A portable folding seat with means to adjust its height according to claim 1 where the folding system 5 comprises a ratchet arm 16, arranged within the tubular structure 2 which is longitudinally displaced within said tubular structure 2, where said arm 16 on the extreme end cióse to the longitudinal center of the seat comprises a lever 17, which guides and restricts the longitudinal motion within the tubular structure 2, where towards the opposite end of said arm
16, a head of arm 18 is arranged, which receives the returning means such as a spring 19 arranged in tying between said arm head 18 and a top 20, attached to the tubular structure 2, in such a manner that arm 16 is longitudinally displaced and it is restricted by the axial forcé exerted by spring 19.
15. A portable folding seat with means to adjust its height according to claim 14 where the arm head 18 comprises a trigger 21 located in the ending out of said head 18 cióse to the pivoting axis 4. Said trigger 21 is made in such a manner that it can receive a pivot 22 connected directly to leg 3, where said pivot 22 comprises a cylinder with configured slots for receiving trigger 21 and restríct the relative motion of turning between the tubular structure 2 and pivot 22 connected to leg 3, and where spring 19 keeps its arm 16 extended and locks the pivot motion 22 on the turning axis 4.
16. A portable folding seat with means to adjust its height according to claim 15 where the arm 16 shall be displaced by the user for releasing pivot 22 and permit the motion. The arm will be displaced by means of lever 17, whích protrudes from the tubular structure 2 through a lengthened window, where trigger 21 ¡s located in each radial slot of pivot 22, so that the fírst slot will be the closed position, the second will be the position of full height and the third one will be the position of mid height.
