Abstract
L'objectif de l'invention est de fabriquer un bâton (18) constitué d'un matériau moussable (17) par extrusion du matériau (17) sous pression, par l'intermédiaire d'une buse d'extrusion (9) munie d'une ouverture de sortie (11), de laquelle le matériau (17) sort en moussant et forme le bâton (18). À cet effet, des aiguilles (1) sont insérées dans la buse d'extrusion (9), lesquelles sont contournées par le matériau (17) et se terminent de telle manière dans la zone de l'ouverture de sortie (11) que, lors du moussage dans l'ouverture de sortie (11) et en aval de celle-ci, les canaux longitudinaux (19) formés par les aiguilles (1) ne sont plus fermés. Les canaux longitudinaux (19) sont réglables dans leur section transversale libre. Des produits préférés fabriqués selon le procédé sont des filtres pour des produits à fumer, en particulier des cigarettes et des produits mousseux comprenant du tabac, pouvant être fumés.
