Ce dispositif comprend un tambour ayant une surface latérale à travers laquelle peut passer du fluide et deux bandes (2) souples passant sur la surface latérale du tambour (1) à distance l'une de l'autre et chacune sur un rouleau (3) fou de guidage gui lui est propre.
