) under the visor(56). The problem was that the sunglasses(55) was unmovable from the specific spot according to personal tastes. Furthermore, It was difficult to be put to practical use because person's individualities were ignored as the iron plate(52) should be equipped

<1 1 > to the visor in advance. And it needed additional magnets(51 ), (54) which are unnecessary resources.

Recently, as seen in Fig.2, new type of sunglasses(65) has been invented. It has rubber absorbing body(61 ), (63) utilizing vacuum effects of upper and <12> lower smooth part of the visor(66) such as a sun cap, and permanent magnets(62), (64) to complement the function of the rubber absorbing body. However, it also has effects to reduce the union between the upper and lower part of the visor when vacuum condition is removed because of the mutual power pushing each other. Therefore, it is not available for rough caps. Even <13> if it is possible to use the power of magnets from the rubber absorbing body, it will be easily separated when it gets slight impact during golf . It is very important for attachable sunglasses to a cap to emphasize the solidity of the attachment because it can cause fatal damages to the product when it is separated from a cap.

<14> Besides, moving sunglasses after wearing should be comfortable to adjust the distance with eyes according to users. But if the rubber absorbing body is used, it is inconvenient to take it off and attach every time users adjust.

In conclusion, attachable sunglasses to a cap with the rubber absorbing body needs smooth visor such as a sun cap, so it has some troubles to adapt to any

<15> kinds of cap that users want. And it is also troublesome to be put to practical use due to not good-looking appearance of the rubber absorbing body.

In other words, prior inventions were unable to make the attachment solid, move the location of sunglasses, and make items convenient which is the goal <16> of the technology even though substantial detects of sunglasses with arms are improved. Moreover, they overlooked the importance of the each person's habits and individualities. Therefore, it was limited for those items to be put practical use.

[Technical challenges of the invention]

<17> The purpose of the invention is to improve the defects mentioned above. It has frame(20) of sunglasses, built-in attachable permanent magnet(22), and separated magnet(10) for fixing location corresponding to the former magnet. No matter what material the cap is, what size it is, what shape it is, it is available to attach anywhere of the cap, move the magnet(43) connected with

<18> a sunglasses after attaching it as well as adjust the angle and the distance with eyes, using hinge section(23) and the length control part(24).

In other words, the invention prevents using unnecessary resources without any special function to the permanent magnet. And the invention utilizes resources efficiently without any deformation to caps people have.

<19> Also, the invention is planned to be put practical use with inexpensive costs as well as simple construction. [Structure and Operation of the invention]

<20> The invention, attachable sunglasses to a cap, consists of two components as shown in Fig.3 to accomplish the purposes that are described above.

One is the permanent magnet(10) for fixing location which has strong magnetism; <21 > and the other is sunglasses which consists of protective brace(21 ) including permanent magnet for attachment(22), and the frame of sunglasses(20) including hinge section(23) for adjusting angle and the length control part(24). <22>

The invention constructed as above is specifically illustrated below.

Fig.3 is a perspective view of the present invention. It is completed when the permanent magnet for fixing location(10) is put on the upper side of the visor <23> of a cap, and then magnet for attachment(22) of the frame(20) of sunglasses is put to the opposite side of the visor. In the case of a cap having no visor, like Fig.4, one magnet is located at inner part of a cap, and the other magnet is located at outer part.

As two magnets pull each other with very strong magnetism , they adhere <24> together in an instant as soon as they are close(44) . They aren't separated without artificial force.

At this time, two magnets are not necessary to be same size, same magnetism . It's enough to adhere firmly together.

<25> The permanent magnet for fixing location(10) has fine appearance, so it is possible to use itself, or form plastic exterior(11 ) according to the purpose.

As the wearing habit of a cap is different from person to person, the frame(20) of sunglasses after wearing the invention is movable when the control <26> of vertical height of sunglasses is necessary.

According to the sorts of caps or wearing glasses or not, it is necessary to adjust the distance between eyes and sunglasses. Like Fig.5, it is simple to <27> move(43) the permanent magnet for fixing location(10) or the frame(20) of sunglasses without separation from the cap. It is allowed to move any magnets because the magnets move together due to the strong magnetism .

When the angle of sunglasses should be adjusted after wearing it, you <28> turn(42) the frame(20) of sunglasses as you want like Fig.4 and Fig.5. If you need to stop using sunglasses for a while when you're wearing it, it is also good to use saw-toothed hinge section(23) as a way of preventing abrasion of adjusting angle part due to frequent uses.

<29> The permanent magnet for attachment(22) of the upper part of the frame(20) of sunglasses in Fig.3 must be built in the protective brace(21 ) for supporting the attachable permanent magnet since it can break away from the frame(20) of sunglasses due to strong magnetism of permanent magnet for fixing locationd O).

When you take off the sunglasses, permanent magnet for fixing location(10) or the frame(20) of sunglasses is pushed to one side(43) like Fig.5. If one of the magnets is separated from a cap, the other magnet also moves following it, and then they strongly adhere to each other(44) when the both magnets

It is rather inconvenient to separate the permanent magnet for fixing location(10) and the permanent magnet for attachment(22) by force because it needs very strong power. Consequently, there is no case to be separated

[Effects of the invention]

As illustrated above, the attachable sunglasses to a cap for golf with <33> permanent magnets gets rid of the inconvenience of attaching to a cap, adopting one-touch method. Besides, any types of caps is available with no deformation according to individual's taste, and it is comfortable to move sunglasses for the distance from eyes, adjust vertical height with firm attachment. <34>

Moreover, the permanent magnet for fixing location(10) which is easy to catch others' eyes contributes to the diversity of developing design since it can form fine exterior by good-looking magnet itself or the other cover(1 1 ).

<35> Especially, it is simple to put to practical use, and it also has solid structure.

Furthermore, all golfers including who wear various kinds of caps doing outdoor activities and wear glasses will use sunglasses with convenient and safe conditions.

As to the attachable sunglasses to a cap,

the attachable sunglasses to a cap which is characterized by consisting of permanent magnet for fixing location(10) corresponding to the permanent magnet for attachment(22);

and, sunglasses including the frame(20) of the sunglasses connected on the protective brace(21 ) for the magnet having permanent magnet for attachment(22)

the attachable sunglasses to a cap which is characterized by including the frame(20) of the sunglasses having hinge section(23) for adjusting angle and the length control part(24) for adjusting vertical height.
