随着通信、 计算机、 语音和视频编解码技术的不断发展, 可视电话得 到了迅速发展。 可视电话利用通信线路把语音、 图像、 数据等信息综合在 一起进行远距离传输, 使人们在进行异地交流的时候既可以听到对方的声 音, 又可以看到对方的图像, 增强交流的真实感、 亲切感和临场感。 它不 仅适用于家庭生活, 而且还可以广泛应用于各项商务活动、 远程教学、 安 全监控、 医院护理、 医疗诊断等不同行业的多种领域, 因而有着广阔的市 场前景 0
基于可视移动终端的移动可视电话业务是在通用移动通信系统 ( UMTS, Universal mobile telecommunication system ) 中定义的一种可以 同时利用音频和视频的点对点通信业务, 可以在两个可视移动终端之间, 可视移动终端和可视固定终端之间或者可视移动终端与 PC机之间实现音 频和视频的双向实时交流。与以往传统的移动电话业务不同,由于受带宽、 成本、 设备和服务的限制, 移动可视电话业务的开展对系统提供商、 移动 网絡运营商来说都是很大的考验。
目前, 虽然 3G网絡还没有开始大规模的商用部署可视电话业务,但是 人们对移动可视电话业务的认可程度和期望值很高 , 移动可视电话业务将 会成为推动 3G网络发展的源动力。 目前, 视移动终端在通话过程中使用终端本地的音频或视频文件来 替代自己的声音或画面的功能已经实现, 将这种功能应用在^方或多方通 话中,使得参与通话的可视移动终端可根据需要将自己的声音和 /或画面用 预先存储的音频和 /或视频媒体流进行替换,发送给其他通话参与终端,其 他通话参与终端即可收到替换后的音频和 /或视频等多媒体信息。在这种应 用中替换媒体流是由发起媒体流替换的可视移动终端自己提供的, 因此存 在局限性, 如存储容量的限制、 可选择性等。 由于替换过程无需服务器参 与, 因此运营商无法开展实现该应用的收费业务。 发明内容
本发明的一个或多个实施例中提供一种终端通话过程中的媒体流替 换方法及系统,可利用自身存储的音频和 /或视频文件来替换自己的声音和 /或画面。
本发明实施例提供一种终端通话过程中的媒体流替换方法, 包括步 驟:
通信服务器接收终端在通话过程中发出的媒体流替换请求; 根据所述媒体流替换请求中携带的替换媒体源标识从多媒体服务器 中获取相应的替换媒体源;
利用所述替换媒体源对所述媒体流替换请求发起终端发出的媒体流进行 替换。
本发明实施例提供一种媒体流替换系统, 包括:
多媒体服务器, 用于为终端提供替换媒体源;
通信服务器, 用于接收终端在通话过程中发出的媒体流替换请求, 根 据所述请求中携带的替换媒体源标识从多媒体服务器中获取相应的替换 媒体源, 利用该替换媒体源对替换发起终端发出的媒体流进行替换。
本发明实施例提供一种通信服务器, 包括:
交换单元, 用于接收将终端发出的媒体流并进行转发; 互操作网关, 用于接收所述交换单元转发的终端发出的媒体流;
所述交换单元还用于接收终端发出的媒体流替换请求并将所述媒体 流替换请求发送给所述互操作网关, 所述互操作网关根据所述终端发出的 媒体流替换请求从多媒体服务器中获取相应的替换媒体源, 并将所述替换 媒体流发送给所述交换单元, 所述交换单元用所述替换媒体流替换所述终 端发出的媒体流发送给通话参与终端。。
本发明实施例提供另一种通信服务器, 包括:
交换单元 , 用于接收终端发出的媒体流及媒体流替换请求发进行转 发; 互操作网关, 接收所述交换单元转发的终端发出的某体流, 并作转换 处理后予以发送; 多点控制单元, 用于接收所述互操作网关发送的经转换 处理后的终端发出的媒体流;
所述交换单元还用于接收终端发出的媒体流发出的替换请求并将所 述请求通过所述互操作网关发送给所述多点控制单元, 所述多点控制单元 根据所述终端发出的媒体流替换请求从多媒体服务器中获取相应的替换 媒体源, 以所述替换媒体源替换终端发出的媒体流发送给通话参与终端。
本发明实施例提供一种多媒体终端, 包括: 媒体流请求单元, 用于发 送媒体流替换请求;
接收单元, 用于接收服务器发送的替换后的媒体流;
输出单元, 用于输出接收单元所接收的替换后的媒体流。
本发明实施例所提供的技术方案中, 可视终端在进行双方通话或多方 通话过程中, 可以在不中断当前通话连接的情况下, 使用多媒体服务器提 供替换媒体源实现参与可视通话的其他终端点播一段替代自己音频和 /或 视频的替换媒体源, 而不受终端本身存储容量的限制, 具有丰富的媒体源 供选择, 可进一步满足用户的不同需求, 从而为运营商提供了一种新的增 值业务, 能够为运营商带来新的业务收入。 附图说明

本发明具体实施方式中, 通过在网络侧设置用于存储替换媒体源的多 媒体服务器, 当终端发出媒体流替换请求时, 从多媒体服务器中获取相应 的替换媒体源, 利用该替换媒体源对所述终端发出的媒体流进行替换。 而 不受终端本身存储容量的限制, 具有丰富的媒体源供选择, 可进一步满足 用户的不同需求。
下面将结合各个附图对本发明的主要实现原理及其具体实施方式进 行详细的阐述。
参照图 1, 本发明实施例的媒体流替换系统的结构框图, 其主要包括 通信服务器 10和多媒体服务器 20, 其中各个组成部分的具体作用如下: 通信服务器 10, 用于接收终端在通话过程中发出的媒体流替换请求, 根据请求中携带的替换媒体源标识从多媒体服务器 20 中获取相应的替换 媒体源, 利用该替换媒体源对替换发起终端发出的媒体流进行替换;
多媒体服务器 20, 连接所述通信服务器 10, 用于存储及提供替换媒 体源。
应用上述系统, 本发明实施例提供了一种在终端通话过程中的媒体流 替换方法, 参照图 2, 终端通话过程中的媒体流替换方法的实现流程, 包 括步骤:
步骤 S10、移动终端之间通过通信服务器建立双方或多方的可视通话。 步骤 S20、 在可视通话过程中, 移动终端通过通信服务器登录多媒体 服务器, 利用多媒体服务器提供的导航媒体流选择用于替换自身发出的视 频和 /或音频媒体流的替换媒体源, 向通信服务器发出媒体流替换请求。
步驟 S30、 通信服务器根据媒体流替换请求中携带的替换媒体源标识 从多媒体服务器中获取相应的替换某体源, 利用该替换媒体源对所述终端 发出的媒体流进行替换;
本发明实施例中, 通信服务器利用获取到的替换媒体源对终端发出的 媒体流进行替换的方式有两种: 第一种方式为: 通信服务器利用从多媒体服务器获取到的替换媒体源 对终端发出的音频和视频媒体流同时进行替换;
第二种方式为: 通信服务器根据从多媒体服务器获取到的替换媒体源 的类型对终端发出的媒体流中的相应部分进行替换。
步驟 S40、 通信服务器将替换后的媒体流发送给所有通话参与终端, 或者除替换发起终端外的所有通话参与终端。
以下将针对本发明方案的主要实现原理, 分别以双方可视通话和多方 可视通话为例,对本发明方案的具体实施过程进行详细的阐述, 参照图 3 , 本发明的用于可视终端双方通话中的媒体流替换系统主要包括通信服务 器 30和多媒体服务器 40, 其中各个组成部分的具体作用如下:
通信服务器 30,用于接收终端在可视通话过程中发出的媒体流替换请 求, 根据请求中携带的替换媒体源标识从多媒体服务器 40 中获 目应的 替换媒体源, 利用该替换媒体源对替换发起终端发出的媒体流进行替换; 其中通信服务器 30具体包括:
互操作网关 301 , 用于根据终端发出的媒体流替换请求从多媒体服务 器中获取相应的替换媒体源, 将获取到的替换媒体源转换为电路域数据, 并进行相应的控制协议及数据格式的转换后发送给交换单元 302;
交换单元 302, 用于将终端发出的媒体流及媒体流替换请求发送给视 频互操作网关 301, 并接收视频互操作网关 301发出的替换后的媒体流, 将替换后的媒体流发送给所有通话参与终端, 或者除替换发起终端外的所 有通话参与终端。
多媒体服务器 40, 连接所述通信服务器 30, 用于存储及提供替换媒 体源。
相应于本实施例中的媒体流替换系统, 这里还进而提出了一种用于可 视终端双方通话中的媒体流替换方法, 请参阅图 4, 该图为本发明的用于 可视终端双方通话中的媒体流替换方法的处理过程流程图, 其主要包括步 驟:
步驟 S100、 两个可视移动终端之间通过通信服务器建立可视通话。 步驟 S101、参与可视通话的任意一个移动终端通过按键方式向通信服 务器发送启动媒体流替换业务的信息代码, 例如 "186#*#"。
步驟 S102、通信服务器中的视频互操作网关收到终端发出的信息代码 后, 验证该代码是否为启动媒体流替换业务的信息代码, 若是, 执行步骤 S104, 否则, 执行步骤 S103。
步驟 S103、视频互操作网关根据信息代码类型执行其他相应的处理过 程。 '
步骤 S104、通信服务器中的视频互操作网关接通多媒体服务器,将多 媒体服务器的下行媒体流转换为电路域数据, 并通过交换单元传送给启动 替换业务的终端, 终端收到的是多媒体服务器提供的替换操作导航媒体 流, 终端通过该导航媒体流进行替换媒体源选择操作, 通过通信服务器向 多媒体服务器发送媒体流替换请求, 该请求中携带有用户选择的替换媒体 源标识。
步驟 S105、多媒体服务器收到终端发出的媒体流替换请求后,根据清 求中携带的替换媒体源标识查询相应的替换媒体源, 并将查询到的替换媒 体源发送给视频互操作网关;
多媒体服务器中存储的替换媒体源为音频媒体流, 或者视频媒体流, 或者音频 +视频媒体流。
步驟 S106、通信服务器中的视频互操作网关将多媒体服务器发出的替 换媒体源转换为电路域数据,以及进行相应的控制协议及数据格式的转换, 以此替换替换请求发起终端发出的视频和 /或音频媒体流。
本实施例中, 视频互操作网关利用获取到的替换媒体源对终端发出的 媒体流进行替换的方式有两种:
第一种方式为: 视频互操作网关利用从多媒体服务器获取到的替换媒 体源对终端发出的音频和视频媒体流同时进行替换;
第二种方式为: 视频互操作网关根据从多媒体服务器获取到的替换媒 体源的类型对终端发出的媒体流中的相应部分进行替换。
步骤 S 107、视频互操作网关将转换后的媒体流和控制流发送给交换单 元, 由交换单元将所述媒体流进行替换后发送给可视通话双方终端, 或者 仅发送给可视通话对端; 当交换单元将替换后的媒体流发送给可视通话双方终端时, 可视通话 双方终端均可收到替换后的媒体流; 而当交换单元将替换后的媒体流仅发 送给可视通话对端时, 替换发起方终端收到的是对端发出的音频及视频媒 体流, 或者收到的是多媒体服务器发出的替换操作导航媒体流。
当上述步驟 S106 中视频互操作网关采用第一种方式对终端发出的媒 体流进行替换时, 终端收到的只是替换后的媒体流;
当上述步骤 S106 中视频互操作网关采用第二种方式对终端发出的媒 体流进行替换时, 若替换媒体源是音频 +视频形式的媒体流, 则终端收到 的是音频 +视频形式的替换媒体流; 若替换媒体源是音频形式的媒体流, 则终端收到的是音频形式的的替换媒体流及对端发出的视频媒体流; 若替 换媒体源是视频形式的媒体流, 则终端收到的是视频形式的的替换媒体流 及对端发出的音频媒体流。
本实施例中, 通话双方的任意一个终端均可通过向视频互操作网关发 送媒体流替换中止请求中止双方通话过程中的媒体流替换。
参照图 5 , 本发明实施例的用于可视终端多方通话中的媒体流替换系 统主要包括可视电话通信服务器 50和多媒体服务器 60, 其中各个组成部 分的具体作用如下:
可视电话通信服务器 50,用于接收终端在可视通话过程中发出的媒体 流替换请求, 根据请求中携带的替换媒体源标识从多媒体服务器 60 中获 取相应的替换媒体源, 利用该替换媒体源对替换发起终端发出的媒体流进 行替换; 其中可视电话通信服务器 50具体包括:
多点控制单元 501 , 用于对多方可视通话进行控制 , 以及根据终端发 出的媒体流替换请求从多媒体服务器中获取相应的替换媒体源 , 以此替换 终端发出的媒体流;
视频互操作网关 502, 用于将终端发出的媒体流转换为分组域数据发 送给多点控制单元 501 , 以及从多点控制单元 501接收替换后的媒体流将 其转换为电路域数据; - 交换单元 503, 用于将终端发出的媒体流及媒体流替换请求发送给视 频互操作网关 502, 并接收视频互操作网关 502发出的替换后的媒体流, 将替换后的媒体流发送给所有通话参与终端, 或者除替换发起终端外的所 有通话参与终端。
多媒体服务器 60, 连接所述可视电话通信服务器 50, 用于存储及提 供替换媒体源。
本发明的其它实施例中所述的交换单元可以不限于 CS域交换单元, 也可是 IMS域交换单元或者其它交换单元。
相应于本实施例中的媒体流替换系统, 这里还进而提出了一种用于可 视终端多方通话中的媒体流替换方法, 参照图 6, 本发明实施例中用于可 视终端多方通话中的媒体流替换方法包括步骤:
步骤 S200、多个可视终端在可视电话通信月良务器中的多点控制单元的 控制下建立多方可视通话。
步骤 S201、参与可视通话的终端中的任意一个具有启动媒体流替换权 限的终端通过按键方式向可视电话通信服务器发送启动媒体流替换业务 的信息代码, 例如 "1 *#,,。
步骤 S202、可视电话通信服务器中的多点控制单元收到终端发出的信 息代码后, 验证该代码是否为启动媒体流替换业务的信息代码, 若是, 执 行步骤 S204, 否则, 执行步骤 S203。
步骤 S203、 多点控制单元根据信息代码类型执行其他相应的处理过 程。
步骤 S204、 多点控制单元判断媒体流替换当前是否正在实施, 若是, 执行步骤 S205 , 否则, 执行步驟 S207。
步驟 S205、多点控制单元判断发出替换业务启动请求的终端的优先级 是否高于当前正在实施的媒体流替换的发起终端的优先级, 若是, 则多点 控制单元中止当前正在实施的媒体流替换, 执行步骤 S207, 否则, 执行步 驟 S206。
步骤 S206、多点控制单元通过交换单元拒绝终端发出的媒体流替换业 务启动请求, 同时向该终端返回当前正在实施其他优先级较高的终端发起 的媒体流替换的提示信息。
步骤 S207、多点控制单元接通多媒体服务器, 由视频互操作网关将多 媒体服务器的下行媒体流转换为电路域数据后, 通过交换单元传送给启动 替换业务的终端, 终端接收的是多媒体服务器提供的替换操作导航媒体 流, 终端通过该导航媒体流进行替换媒体源选择操作, 通过可视电话通信 服务器向多媒体服务器发送媒体流替换请求, 该请求中携带有用户选择的 替换媒体源标识。
步骤 S208、多媒体服务器收到终端发出的媒体流替换请求后,根据请 求中携带的替换媒体源标识查询相应的替换媒体源, 并将查询到的替换媒 体源发送给多点控制单元;
多媒体服务器中存储的替换媒体源为音频媒体流, 或者视频媒体流, 或者音频 +视频媒体流。
步骤 S209、多点控制单元利用多媒体服务器发出的替换媒体源对替换 请求发起终端发出的视频和 /或音频媒体流进行替换。
本实施例中, 多点控制单元利用获取到的替换媒体源对终端发出的媒 体流进行替换的方式与上述实施例中步骤 S106 中描述的方式相同, 不再 赘述。
步骤 S210、 多点控制单元将替换后的媒体流发送给视频互操作网关, 由视频将替换后的媒体流转换为电路域数据发送给交换单元, 由交换单元 将替换后的媒体流同时发送给所有参与可视通话的终端, 或者除替换发起 终端外的可视通话参与终端;
当交换单元将替换后的媒体流同时发送给所有参与可视通话的终端 时, 所有参与可视通话的终端均可收到替换后的媒体流; 而当交换单元将 替换后的媒体流发送给除替换发起终端外的可视通话参与终端时, 替换发 起方终端收到的是收到的是多媒体服务器发出的替换操作导航媒体流。
本明实施例还提供一种多媒体终端,请参阅图 7,该多媒体终端包括: 媒体流请求单元, 用于发送媒体流替换请求; 接收单元, 用于接收服务器 发送的替换后的媒体流; 输出单元, 用于输出接收单元所接收的替换后的 媒体流。
所述媒体流请求单元进一步包括:用户输入单元,用于接收用户指令, ■ 媒体流替换请求生产单元, 用于根据所述用户指令生成媒体流替换请求, 发送单元, 将所述媒体流替换请求发送给网络侧。
所述媒体流请求单元还包括替换媒体源选择单元, 根据网络侧提供的 替换操作导航媒体流选择替换媒体源。
本发明提供的实施例, 使得可视终端在进行双方通话或多方通话过程 中, 可以在不中断当前通话连接的情况下, 使用多媒体服务器提供替换媒 体源实现参与可视通话的其他终端点播一段替代自己音频和 /或视频的替 换媒体源, 从而为运营商提供了一种新的增值业务, 为运营商带来了新的 业务收入。
显然, 本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离 本发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权 利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在 内。

1、 一种终端通话过程中的媒体流替换方法, 其特征在于, 包括步驟: 通信服务器接收终端在通话过程中发出的媒体流替换请求;
根据所述媒体流替换请求中携带的替换媒体源标识从多媒体服务器 中获取相应的替换媒体源;
利用所述替换媒体源对所述媒体流替换请求发起终端发出的媒体流 进行替换。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通话为双方通话时, 所述接收终端在通话过程中发出的媒体流替换请求进一步包括:
通信服务器接收来自终端的媒体流替换业务启动请求;
通信服务器将所述媒体流替换业务启动请求转发给多媒体服务器; 并将多媒体服务器发出的替换操作导航媒体流发送给启动替换业务 的终端, 终端利用该导航媒体流选择替换媒体源, 向多媒体服务器发送媒 体流替换请求。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通话为多方通话时, 所述接收终端在通话过程中发出的媒体流替换请求进一步包括:
通信服务器接收来自终端的媒体流替换业务启动请求;
若确定正在进行媒体流替换, 则根据发出替换业务启动请求的终端的 优先级判断是否接受所述流媒体替换业务启动请求; 如接受, 则通信服务 器将多媒体服务器发出的替换操作导航媒体流发送给启动替换业务的终 端, 终端利用该导航媒体流选择替换媒体源, 向通信服务器发送媒体流替 换请, 否则, 继续执行所述正在进行的媒体流替换。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通话为双方通话时, 所述替换业务启动终端为双方通话中的任意一方终端; .
所述通话为多方通话时, 所述替换业务启动终端为多方通话中具有媒 体流替换业务启动权限的终端。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述替换 媒体源为音频和 /或视频和 /或数据。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通信服务器利用从 多媒体服务器获取的替换媒体源替换终端发出的音频和 /或视频媒体流。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通信服务器根据从 多媒体服务器获取的替换媒体源的类型对终端发出的媒体流中的相应部 分进行替换。
8, 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
通信服务器将替换后的媒体流发送给所有通话参与终端, 或者除替换 发起终端外的所有通话参与终端。
9、 一种媒体流替换系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
多媒体服务器, 用于为终端提供替换媒体源;
通信服务器, 用于接收终端在通话过程中发出的媒体流替换请求, 根 据所述请求中携带的替换媒体源标识从多媒体服务器中获取相应的替换 媒体源 , 利用该替换媒体源对替换发起终端发出的媒体流进行替换。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述通信服务器包括: 交换单元, 用于接收终端发出的媒体流并进行转发;
互操作网关, 用于接收所述交换单元转发的终端发出的媒体流; 所述交换单元还用于接收终端发出的媒体流替换请求并将所述媒体 流替换请求发送给所述互操作网关, 所述互操作网关根据所述终端发出的 媒体流替换请求从多媒体服务器中获取相应的替换媒体源, 并将所述替换 媒体流发送给所述交换单元, 所述交换单元用所述替换媒体流替换所述终 _ 端发出的媒体流发送给通话参与终端。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述通信服务器包括: 交换单元, 用于接收终端发出的媒体流并进行转发;
互操作网关, 接收所述交换单元转发的终端发出的媒体流, 并作转换 处理后予以发送;
多点控制单元, 用于接收所迷互操作网关发送的经转换处理后的终端 发出的媒体流;
所述交换单元还用于接收终端发出的媒体流发出的替换请求并将所 述请求通过所述互操作网关发送给所述多点控制单元, 所述多点控制单元 根据所述终端发出的媒体流替换请求从多媒体服务器中获取相应的替换 媒体源, 以—所述替换媒体源替换终端发出的媒体流以发送给通话参与终 端。
12、 如权利要求 9至 11 中任一项所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述替 换媒体源为音频和 /或视频和 /或数据。
13、 一种通信服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
交换单元, 用于接收将终端发出的媒体流并进行转发;
互操作网关, 用于接收所述交换单元转发的终端发出的媒体流; 所述交换单元还用于接收终端发出的^^体流替换请求并将所述媒体 流替换请求发送给所述互操作网关, 所述互操作网关根据所述终端发出的 媒体流替换请求从多媒体服务器中获取相应的替换媒体源, 并将所述替换 媒体流发送给所述交换单元, 所述交换单元用所述替换媒体流替换所述终 端发出的媒体流发送给通话参与终端。

交换单元, 用于接收终端发出的媒体流及媒体流替换请求发进行转 发;

多点控制单元, 用于接收所述互操作网关发送的经转换处理后的终端 发出的媒体流;

15、 一种多媒体终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
媒体流请求单元, 用于发送媒体流替换请求;
接收单元, 用于接收服务器发送的替换后的媒体流;
输出单元, 用于输出接收单元所接收的替换后的媒体流。
