Abstract

A hand mixer (1) comprises a drive unit (2) for rotatingly driving at least one attachment that can be detachably coupled to the drive unit (2) and a housing of at least three permanently linked housing shells that enclose the drive unit (2) from different sides and complement each other in such a manner that they form a substantially closed housing around the drive unit (2). The at least three housing shells (3, 4, 5) according to the invention simplify the construction and the assembly of modern hand mixers (1).
