Abstract

Un profilé bi-paroi pliable ainsi que le procédé et le dispositif de fabrication sont décrits. Le profilé (10) présente une paroi avant (12) et une paroi arrière (14) entre lesquelles des voiles d' entretoisement (16) délimitent des alvéoles (18). Dans un état stable, le profilé présente au moins une rainure (20) formant guide de découpe dans sa paroi arrière, en correspondance avec une alvéole. La ou les rainures (20) sont réalisées en continu avec l'extrusion du profilé, dans la filière d' extrusion ou dans le conf ormateur.
