Abstract
L'invention concerne un produit alimentaire assaisonné, un assaisonnement, ainsi qu'un procédé d'assaisonnement et/ou de conservation d'un produit alimentaire. La charge d'assaisonnement à un diamètre moyen de particule inférieur à 20 microns, environ. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un assaisonnement comprenant un premier composant d'assaisonnement à base de sel et un second composant d'assaisonnement sélectionné pour compléter le premier composant d'assaisonnement et/ou pour réduire la quantité de premier composant d'assaisonnement nécessaire pour aromatiser le produit alimentaire. Le premier composant d'assaisonnement et le second composant d'assaisonnement ont un diamètre moyen de particule inférieur à 20 microns, environ.
