Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'assistance permettant à un utilisateur de s'asseoir sur un élément d'assise tel que l'assise d'un siège, une lunette de toilettes, et de se relever, ledit dispositif comportant un châssis (C) pourvu notamment de moyens de prise d'appui pour l'utilisateur, des moyens télescopiques à commande pneumatique tels qu'au moins un vérin (V1) portant l'élément d'assise (4), des moyens de mise en pression préalable desdits moyens télescopiques à commande pneumatique ainsi qu'un réservoir pour le fluide tel que l'air, le réservoir étant constitué de préférence par le châssis (C) du dispositif, l'élément d'assise (4) étant maintenu en position haute par les moyens télescopiques à commande pneumatique sous l'effet des moyens de mise en pression préalable et de préférence incliné vers l'avant. L'invention consiste en ce qu'il comporte en outre des moyens de verrouillage en position dudit élément d'assise par rapport au sol et/ou en hauteur de manière à garantir une utilisation sécurisée dudit dispositif d'assistance. Application à l'assistance aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
