Abstract
L'invention concerne une approche qui est fournie afin d'ajuster, de manière adaptative, un seuil relatif à un état de charge d'une liaison de communication. Le seuil (par exemple, un dépassement de seuil thermique (ROT)) est ajusté, de manière adaptative, sur la base d'un paramètre de taux de dépassement qui spécifie le nombre de fois qu'un taux est dépassé et ceci sur la base du nombre d'occurrences d'un événement de dépassement.
