Abstract
The invention concerns a multilayer thermal energy collecting device comprising at least one heat exchanger (3), a composite latent heat storage layer (2) and a photovoltaic or photothermal converter (1). The invention is mainly characterized in that it uses the technique of management of radiative cooling via infrared radiation on space and atmosphere applied to the photothermal conversion of atmospheric and solar radiation and to the photovoltaic conversion of solar radiation, in particular in a clear and dry atmosphere having high clearness and low emissivity in the band of photonic wavelengths ranging between 8μm and 13μm.
