Abstract
The present subject-matter refers to a lane change device for use in traffic control which allows expanding of lane capacity depending on the traffic volume. The device comprises: buried rectangular boxes (1) of solid material arranged in rows between adjacent lanes of a road. A hinge (3) connects an rotatable upper part or cover (2) to each box (1) for opening and closing the lane changing device by means of a hydraulic piston (5). A notice board (4) and a flash light (7) may also be attached to the cover (2). In the open state the cover is inclined less than 90 degree, whereby adjacent lanes are separated by the lane change device.

This invention was discovered for service of civil life to solve the problem of traffic jam by expanding the road with two opposite directions related to the capacity of vehicles

Smart pavement ( Nourettior ) device using for solving the problem of traffic jam by expanding the road with two opposite directions related to the capacity of vehicles
This device consist of any convenient solid material which can bear the weight & the pressure of vehicles ( Rectangular structure , 3 dimensions ) , the upper part of the structure was hitched with the lower by hinge to be flexible at opening & closing process by a hydraulic system furthermore this upper part was furnished with flashlight to attract attention of roads users at opening or closing process evenly
The original place of the Smart pavement ( Nourettior ) will be at the middle of street instead of our known pavement at the street with two opposite directions , the lower part will be under ground by digging & the upper part will be opened by angle less than 90 degree to be distinct at this case the ordinary position of the device was the active mode ( opened ) . The purpose of this device controlling the capacity of the roads with two opposite directions....
The work idea of the device as follow :
The original place of the device will be at the middle of the street instead of our known pavement to separate the two opposite directions along whole the road & the distance between each devices will be around one meter & it will be opened ( at active mode ) with angle less than 90 degree to be distinct for road users.... ( ordinary position )
In addition it will be installed between two or more lines in both opposite directions ( at in-active ) & it will be surface with street ....Now in case of high density of traffic jam at one direction of the road the device at the original place will convert from ( active mode ) to ( in-active mode ) while the one at the direction with low capacity will convert from in-active mode to active mode by electrical control system via the specialized person which start to operate the flashlight hitched at the upper part of the device to warn the road users of both opposite directions to the converting operations of the devices... Consequently the direction which with high density of traffic jam will be expanded by extra line while the direction which with low density of traffic jam will be narrow by this extra line
The direction of opened device installed at same direction of vehicles because of in case of attentions absence of road users to the converting operations & its flexible to allow vehicles crossing over without causing accidents in addition its so sensitive for any strange objects detain the closing or opening operations evenly while it will discontinue the operation until the strange objects disappear then it will back again to the order was taken So by this system the device will be more safety
Finally via this smart pavement ( Nourettior ) we can control the density of traffic jam... Also the upper part of the device has a good space for notice boards
Best mode for carrying out the invention
This device installed instead of the original pavement along the whole road & the distance between each device & the other around one meter & it opened with angle less than 90 degree... this smart pavement installed to be as a separator of the both opposite sides of the road...& also after one line or more of the original one ( both of opposite sides ) related to the capacity of the road... the idea of its work as follow :

Brief description of Drawing
1 - Rectangular structure Manufactured of any convenient solid material ( 3 dimensions ) with length 75 cm , width 30 cm , height 15 cm .
2 - The upper part of the structure ( thickness 5 cm ) .
3 - Hinge to connect the upper part of the structure with the lower part to facilitate the opening & closing positions of the device .
4 - Place for Notice board .
5 - Hydraulic piston to control the mode of device .
6 - A Hollow cylinder to protect the electrical cables .
7 - Flashlight to attract attention of road users to the new mode of the device .
