Abstract

La présente invention concerne de nouvelles préparations de squelettes protéiques, dépourvues de protéines sensibles aux enzymes protéolytiques mammaliennes, aussi bien qu'un procédé d'obtention de ces préparations, particulièrement à base de kératine, le procédé impliquant l'utilisation d'une activation chimique répétée, une digestion enzymatique et un broyage des préparations kératiniques obtenues. L'invention concerne également l'application des préparations de squelettes protéiques, particulièrement en tant que support destiné à être utilisé dans des cultures de cellules souches. Les préparations de squelettes protéiques résistantes à une digestion enzymatique peuvent se révéler largement utiles en médecine en tant que matériau de support de cultures cellulaires, préférentiellement de cellules souches.
