Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil destiné à disperser une première phase (110) dans une seconde phase (111), qui comprend : une membrane (130) comprenant un métal et définissant une pluralité d'orifices de passage (120) de la forme d'une fente, le rapport entre la largeur de la fente et la longueur de la fente étant supérieur ou égal à 1 sur 2; un premier volume relié à un premier côté de la membrane, comprenant une première phase comprenant un liquide sédimentant qui se transforme en matériau de type solide, semi-solide, pâte ou gel; un second volume, relié à un second côté de la membrane, comprenant une seconde phase. L'appareil est disposé de sorte que la première phase passe du premier volume dans la seconde phase dans le second volume au travers de la membrane.
