Abstract
The device includes safety barrier /C/ made of shaped, elastic and against mechanical and physical destruction resistant flat structure /1/, which is arranged inside the object /A/ for movement between passive position /1/, in which the flat structure /1/, which is reinforced on its sides by ribs /6, 7/ followed by drawing ribs /8a, 8b; 9a, 9b/ out of the flat structure, can be found in folded state, in a rope out of the handling aperture /B/ and active position /II/, in which the flat structure /1/, in a spread state, tightly covers the handling aperture /B/. Textile flat structure consists of partial flat structures /1a, 1b/.
Claims
1. The device against violent breach into the locked object IAI, namely car /A2/, through a handling aperture IBI represented by the window and/or door, characterized by that it includes safety barrier /C/ made of a shaped, elastic and against mechanical and physical destruction resistant flat structure /1/, which is inside the object /A/ arranged for the movement between passive position 111, in which the flat structure /1/ is out of the handling aperture /B/, and active position /11/, in which the flat structure /1/, in a spread state, tightly covers handling aperture IB/.

The device according to claim 1, characterized by that the flat structure /1/ is in two opposite edges /4, 5/ reinforced by ribs 16, II, out of the flat structure /1/ followed by first drawing ribs /8a, 9a/ and second drawing ribs / 8b, 9b/, which are, together with ribs /6, 7/, guided in the groove /21/ fitted with slot throat /24/ dimensioned only for the passage of the flat structure III, arranged around the handling aperture
/B/ in the wall of the object /AJ, on two opposite places fitted with the first side opening /22/ for passage of ribs /6, 7/ of the flat structure III and second side opening /23/ for passage of at least second drawing ribs /8b,
9b/ of the rib elements of the flat structure III.
3. The device according to at least claim 2, characterized by that the first side opening /22/ is followed by motor-driven first
28 regulator /30/ for winding and unwinding of at least first drawing ribs /8a, 9a/ of the rib elements and the second side opening /23/ followed by the second regulator /31/ for winding and unwinding of at least second drawing ribs /8b, 9b/ of the rib elements of the flat structure III during movement of the safety barrier /C/ between passive position III and active position /11/.

The device according one of the claims 2 and 3, c h a r a c t e r i z e d, b y that between the first regulator /30/ and first side opening /22/ the first guiding tube /28/ is arranged for guiding at least first drawing ribs /8a, 9a/ of the rib elements and second regulator /31/ and second side opening /23/ the second guiding tube /29/ for guiding at least second drawing ribs /8b, 9b/ of the rib elements.

The device according to at least one of the claims 3 and 4, c h a r a c t e r i z e d, b y that between the first regulator /30/ and first side opening /22/ both first sensor /34/ for measuring tensile force of wound and unwound rib elements and first detector/36/ of the presence of the safety barrier ICI in passive position /I/ are arranged and between the second regulator /31/ and second side opening /23/ both second sensor /35/ for measuring tensile force of wound and unwound rib elements and second detector /37/ of the presence of the safety barrier /C/ in active position /11/ are arranged, while detectors /36, 37/ and sensors /34, 35/ are connected in the control circuit I Ol for programmable movement of the safety barrier IC/ between passive position III and active position /III.
6. The device according to claim 1, characterized, by that the safety barrier ICI is fitted with reflective layer against sunlight.
7. The device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized t> y that textile flat structure III consists of partial flat structures /Ia, Ib/.
8. The device according to claim 7, characterized by that neighbouring partial flat structures /Ia, Ib/ indicate different basic binding structure.
9. The device according to claim 7 and 8, characterized by that orientation of basic binding structures of neighbouring partial flat structures /Ia, Ib/ are different from each other.
10. The device according to at least one of the claims 7 to 9, characterized by that partial flat structure /Ia, Ib/ is represented by woven fabric /10, 11/.
11. The device according to at least one of the claims 7 to 9, characterized by that partial flat structure /Ia, Ib/ is represented by knitted fabric /12, 13/.
12.The device according to at least one of the claims 7 to 9, characterized toy that partial flat structure /Ia5 Ib/ is represented by netted fabric /14/.
13.The device according to at least one of the claims 7 to 12, characterized t>y that partial flat structures /Ia, Ib/ are at least in some points interconnected by binding means /15/.
14.The device according to claim 7, characterized by that partial flat structures /Ia, Ib/ consist of textile fibres that impart them specific end-use properties.
15.The device according to claim 7, characterized by that textile flat structure III has ribs 16, 11 consisting of partial ribs /6a, 6b; 7a, 7b/.
16. The device according to claim 7, characterized by that textile flat structure III has drawing ribs /8a, 8b; 9a, 9b/ consisting of partial drawing ribs /8a', 8b'; 8a", 8b"; 9a', 9b'; 9a", 9b'7.
17. The device according to at least one of the claims 7 to 15, characterized by that flat structure III is connected with ribs /6, 11 by seams /16/.

18. The device according to at least one of the claims 7 to 16, characterized t>y that homothetic edges /4a, 4b; 5 a, 5b/ of partial flat structure /Ia, Ib/ are against each other bent over ribs 16, 11 and connected with them by seams /16/.
19. The device according to at least one of the claims 7 to 16, characterized toy that homothetic edges /4a, 4b; 5 a, 5b/ of partial flat structures /Ia, Ib/ are bent over each other and the ridges /17/ formed in such a way are connected with ribs /6, 11 by seams /16/.
20. The device according to at least one of the claims 7 to 16, characterized by that homothetic edges /4a, 4b; 5 a, 5b/ of the flat structures /Ia, Ib/ are from each other bent over partial ribs /6a, 6b; 7a, 7b/ and connected with them by seams /16/.
21. The device according to claim 16, characterized by that there is a sleeve /19/ of the textile material put on the beginning of the drawing rib /8a, 8b; 9a, 9b/, which is connected with drawing rib /8a, 8b; 9a, 9b/ by seam /16/.
22. The device according to claim 21, characterized by that the sleeve /19/ is connected with the face edge of the flat structure III by another seam /16/.

23. The device according to claim 13,characterized toy that connecting means /15/ form seam lines /15c/ going parallel with the ribs /8a, 8b; 9a, 9b/.
24. The device according to claims 13 and 14, characterized toy that the ribs 16, 11 and drawing ribs /8a, 8b; 9a, 9b/ are at least in some points impregnated by an agent for reduction of friction in the groove of the device.
