Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine flächige Lichtschranke mit organischer Photodiode als Sensorelement. Die Lichtschranke weist ein mehr als punktförmiges Sensorelement auf, mit dessen Hilfe nicht nur eine Linie detektiert werden kann, sondern eine ganze Fläche.
