Abstract

The invention relates to a water cooling machine which has been specially designed to form part of air conditioning machines in water cooled refrigeration systems and to replace recovery towers. The invention consists of a gas cooling circuit for cooling the water, comprising a compressor (1), an axial fan (5) assisted condenser (4), a drum (6) and a tubular evaporator (11) which are assisted by standard parts such as pressure switches, filters, sights, solenoid valves and expansion valves. The tubular evaporator (11) acts as a heat exchanger between the gas corresponding to the above-mentioned cooling circuit and the water to be cooled, said evaporator (11) being connected to a storage tank (20) in which the cooled water from the evaporator is mixed with the water resulting from condensation in the air conditioning device that is coupled to the machine, such that the storage tank maintains the water at a temperature of between 7 and 12 ° C and the water is cooled in a closed circuit. In this way, the device overcomes the problems associated with recovery towers, such as noise pollution, water consumption and the proliferation of micro-organisms that are harmful to human health.

OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water cooling machine, intended to constitute a complement to the air conditioning machines in the refrigerated water condensing equipment, supplying precisely the condensation water.
The object of the invention is to eliminate, in this type of installation, the recovery towers, which are replaced by the machine of the invention, eliminating in parallel the problems inherent to said recovery towers, specifically noise pollution, water consumption and the proliferation of microorganisms harmful to human health.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
As it has just been said, in air conditioning machines and refrigerated equipment condensed by water, recovery towers are used, usually located in the attics of buildings and consisting of water tanks that by means of fans, manage to lower the temperature to a value of the order of 3 to 5 degrees, using this chilled water, through the corresponding filter, to feed the air conditioners, or refrigerators existing in the different units of such buildings.
These recovery towers are functionally noisy with the consequent noise pollution, work in an open circuit, which means a remarkable consumption of water, and require a practically constant maintenance, especially to avoid the appearance of foci of legionella, which requires that such deposits must be permanently monitored and treated with the consequent and negative economic impact that this implies.
As can be deduced from the above, it is desirable in these facilities the elimination of the aforementioned recovery towers in order to eliminate, in turn, any problems they have with them.
